Zagrebačka tvrtka "Vinarija Cleveland" čiji je vlasnik Mate John Brkić postala je vlasnik vrijedne nekretnine u središtu Zadra.

Zgrada u Ulici Šimuna Kožičića Benje, koju Zadrani zovu "Socijalno", jer su njoj desetljećima bili smješteni uredi državnih zavoda za zdravstveno i mirovinsko osiguranje, prodana na javnom natječaju rapisanom 19. srpnja, a upravo ponuda "Vinarije Cleveland" bila je jedina na tom nadmetanju.

Na početnu cijenu od 4,7 milijuna eura, inozemni ulagač je za poslovnu zgradu površine nešto veće od 2000 četvornih metara ponudio 5,2 milijuna eura, odnosno oko 2600 eura po kvadratu, što je povjerenstvo za prodaju ocijenilo valjanim.

Tvrtka "Vinarija Cleveland" je 2016. godine registrirana u Zagrebu za trgovinu i usluge, ali nema zaposlenih ni prijavljenih prihoda. O vlasniku Mati Johnu Brkiću mlađem, Amerikancu hrvatskih korijena rođenom 1997. godine, također se ne može pronaći puno informacija osim da živi u američkoj državi Ohio gdje se bavio nekretninskim biznisom te da je vlasnik nekoliko golfskih igrališta s kućama za odmor. Jedan dio tog posjeda prije nekoliko je mjeseci stradao u požaru.

Vlasništvo nad zgradom dijele Hrvatski zavod za mirovinsko osiguranje s 53,82 posto udjela, Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje s 33,94 posto suvlasničkog dijela, dok Županija zadarska ima 12,24 posto. Na isti način bi se, nakon finaliziranja kupoprodajnog postupka, podijelio i dobiveni iznos.

Zagrebačka tvrtka "Vinarija Cleveland" čiji je vlasnik Mate John Brkić postala je vlasnik vrijedne nekretnine u središtu Zadra.

Zgrada u Ulici Šimuna Kožičića Benje, koju Zadrani zovu "Socijalno", jer su njoj desetljećima bili smješteni uredi državnih zavoda za zdravstveno i mirovinsko osiguranje, prodana na javnom natječaju rapisanom 19. srpnja, a upravo ponuda "Vinarije Cleveland" bila je jedina na tom nadmetanju.

Na početnu cijenu od 4,7 milijuna eura, inozemni ulagač je za poslovnu zgradu površine nešto veće od 2000 četvornih metara ponudio 5,2 milijuna eura, odnosno oko 2600 eura po kvadratu, što je povjerenstvo za prodaju ocijenilo valjanim.

Tvrtka "Vinarija Cleveland" je 2016. godine registrirana u Zagrebu za trgovinu i usluge, ali nema zaposlenih ni prijavljenih prihoda. Jedan dio tog posjeda prije nekoliko je mjeseci stradao u požaru.

Na isti način bi se, nakon finaliziranja kupoprodajnog postupka, podijelio i dobiveni iznos.

Zagrebačka tvrtka "Vinarija Cleveland" čiji je vlasnik Mate John Brkić postala je vlasnik vrijedne nekretnine u središtu Zadra.

Zgrada u Ulici Šimuna Kožičića Benje, koju Zadrani zovu "Socijalno", jer su njoj desetljećima bili smješteni uredi državnih zavoda za zdravstveno i mirovinsko osiguranje, prodana na javnom natječaju rapisanom 19. srpnja, a upravo ponuda "Vinarije Cleveland" bila je jedina na tom nadmetanju.

Na početnu cijenu od 4,7 milijuna eura, inozemni ulagač je za poslovnu zgradu površine nešto veće od 2000 četvornih metara ponudio 5,2 milijuna eura, odnosno oko 2600 eura po kvadratu, što je povjerenstvo za prodaju ocijenilo valjanim.

Tvrtka "Vinarija Cleveland" je 2016. godine registrirana u Zagrebu za trgovinu i usluge, ali nema zaposlenih ni prijavljenih prihoda.
