Nakon potresa koji je razorio gradove i sela na području Banovine, treba se zapitati je li Makarska, kao jako trusno područje, spremna za potres, što u tom pogledu radi Stožer civilne zaštite i postoji li u Makarskoj nekakav prostor za centralno skladište Crvenog križa.

Kako nam je kazao načelnik Stožera Dražen Nemčić, Gradsko vijeće lani je usvojilo "Plan djelovanja civilne zaštite Grada Makarske", a prije tri godine "Procjenu rizika od velikih nesreća", tako da sve nadležne službe – od Crvenog križa i HGSS-a do vatrogasaca i policije – znaju što im je činiti u slučaju potresa.

– Svake godine u vezi s djelovanjem civilne zaštite sastanu se članovi Stožera civilne zaštite i u navedenim je dokumentima propisano što Stožer treba raditi u slučaju potresa i poplava, tako da smo svi spremni – rekao nam je Nemčić.

A kako u praksi izgleda skladište Crvenog križa koje bi u slučaju potresa služilo kao baza, pokazao nam je i objasnio Gloryan Grabner, ravnatelj makarskog Crvenog križa, koji nas je proveo kroz atomsko sklonište na Zelenki u kojem se nalaze rasklopni ležajevi i deke.

Logistika na Dugišu

Kako ističe Grabner, u slučaju potresa Makarani bi u šatorima i kamp-prikolicama mogli biti smješteni u Gradski sportski centar, dok bi se logistika mogla nalaziti u "rupi" na Dugišu.

– Mi u Makarskoj možemo se samo moliti Bogu da nas ne zadesi potres jer zasad nemamo ništa. Imamo jedino atomsko sklonište na Zelenki, a koje se nalazi ispod trgovine Konzum i u koje se ne može ući kada Konzum nije otvoren, izuzev dogovora s poslovođom – govori nam Grabner, koji nas je i proveo kroz sklonište u koje se dolazi ili liftom ili stepenicama, a koje nema vodu, nego samo struju.

Sklonište ima slobodnih 30 kvadrata, dok je ostatak popunjen šatorima, kojih je pet, a tu je i 12 rasklopnih ležajeva, 100 deka i tri termo lonca. Naravno, atomsko sklonište, koje se posljednji put koristilo za vrijeme Domovinskog rata, ne bi služilo kao zaštita od potresa, nego bi u njemu eventualno bila organizirana dostava potrebnih stvari.

– U slučaju potresa također bismo ovisili o pomoći sa strane, i jedino i najveće oružje nam je samo molitva da potresa ne bude. Ako bi nas pogodio potres, ne znam što bi od nas ostalo – govori nam Grabner, dodavši da je makarski Crveni križ tiskao letke u kojima je navedeno što treba raditi u slučaju izvanredne situacije kao što je potres i to je sve.

Nakon saznanja da bismo ustvari u slučaju potresa, kao i stanovnici Banovine, bili prepušteni sami sebi i dobrim ljudima, kontaktirali smo susjedne općine kako bismo doznali gdje bi oni smjestili svoje stanovnike. Kako kaže tučepski načelnik Ante Čobrnić, Tučepljane bi smjestili na nogometno igralište Slatina, gdje bi se mogle postaviti kamp-kućice i šatori, jednako kao i na okolnim terenima.

Smještaj u bungalovima

U Brelima bi u slučaju potresa mještani mogli biti smješteni u školskoj dvorani i u dvorani novog dječjeg vrtića, što nam je kazao breljanski načelnik Stipe Ursić.

– U dvorani novog vrtića nalaze se kuhinja, sanitarni čvorovi, generatori u slučaju nestanka struje i grijanje, tako da bi to mjesto moglo poslužiti za prihvat stanovnika. Inače, cijela Brela nalaze se na padini pa nemamo nijedan ravni teren – ističe Ursić.
Općina Baška Voda za potrebe zbrinjavanja stanovništva ima cijelo kamp-naselje u Baškom Polju, gdje se nalaze bungalovi u koje bi se mogli smjestiti svi stanovnici s područja cijele općine.

Isti je slučaj i u Gradcu, čija općina ima čak devet kamp-naselja, što nam je potvrdio načelnik Matko Burić.

– U Drveniku imamo četiri kamp-naselja, u Zaostrogu tri i u Podaci dva, tako da bismo u slučaju potresa imali gdje smjestiti naše mještane – ističe Burić.

Nakon potresa koji je razorio gradove i sela na području Banovine, treba se zapitati je li Makarska, kao jako trusno područje, spremna za potres, što u tom pogledu radi Stožer civilne zaštite i postoji li u Makarskoj nekakav prostor za centralno skladište Crvenog križa.

Kako nam je kazao načelnik Stožera Dražen Nemčić, Gradsko vijeće lani je usvojilo "Plan djelovanja civilne zaštite Grada Makarske", a prije tri godine "Procjenu rizika od velikih nesreća", tako da sve nadležne službe – od Crvenog križa i HGSS-a do vatrogasaca i policije – znaju što im je činiti u slučaju potresa.

– Svake godine u vezi s djelovanjem civilne zaštite sastanu se članovi Stožera civilne zaštite i u navedenim je dokumentima propisano što Stožer treba raditi u slučaju potresa i poplava, tako da smo svi spremni – rekao nam je Nemčić.

A kako u praksi izgleda skladište Crvenog križa koje bi u slučaju potresa služilo kao baza, pokazao nam je i objasnio Gloryan Grabner, ravnatelj makarskog Crvenog križa, koji nas je proveo kroz atomsko sklonište na Zelenki u kojem se nalaze rasklopni ležajevi i deke.

Logistika na Dugišu

Kako ističe Grabner, u slučaju potresa Makarani bi u šatorima i kamp-prikolicama mogli biti smješteni u Gradski sportski centar, dok bi se logistika mogla nalaziti u "rupi" na Dugišu.

– Mi u Makarskoj možemo se samo moliti Bogu da nas ne zadesi potres jer zasad nemamo ništa. Imamo jedino atomsko sklonište na Zelenki, a koje se nalazi ispod trgovine Konzum i u koje se ne može ući kada Konzum nije otvoren, izuzev dogovora s poslovođom – govori nam Grabner, koji nas je i proveo kroz sklonište u koje se dolazi ili liftom ili stepenicama, a koje nema vodu, nego samo struju.

Sklonište ima slobodnih 30 kvadrata, dok je ostatak popunjen šatorima, kojih je pet, a tu je i 12 rasklopnih ležajeva, 100 deka i tri termo lonca. Naravno, atomsko sklonište, koje se posljednji put koristilo za vrijeme Domovinskog rata, ne bi služilo kao zaštita od potresa, nego bi u njemu eventualno bila organizirana dostava potrebnih stvari.

– U slučaju potresa također bismo ovisili o pomoći sa strane, i jedino i najveće oružje nam je samo molitva da potresa ne bude. Ako bi nas pogodio potres, ne znam što bi od nas ostalo – govori nam Grabner, dodavši da je makarski Crveni križ tiskao letke u kojima je navedeno što treba raditi u slučaju izvanredne situacije kao što je potres i to je sve.

Nakon saznanja da bismo ustvari u slučaju potresa, kao i stanovnici Banovine, bili prepušteni sami sebi i dobrim ljudima, kontaktirali smo susjedne općine kako bismo doznali gdje bi oni smjestili svoje stanovnike. Kako kaže tučepski načelnik Ante Čobrnić, Tučepljane bi smjestili na nogometno igralište Slatina, gdje bi se mogle postaviti kamp-kućice i šatori, jednako kao i na okolnim terenima.

Smještaj u bungalovima

U Brelima bi u slučaju potresa mještani mogli biti smješteni u školskoj dvorani i u dvorani novog dječjeg vrtića, što nam je kazao breljanski načelnik Stipe Ursić.

– U dvorani novog vrtića nalaze se kuhinja, sanitarni čvorovi, generatori u slučaju nestanka struje i grijanje, tako da bi to mjesto moglo poslužiti za prihvat stanovnika. Inače, cijela Brela nalaze se na padini pa nemamo nijedan ravni teren – ističe Ursić.
Općina Baška Voda za potrebe zbrinjavanja stanovništva ima cijelo kamp-naselje u Baškom Polju, gdje se nalaze bungalovi u koje bi se mogli smjestiti svi stanovnici s područja cijele općine.

Isti je slučaj i u Gradcu, čija općina ima čak devet kamp-naselja, što nam je potvrdio načelnik Matko Burić.

– U Drveniku imamo četiri kamp-naselja, u Zaostrogu tri i u Podaci dva, tako da bismo u slučaju potresa imali gdje smjestiti naše mještane – ističe Burić.
