"Hrvatske ceste" (HC) raspisale su na izmaku godine natječaj za izbor izvođača radova za izgradnju tunela kroz Kozjak i spojnu cestu prema Jadranskoj magistrali u Kaštelima.
Spoj na državnu cestu gradit će se, međutim, u nekoj od sljedećih faza ovog strateškog projekta za srednju Dalmaciju kojim će se konačno pokušati rasteretiti postojeće prometnice na širem splitskom području.
Kako se navodi u nadmetanju, procijenjena vrijednost radova je nešto više od 781 milijun kuna, odnosno oko 104 milijuna eura, čime dolazimo više do trećine ukupne ugovorene vrijednosti Pelješkog mosta.
Upravo otvorenim natječajem nije obuhvaćen sjeverni spoj autocestovnog čvora u Vučevici s budućim tunelom, jer je taj posao, nakon zasebnog nadematanja za izgradnju prometnice duge 400 metara, nedavno povjeren tvrtki "Euro-Asfalt" iz Rajlovca kod Sarajeva, po cijeni od gotovo 33 milijuna kuna.
Građevinske tvrtke zainteresirane za ovaj posao imaju rok za prijavu do 15. ožujka 2022. godine, a planirani rok završetka gradnje tunela dugog 2545 metara i pripadajućih prometnica, na ukupnom potezu od 6,85 kilometara, je tri godine.
Prema tehničkim podacima, koji su sastavni dio natječajne dokumentacije, tunel "Kozjak" je projektiran kao jednocjevni s dvosmjernim prometom, te sa servisnom cijevi.
Svaki od prometnih trakova bit će širok 3,25 metara, pri čemu će na razmaku od 35 metara, usporedno s glavnim kolnikom, biti servisni tunel sa širinom voznog traka od 3,5 metra i s obostranim pješačkim stazama.
Predviđena oprema su: četiri zaustavne niše, po dvije za svaki smjer vožnje, zatim dva poprečna prolaza za interventna vozila, poprečni prolazi za pješake na svakih 250 metara, SOS i hidrantska niša na svakih 150 metara, uzdužna ventilacija, video nadzor i vatrodojavni nadzor. Predviđeni način izgradnje tunela je Nova austrijska tunelska metoda.
Posebna stavka u natječaju je uređenje okoliša. Nakon izgradnje tunela, potrebno je sanirati teren oko gradilišta kako bi se objekt što bolje uklopio u postojeći prirodni ambijent. Na taj bi se način smanjio osjećaj devastacije padina Kozjaka, te udovoljilo ekološkim zahtjevima.
U cilju zaštite životinjskog svijeta, potrebno je sve devastirane površine oko tunela zasaditi autohtonom vegetacijom, odnosno potrebno je poduzeti sve mjere da se omogući životinjskim vrstama brže privikavanje na nove pravce kretanja i očuvanje njihovog opstanka u novim uvjetima.
Zahtjevna će biti izgradnja i dijelova trase spojne ceste od autocestovnog čvora Vučevica prema tunelu i dalje prema Magistrali. Tu će biti dva vijadukta: "Vlačine", dug 151,5 metara i širok 15,6 metara, te "Gaj", dug 225 metara i širok 14,35 metara.
Planirana su i tri nadvožnjaka: "Nakide 1", raspona 23 metra i širine 11,6 metara, "Nakide 2" s rasponom od 17,2 metra i širinom od sedam metara, te "Sibovica", raspona 18,5 metara i širine sedam metara. Projektom su predviđena još i dva prolaza (propusta), te planinarski nathodnik, kao i zidovi za zaštitu od buke.
Poznato je da će se projekt novog spoja Splita s autocestom realizirati u tri faze. Nakon prve, slijedi dakle druga, a to je spoj od dionice prve faze do Kopilice, uključujući most preko Kaštelanskog zaljeva, duljine devet kilometara. Treća faza je prolaz kroz grad, od Kopilice do trajektne luke.
I dok Hrvatske ceste prvu fazu, kako je rečeno, planiraju financirati vlastitim sredstvima, za drugu se priprema dokumentacija za prijavu za dobivanje novca iz EU-ovih fondova.

"Hrvatske ceste" (HC) raspisale su na izmaku godine natječaj za izbor izvođača radova za izgradnju tunela kroz Kozjak i spojnu cestu prema Jadranskoj magistrali u Kaštelima.
Spoj na državnu cestu gradit će se, međutim, u nekoj od sljedećih faza ovog strateškog projekta za srednju Dalmaciju kojim će se konačno pokušati rasteretiti postojeće prometnice na širem splitskom području.
Kako se navodi u nadmetanju, procijenjena vrijednost radova je nešto više od 781 milijun kuna, odnosno oko 104 milijuna eura, čime dolazimo više do trećine ukupne ugovorene vrijednosti Pelješkog mosta.
Upravo otvorenim natječajem nije obuhvaćen sjeverni spoj autocestovnog čvora u Vučevici s budućim tunelom, jer je taj posao, nakon zasebnog nadematanja za izgradnju prometnice duge 400 metara, nedavno povjeren tvrtki "Euro-Asfalt" iz Rajlovca kod Sarajeva, po cijeni od gotovo 33 milijuna kuna.
Građevinske tvrtke zainteresirane za ovaj posao imaju rok za prijavu do 15. ožujka 2022. godine, a planirani rok završetka gradnje tunela dugog 2545 metara i pripadajućih prometnica, na ukupnom potezu od 6,85 kilometara, je tri godine.
Prema tehničkim podacima, koji su sastavni dio natječajne dokumentacije, tunel "Kozjak" je projektiran kao jednocjevni s dvosmjernim prometom, te sa servisnom cijevi.
Svaki od prometnih trakova bit će širok 3,25 metara, pri čemu će na razmaku od 35 metara, usporedno s glavnim kolnikom, biti servisni tunel sa širinom voznog traka od 3,5 metra i s obostranim pješačkim stazama.
Predviđena oprema su: četiri zaustavne niše, po dvije za svaki smjer vožnje, zatim dva poprečna prolaza za interventna vozila, poprečni prolazi za pješake na svakih 250 metara, SOS i hidrantska niša na svakih 150 metara, uzdužna ventilacija, video nadzor i vatrodojavni nadzor. Predviđeni način izgradnje tunela je Nova austrijska tunelska metoda.
Posebna stavka u natječaju je uređenje okoliša. Nakon izgradnje tunela, potrebno je sanirati teren oko gradilišta kako bi se objekt što bolje uklopio u postojeći prirodni ambijent. Na taj bi se način smanjio osjećaj devastacije padina Kozjaka, te udovoljilo ekološkim zahtjevima.
U cilju zaštite životinjskog svijeta, potrebno je sve devastirane površine oko tunela zasaditi autohtonom vegetacijom, odnosno potrebno je poduzeti sve mjere da se omogući životinjskim vrstama brže privikavanje na nove pravce kretanja i očuvanje njihovog opstanka u novim uvjetima.
Zahtjevna će biti izgradnja i dijelova trase spojne ceste od autocestovnog čvora Vučevica prema tunelu i dalje prema Magistrali. Tu će biti dva vijadukta: "Vlačine", dug 151,5 metara i širok 15,6 metara, te "Gaj", dug 225 metara i širok 14,35 metara.
Planirana su i tri nadvožnjaka: "Nakide 1", raspona 23 metra i širine 11,6 metara, "Nakide 2" s rasponom od 17,2 metra i širinom od sedam metara, te "Sibovica", raspona 18,5 metara i širine sedam metara. Projektom su predviđena još i dva prolaza (propusta), te planinarski nathodnik, kao i zidovi za zaštitu od buke.
Poznato je da će se projekt novog spoja Splita s autocestom realizirati u tri faze. Nakon prve, slijedi dakle druga, a to je spoj od dionice prve faze do Kopilice, uključujući most preko Kaštelanskog zaljeva, duljine devet kilometara. Treća faza je prolaz kroz grad, od Kopilice do trajektne luke.
I dok Hrvatske ceste prvu fazu, kako je rečeno, planiraju financirati vlastitim sredstvima, za drugu se priprema dokumentacija za prijavu za dobivanje novca iz EU-ovih fondova.
