Na Gradskom vijeću Makarske prije četiri mjeseca ponovno se povela rasprava o izgradnji kružnog toka na predjelu Volicija, raskrižju koje je već desetljećima opasna točka, jer se na tom predjelu gdje se sijeku Jadranska magistrala, državna cesta Makarska - Vrgorac i glavna prometnica iz središta grada, dogodilo niz nesreća sa smrtnim posljedicama.

Tada je gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović (SDP) kazao da je projekt rekonstrukcije s kružnim tokom, jedan od najvećih infrastrukturnih projekata, a vode ga Hrvatske ceste koje su gradskom Uredu za urbanizam predale idejni projekt i nakon izdane lokacijske dozvole počinju procesi izvlaštenja i tek onda se može pristupiti ishođenju građevinske dozvole.

Napomenuo je Paunović da se na "rotor" na Voliciji čeka od 2017. godine, kada je premijer Andrej Plenković (HDZ) izjavio da je to strateški projekt Hrvatske. I ovog puta Paunović doziva Plenkovića, ali sada posredstvom njegovog ujaka, HDZ-ova vijećnika Marka Raosa kojeg je na posljednjoj sjednici Vijeća zanimalo što Grad radi po pitanju realizacije projekta na Voliciji.

- Jeste li došli do lokacijske dozvole za denivelirano križanje na Voliciji, a ako niste, kada ćete ishodovati dozvolu - upitao je Raos.

Potom je Paunović počeo zazivati Plenkovićevu pomoć uz pomoć rodbinskih veza, odnosno njegovog ujaka Raosa.

- S obzirom na to da ste u rodbinskoj vezi s premijerom Plenkovićem, zamolio bih vas da ga nazovete. Šest godina se nije ništa radilo po pitanju izgradnje rotora na Voliciji i to je predmet koji je dugo vremena stajao u ladici u Hrvatskim cestama i čim sam došao na vlast, odmah sam kontaktirao ljude iz "Instituta IGH" koji rade projekt kao i ljude u Hrvatskim cestama.

Odmah smo pokrenuli lokacijsku dozvolu i mislim da je projekt trenutno u ishođenju lokacijske dozvole, međutim, po meni je dovoljan samo jedan poziv s vaše strane kako bi se ta cijela priča ubrzala. Ovdje ne bismo trebali govoriti o tome tko je HDZ, SDP ili neka druga stranka, već bismo trebali gledati interes Makarske i smanjenje prometnih gužvi na rotoru Volicija. Tako da Vas i ovom prilikom molim, slobodno nazovite premijera Plenkovića i pokušajte požuriti taj projekt.

Mi već neko vrijeme radimo na tome, ali nažalost, to je izvan našeg dosega i da je izgradnja rotora u rukama Grada Makarske, davno bi već bila završena - kazao je Paunović kojem je Raos spočitnuo da je isto pitanje na sjednici postavio prije nekoliko mjeseci i opet je dobio identičan odgovor, ali ne i odgovor vezan za izdavanje lokacijske dozvole.

- Je li dozvola ishodovana ili nije, samo vas to pitam i ništa drugo - kazao je Raos koji niti u jednoj rečenici nije spomenuo nećaka Plenkovića na kojeg se Paunović cijelo vrijeme pozivao.

Podsjetimo, kako nam je još u siječnju kazala Tamara Đurijanček, glasnogovornica Hrvatskih cesta, spomenuto denivelirano križanje u Makarskoj, koštat će 3,85 milijuna eura i ono uključuje rekonstrukciju raskrižja iz četverokrakog semaforiziranog u kružno raskrižje, denivelaciju Jadranske magistrale na poziciji kružnog raskrižja, prilagođavanje spoja državne ceste prema Vrgorcu i glavne gradske prometnice na novo kružno raskrižje, izgradnju dva nova nadvožnjaka te sve ostale dijelove građevine potrebne za njenu uporabu.

- U tijeku je postupak ishođenja lokacijske dozvole. Nakon ishođenja lokacijske i građevinske dozvole može se pristupiti provođenju postupka javne nabave za izgradnju predmetnog zahvata. Predmetni zahvat nalazi se u Planu nabave Hrvatskih cesta za 2023. godinu u trećem kvartalu s rokom od 12 mjeseci - istaknula je Đurijanček.

Na Gradskom vijeću Makarske prije četiri mjeseca ponovno se povela rasprava o izgradnji kružnog toka na predjelu Volicija, raskrižju koje je već desetljećima opasna točka, jer se na tom predjelu gdje se sijeku Jadranska magistrala, državna cesta Makarska - Vrgorac i glavna prometnica iz središta grada, dogodilo niz nesreća sa smrtnim posljedicama.

Tada je gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović (SDP) kazao da je projekt rekonstrukcije s kružnim tokom, jedan od najvećih infrastrukturnih projekata, a vode ga Hrvatske ceste koje su gradskom Uredu za urbanizam predale idejni projekt i nakon izdane lokacijske dozvole počinju procesi izvlaštenja i tek onda se može pristupiti ishođenju građevinske dozvole.

Napomenuo je Paunović da se na "rotor" na Voliciji čeka od 2017. godine, kada je premijer Andrej Plenković (HDZ) izjavio da je to strateški projekt Hrvatske. I ovog puta Paunović doziva Plenkovića, ali sada posredstvom njegovog ujaka, HDZ-ova vijećnika Marka Raosa kojeg je na posljednjoj sjednici Vijeća zanimalo što Grad radi po pitanju realizacije projekta na Voliciji.

- Jeste li došli do lokacijske dozvole za denivelirano križanje na Voliciji, a ako niste, kada ćete ishodovati dozvolu - upitao je Raos.

Potom je Paunović počeo zazivati Plenkovićevu pomoć uz pomoć rodbinskih veza, odnosno njegovog ujaka Raosa.

- S obzirom na to da ste u rodbinskoj vezi s premijerom Plenkovićem, zamolio bih vas da ga nazovete. Šest godina se nije ništa radilo po pitanju izgradnje rotora na Voliciji i to je predmet koji je dugo vremena stajao u ladici u Hrvatskim cestama i čim sam došao na vlast, odmah sam kontaktirao ljude iz "Instituta IGH" koji rade projekt kao i ljude u Hrvatskim cestama.

Odmah smo pokrenuli lokacijsku dozvolu i mislim da je projekt trenutno u ishođenju lokacijske dozvole, međutim, po meni je dovoljan samo jedan poziv s vaše strane kako bi se ta cijela priča ubrzala. Ovdje ne bismo trebali govoriti o tome tko je HDZ, SDP ili neka druga stranka, već bismo trebali gledati interes Makarske i smanjenje prometnih gužvi na rotoru Volicija. Tako da Vas i ovom prilikom molim, slobodno nazovite premijera Plenkovića i pokušajte požuriti taj projekt.

Mi već neko vrijeme radimo na tome, ali nažalost, to je izvan našeg dosega i da je izgradnja rotora u rukama Grada Makarske, davno bi već bila završena - kazao je Paunović kojem je Raos spočitnuo da je isto pitanje na sjednici postavio prije nekoliko mjeseci i opet je dobio identičan odgovor, ali ne i odgovor vezan za izdavanje lokacijske dozvole.

- Je li dozvola ishodovana ili nije, samo vas to pitam i ništa drugo - kazao je Raos koji niti u jednoj rečenici nije spomenuo nećaka Plenkovića na kojeg se Paunović cijelo vrijeme pozivao.

Podsjetimo, kako nam je još u siječnju kazala Tamara Đurijanček, glasnogovornica Hrvatskih cesta, spomenuto denivelirano križanje u Makarskoj, koštat će 3,85 milijuna eura i ono uključuje rekonstrukciju raskrižja iz četverokrakog semaforiziranog u kružno raskrižje, denivelaciju Jadranske magistrale na poziciji kružnog raskrižja, prilagođavanje spoja državne ceste prema Vrgorcu i glavne gradske prometnice na novo kružno raskrižje, izgradnju dva nova nadvožnjaka te sve ostale dijelove građevine potrebne za njenu uporabu.

- U tijeku je postupak ishođenja lokacijske dozvole. Nakon ishođenja lokacijske i građevinske dozvole može se pristupiti provođenju postupka javne nabave za izgradnju predmetnog zahvata. Predmetni zahvat nalazi se u Planu nabave Hrvatskih cesta za 2023. godinu u trećem kvartalu s rokom od 12 mjeseci - istaknula je Đurijanček.
