Napokon smo i to dočekali. U Hrvatskim cestama, državnoj tvrtki u kojoj nitko nikad ne griješi, priznali su da su pogriješili. Možda. No, i to je nešto. U svakom slučaju, dovoljno za još jedan tekst o apsurdima hrvatske cestogradnje.

U pitanju je novi omiški most. Onaj o kojemu se već puno tog zna. I da je čudesan, veleban, spektakularan, i da je izgrađen tehnikom kakva u Hrvatskoj još viđena nije, i da će biti prije zatvoren nego otvoren. Jer, sagrađen je na mjestu na kojem vječni vjetar puše, a projekt, koliko god bio čudesan, veleban, spektakularan i u Hrvatskoj još neviđen, nije predvidio vjetrobrane.

Zašto nije? Zato što, eto, nije. Cesta je to, kako reče projektant mosta Veljko Prpić, koja će se uglavnom koristiti ljeti, a ljeti, poznato je, vjetar puše slabijim intenzitetom. Dakle, slavodobitno će projektant, ne brinite, ne trebaju mostu u Omišu nikakvi vjetrobrani. Na što mu Omišani odgovaraju kako ne brinu, jer onda ni njima ne treba most.

U Hrvatskim su cestama očajni. Predsjednik uprave Josip Škorić sav se dao kako bi dokazao da Zagreb itekako brine o dalmatinskim prometnim gropovima. Od kojih je onaj u Omišu, uz stobrečki, ne samo najveći, nego i najslavniji. One smiješne vikend-kolone pred naplatnim kućicama u Lučkom nisu mu ni do koljena.

Otvori, zatvori

Stalno Škorić dolazi na ušće Cetine, gleda, mjeri, procjenjuje i obećava da će njegove Hrvatske ceste učiniti sve da poprave što su sve one Hrvatske ceste prije njega pokvarile. A to nije lako. Dapače. A opet, kakav bi Škorić predsjednik uprave bio, kako bi se za to mjesto uopće kvalificirao, kad ne bi slatko obećavao.

Nakon što je Slobodna Dalmacija objavila kako će novi omiški most, "Cetina" su ga nazvali, za koji predizborni mjesec biti otvoren kako bi praktično odmah bio zatvoren, nastala je panika. U redu, panika je možda preteška riječ, panika je kad plaća ne dođe u petak, nego u ponedjeljak ili kad tripice poskupe s osam na deset eura, ali da im je bilo svejedno, nije. Uostalom, na Omišu su se toliko puta opekli da im je odavno već puna kapa te obilaznice. Ne žele ni čuti da je na nju dosad potrošeno više od 70 milijuna eura i da je sav taj novac praktično bačen u vjetar.

Most na vjetru bez vjetrobrana novi je prilog smjehotresnoj olimpijadi hrvatske cestogradnje. Iz Hrvatskih cesta prvo su priopćili kako su od vjetrobrana odustali nakon što su "opsežna istraživanja" pokazala kako bi most s vjetrobranima izgubio na stabilnosti te postao opasan za sve sudionike u prometu, da bi sada, u novom priopćenju, iznijeli još zanimljiviju obranu. Sada, naime, tvrde kako su spomenuta istraživanja rađena isključivo na njihovu inicijativu, jer vjetrobrani nikad i nisu bili dio projekta, ali su ih, eto, oni uzeli kao "jednu od razmatranih mogućih mjera zaštite od vjetra". Koje su ostale "moguće mjere zaštite od vjetra" razmatrali, ne spominju iz jednostavnog razloga što ih niti nema.

Škorić i ekipa, ukratko, peru ruke. Prst upiru u projektanta Prpića i svoje prethodnike, koji nisu pazili što Prpić radi. A posebno je zanimljivo što su nakon medijskih napisa o besmislenom omiškom mostu rezultate svih tih istraživanja o nemogućnosti postavljanja vjetrobrana, onih, dakle, koje su sami nazvali opsežnima, odlučili poslati na reviziju. A sve kako bi omiški most, ako je ikako moguće, ipak dobio obranu od vjetra, odnosno uporabnu dozvolu, i kako bi javno ruganje prestalo.

Obrana od vjetra

Rezultate dosadašnjih istraživanja – opsežnih, ponovimo – poslat će, rekoše, na reviziju kako bi utvrdili tehničke uvjete i mogućnosti u kojima bi se mogli postaviti vjetrobrani.

Da živimo u nekoj drugoj zemlji, manje demokratskoj i nesklonoj institucionalnim procedurama i strukovnim obvezama, rekli bismo kako je netko važan, od gore, sa samoga vrha, naredio da se pod svaku cijenu pronađe način da omiški most dobije vjetrobrane, odnosno da se mišljenje projektanta i nalazi svih tih opsežnih istraživanja pobiju. I to žurno.

"Pokrenut je postupak jednostavne nabave za reviziju, a pozivi za dostavu ponuda poslani su renomiranim tvrtkama, od kojih su dvije bile zadužene za isto tijekom projekta izgradnje Pelješkog mosta", navode u Hrvatskim cestama.

Eto, sad smo mirni, renomirane tvrtke učas će sve riješiti. Ako je i bila greška, ispravit će je.

Napokon smo i to dočekali. U Hrvatskim cestama, državnoj tvrtki u kojoj nitko nikad ne griješi, priznali su da su pogriješili. Možda. No, i to je nešto. U svakom slučaju, dovoljno za još jedan tekst o apsurdima hrvatske cestogradnje.

U pitanju je novi omiški most. Onaj o kojemu se već puno tog zna. I da je čudesan, veleban, spektakularan, i da je izgrađen tehnikom kakva u Hrvatskoj još viđena nije, i da će biti prije zatvoren nego otvoren. Jer, sagrađen je na mjestu na kojem vječni vjetar puše, a projekt, koliko god bio čudesan, veleban, spektakularan i u Hrvatskoj još neviđen, nije predvidio vjetrobrane.

Zašto nije? Zato što, eto, nije. Cesta je to, kako reče projektant mosta Veljko Prpić, koja će se uglavnom koristiti ljeti, a ljeti, poznato je, vjetar puše slabijim intenzitetom. Dakle, slavodobitno će projektant, ne brinite, ne trebaju mostu u Omišu nikakvi vjetrobrani. Na što mu Omišani odgovaraju kako ne brinu, jer onda ni njima ne treba most.

U Hrvatskim su cestama očajni. Predsjednik uprave Josip Škorić sav se dao kako bi dokazao da Zagreb itekako brine o dalmatinskim prometnim gropovima. Od kojih je onaj u Omišu, uz stobrečki, ne samo najveći, nego i najslavniji. One smiješne vikend-kolone pred naplatnim kućicama u Lučkom nisu mu ni do koljena.

Otvori, zatvori

Stalno Škorić dolazi na ušće Cetine, gleda, mjeri, procjenjuje i obećava da će njegove Hrvatske ceste učiniti sve da poprave što su sve one Hrvatske ceste prije njega pokvarile. A to nije lako. Dapače. A opet, kakav bi Škorić predsjednik uprave bio, kako bi se za to mjesto uopće kvalificirao, kad ne bi slatko obećavao.

Nakon što je Slobodna Dalmacija objavila kako će novi omiški most, "Cetina" su ga nazvali, za koji predizborni mjesec biti otvoren kako bi praktično odmah bio zatvoren, nastala je panika. U redu, panika je možda preteška riječ, panika je kad plaća ne dođe u petak, nego u ponedjeljak ili kad tripice poskupe s osam na deset eura, ali da im je bilo svejedno, nije. Uostalom, na Omišu su se toliko puta opekli da im je odavno već puna kapa te obilaznice. Ne žele ni čuti da je na nju dosad potrošeno više od 70 milijuna eura i da je sav taj novac praktično bačen u vjetar.

Iz Hrvatskih cesta prvo su priopćili kako su od vjetrobrana odustali nakon što su "opsežna istraživanja" pokazala kako bi most s vjetrobranima izgubio na stabilnosti te postao opasan za sve sudionike u prometu, da bi sada, u novom priopćenju, iznijeli još zanimljiviju obranu. Sada, naime, tvrde kako su spomenuta istraživanja rađena isključivo na njihovu inicijativu, jer vjetrobrani nikad i nisu bili dio projekta, ali su ih, eto, oni uzeli kao "jednu od razmatranih mogućih mjera zaštite od vjetra". Koje su ostale "moguće mjere zaštite od vjetra" razmatrali, ne spominju iz jednostavnog razloga što ih niti nema.

Škorić i ekipa, ukratko, peru ruke. Prst upiru u projektanta Prpića i svoje prethodnike, koji nisu pazili što Prpić radi. A posebno je zanimljivo što su nakon medijskih napisa o besmislenom omiškom mostu rezultate svih tih istraživanja o nemogućnosti postavljanja vjetrobrana, onih, dakle, koje su sami nazvali opsežnima, odlučili poslati na reviziju. A sve kako bi omiški most, ako je ikako moguće, ipak dobio obranu od vjetra, odnosno uporabnu dozvolu, i kako bi javno ruganje prestalo.

Obrana od vjetra

Rezultate dosadašnjih istraživanja – opsežnih, ponovimo – poslat će, rekoše, na reviziju kako bi utvrdili tehničke uvjete i mogućnosti u kojima bi se mogli postaviti vjetrobrani.

Da živimo u nekoj drugoj zemlji, manje demokratskoj i nesklonoj institucionalnim procedurama i strukovnim obvezama, rekli bismo kako je netko važan, od gore, sa samoga vrha, naredio da se pod svaku cijenu pronađe način da omiški most dobije vjetrobrane, odnosno da se mišljenje projektanta i nalazi svih tih opsežnih istraživanja pobiju. I to žurno.

"Pokrenut je postupak jednostavne nabave za reviziju, a pozivi za dostavu ponuda poslani su renomiranim tvrtkama, od kojih su dvije bile zadužene za isto tijekom projekta izgradnje Pelješkog mosta", navode u Hrvatskim cestama.

Eto, sad smo mirni, renomirane tvrtke učas će sve riješiti. Ako je i bila greška, ispravit će je.
