Medijskim prostorom odjeknula je priča kako rodilje u Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik nemaju pristup anesteziologu tijekom 24 sata što znači da one čiji porod bude van radnog vremena anesteziologa na epiduralnu ne moraju ni računati. Upravo iz tog razloga, dubrovačke majke su u Facebook grupi "DUMAM-e, Mame iz Dubrovnika i okolice'' pokrenule peticiju kojom se riješio taj problem.
O svemu se oglasila i Opća bolnica Dubrovnik koja je medijima poslala priopćenje, javlja Dnevnik.hr.
- Naime, nije nažalost moguće organizirati dežurstvo liječnika anesteziologa prema sugestijama mama s FB s obzirom da bi u slučaju pružanja usluge epiduralne anestezije rodiljama, dežurni anesteziolog morao biti uz rodilju u prosjeku idućih pet do šest sati.
U međuvremenu, bilo koje hitno medicinsko stanje zbog kojeg je taj anesteziolog u dežurstvu, ne bi se moglo u tom periodu odraditi čime bi direktno bili ugroženi životi pacijenata. Za ispuniti zahtjeve iz peticije, Opća bolnica Dubrovnik, u vrijeme COVID-19 pandemije i izvanrednih uvjeta rada od ožujka 2020. trebala bi zaposliti najmanje dvoje dodatnih anesteziologa", stoji u priopćenju dubrovačke bolnice u kojem se ističe kako nedostaje anesteziologa u cijeloj Hrvatskoj.
Unatoč otvorenom natječaju za zapošljavanje specijalista i specijalizanata iz anesteziologije, reanimacije i intenzivne medicine, vrlo rijetko se netko javi.
"Unatoč kadrovskim problemima s kojima se susrećemo, u želji da svim našim rodiljama podjednako omogućimo bezbolni porod, počeli smo prije šest godina s Programom obezboljenog poroda.
U Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik zaposleno je devet anesteziologa, a svaki specijalist anesteziologije, reanimatologije i intenzivne medicine mjesečno odrađuje i do devet 24-satnih dežurstava.
Pored toga posao anesteziologa obuhvaća na dnevnoj bazi: jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja, covid jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja, hitne operacije, hladni pogon (ranije dogovorene nehitne medicinske zahvate), dnevne ambulante za buduće kirurške zahvate, kolonoskopije s anestezijom i prema potrebi, transport životno ugroženih bolesnika prema Splitu i Zagrebu", navode te dodaju kako je samo u Jedinici intenzivnog liječenja u posljednjih godinu dana na respiratoru bilo 420 pacijenata, od čega 121 pacijent s COVID-om, stoji u priopćenju Opće bolnice Dubrovnik.

Medijskim prostorom odjeknula je priča kako rodilje u Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik nemaju pristup anesteziologu tijekom 24 sata što znači da one čiji porod bude van radnog vremena anesteziologa na epiduralnu ne moraju ni računati. Upravo iz tog razloga, dubrovačke majke su u Facebook grupi "DUMAM-e, Mame iz Dubrovnika i okolice'' pokrenule peticiju kojom se riješio taj problem.
O svemu se oglasila i Opća bolnica Dubrovnik koja je medijima poslala priopćenje, javlja Dnevnik.hr.
- Naime, nije nažalost moguće organizirati dežurstvo liječnika anesteziologa prema sugestijama mama s FB s obzirom da bi u slučaju pružanja usluge epiduralne anestezije rodiljama, dežurni anesteziolog morao biti uz rodilju u prosjeku idućih pet do šest sati.
U međuvremenu, bilo koje hitno medicinsko stanje zbog kojeg je taj anesteziolog u dežurstvu, ne bi se moglo u tom periodu odraditi čime bi direktno bili ugroženi životi pacijenata. Za ispuniti zahtjeve iz peticije, Opća bolnica Dubrovnik, u vrijeme COVID-19 pandemije i izvanrednih uvjeta rada od ožujka 2020. trebala bi zaposliti najmanje dvoje dodatnih anesteziologa", stoji u priopćenju dubrovačke bolnice u kojem se ističe kako nedostaje anesteziologa u cijeloj Hrvatskoj.
Unatoč otvorenom natječaju za zapošljavanje specijalista i specijalizanata iz anesteziologije, reanimacije i intenzivne medicine, vrlo rijetko se netko javi.
"Unatoč kadrovskim problemima s kojima se susrećemo, u želji da svim našim rodiljama podjednako omogućimo bezbolni porod, počeli smo prije šest godina s Programom obezboljenog poroda.
U Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik zaposleno je devet anesteziologa, a svaki specijalist anesteziologije, reanimatologije i intenzivne medicine mjesečno odrađuje i do devet 24-satnih dežurstava.
Pored toga posao anesteziologa obuhvaća na dnevnoj bazi: jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja, covid jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja, hitne operacije, hladni pogon (ranije dogovorene nehitne medicinske zahvate), dnevne ambulante za buduće kirurške zahvate, kolonoskopije s anestezijom i prema potrebi, transport životno ugroženih bolesnika prema Splitu i Zagrebu", navode te dodaju kako je samo u Jedinici intenzivnog liječenja u posljednjih godinu dana na respiratoru bilo 420 pacijenata, od čega 121 pacijent s COVID-om, stoji u priopćenju Opće bolnice Dubrovnik.
