Povjerenstvo za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa utvrdilo je da Milivoj Kurtov (HDZ), dogogodišnji načelnik Pakoštana, nije bio u sukobu interesa kada je Općina prije dvije godine na javnom natječaju prodala 4631 četvorni metar zemljišta obrtu njegova sina Šime Kurtova po cijeni od 147 kuna za kvadrat.
Načelnikov sin koji se u rodno mjesto s obitelji vratio iz Zagreba gdje je radio u Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, na zemljištu je izgradio vinariju u kojoj proizvodi 15 tisuća litara vina godišnje.
- Predmet u odnosu na dužnosnika Milivoja Kurtova, načelnika Općine Pakoštane otvoren je temeljem prijave i navoda objavljenih u medijima, a vezano uz okolnosti prodaje građevinskog zemljišta Općine Pakoštane dužnosnikovom sinu koji je vlasnik obrta "Karaba".
Povjerenstvo je donijelo odluku da se postupak protiv dužnosnika Kurtova neće pokrenuti jer iz prikupljenih podataka i dokumentacije ne proizlazi da je dužnosnik povrijedio odredbe Zakona o sprječavanju sukoba interesa.
Naime, utvrđeno je da dužnosnik nije sudjelovao u navedenom postupku jer je Općinsko vijeće imenovalo Povjerenstvo za provođenje natječaja, a odluku o prodaji potpisao je zamjenik načelnika – navela je Majda Uzelac, tajnica nacionalnog Povjerenstva.
Natječaj za prodaju velikog zemljišta u poduzetničkoj zoni Općina je raspisala u lipnju 2020. godine. Mjesec dana kasnije donesena je odluka koju je potpisao donačelnik Josip Klarić.
U odluci je stajalo da je načelnik Kurtov utvrdio da je na natječaj pravovremeno stigla samo jedna ponuda, ona njegova sina, odnosno vlasnika obrta za ugostiteljstvo i turizam "Karaba". Utvrđeno je da je početna cijena na javnom natječaju za kupnju zemljišta iznosila 147 kuna po kvadratu, te da je Šime Kurtov za kupnju ponudio tu istu cijenu.
Povjerenstvo za provedbu javnog natječaja kojeg je imenovalo Općinsko vijeće Pakoštana sastavilo je zapisnik s javnog otvaranja ponuda, te odredilo kupoprodajnu cijenu zemljišta u ukupnom iznosu od 680.757 kuna.
Utvrđeno je da će se 10 posto kupoprodajne cijene odnosno jamčevina u iznosu od 68.075 kuna platiti u trenutku zaključenja kupoprodajnog ugovora, a preostali iznos od 612.681 kunu u osam jednakih mjesečnih rata koje će dospjevati tromjesečno unutar roka od dvije godine računajući od dana zaključenja ugovora.
Prema upisu iz registra Ministarstva gospodarstva, Milivoj Kurtov, koji se već desetljećima nalazi na čelu Općine Pakoštane istupio je iz obrta "Karaba" 2018. godine. Obrt koji nosi obiteljski nadimak te je godine preuzeo njegov sin Šime s kojim je načelnik ranije imao ugovor o ortakluku.
Obrt se temeljno bavi uzgojem grožđa, te ima dva izdvojena pogona odnosno trgovine. Adresa na koju je upisan obrt "Karaba" i ona na koju je prijavljen načelnik Općine i dalje je ista.

Povjerenstvo za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa utvrdilo je da Milivoj Kurtov (HDZ), dogogodišnji načelnik Pakoštana, nije bio u sukobu interesa kada je Općina prije dvije godine na javnom natječaju prodala 4631 četvorni metar zemljišta obrtu njegova sina Šime Kurtova po cijeni od 147 kuna za kvadrat.
Načelnikov sin koji se u rodno mjesto s obitelji vratio iz Zagreba gdje je radio u Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, na zemljištu je izgradio vinariju u kojoj proizvodi 15 tisuća litara vina godišnje.
- Predmet u odnosu na dužnosnika Milivoja Kurtova, načelnika Općine Pakoštane otvoren je temeljem prijave i navoda objavljenih u medijima, a vezano uz okolnosti prodaje građevinskog zemljišta Općine Pakoštane dužnosnikovom sinu koji je vlasnik obrta "Karaba".
Povjerenstvo je donijelo odluku da se postupak protiv dužnosnika Kurtova neće pokrenuti jer iz prikupljenih podataka i dokumentacije ne proizlazi da je dužnosnik povrijedio odredbe Zakona o sprječavanju sukoba interesa.
Naime, utvrđeno je da dužnosnik nije sudjelovao u navedenom postupku jer je Općinsko vijeće imenovalo Povjerenstvo za provođenje natječaja, a odluku o prodaji potpisao je zamjenik načelnika – navela je Majda Uzelac, tajnica nacionalnog Povjerenstva.
Natječaj za prodaju velikog zemljišta u poduzetničkoj zoni Općina je raspisala u lipnju 2020. godine. Mjesec dana kasnije donesena je odluka koju je potpisao donačelnik Josip Klarić.
U odluci je stajalo da je načelnik Kurtov utvrdio da je na natječaj pravovremeno stigla samo jedna ponuda, ona njegova sina, odnosno vlasnika obrta za ugostiteljstvo i turizam "Karaba". Utvrđeno je da je početna cijena na javnom natječaju za kupnju zemljišta iznosila 147 kuna po kvadratu, te da je Šime Kurtov za kupnju ponudio tu istu cijenu.
Povjerenstvo za provedbu javnog natječaja kojeg je imenovalo Općinsko vijeće Pakoštana sastavilo je zapisnik s javnog otvaranja ponuda, te odredilo kupoprodajnu cijenu zemljišta u ukupnom iznosu od 680.757 kuna.
Utvrđeno je da će se 10 posto kupoprodajne cijene odnosno jamčevina u iznosu od 68.075 kuna platiti u trenutku zaključenja kupoprodajnog ugovora, a preostali iznos od 612.681 kunu u osam jednakih mjesečnih rata koje će dospjevati tromjesečno unutar roka od dvije godine računajući od dana zaključenja ugovora.
Prema upisu iz registra Ministarstva gospodarstva, Milivoj Kurtov, koji se već desetljećima nalazi na čelu Općine Pakoštane istupio je iz obrta "Karaba" 2018. godine. Obrt koji nosi obiteljski nadimak te je godine preuzeo njegov sin Šime s kojim je načelnik ranije imao ugovor o ortakluku.
Obrt se temeljno bavi uzgojem grožđa, te ima dva izdvojena pogona odnosno trgovine. Adresa na koju je upisan obrt "Karaba" i ona na koju je prijavljen načelnik Općine i dalje je ista.
