Dugo najavljivani radovi na izgradnji luke za javni promet i nadogradnje lukobrana u Kaštel Starom napokon su krenuli u realizaciju. Potvrdio je to ravnatelj Županijske lučke uprave Domagoj Maroević.

– Radovi će potrajati oko dvije godine nakon čega će luka u Kaštel Starom imati 150 komunalnih vezova, uređeno 9 i pol tisuća kvadrata obalnog pojasa te novi lukobran dužine 200 metara. Ovaj projekt vrijedan je oko 50 milijuna kuna s uključenim PDV-om, što ga čini najvećim projektom Lučke uprave od njezina osnivanja, barem dok se ne krene s izgradnjom luke u Omišu, a čija je ukupna vrijednost 85 milijuna kuna – kazao je ravnatelj Maroević, obrazlažući kako je projekt luke u Kaštel Starom namijenjen prvenstveno stanovnicima, ali, naravno, pridonijet će i turističkoj ponudi.

– Kaštelani će dobiti lučicu, odnosno siguran vez za domicilno stanovništvo. Dobit će jedan dio operativne obale tako da će se na tom dijelu moći obavljati ukrcaj/iskrcaj putnika za brodare i nautičare, ali i oko 9 i pol tisuća kvadrata obale koja će biti uređena u kamenu. Računajte da je površina Zapadne obale u Splitu 18 tisuća kvadrata, znači ovo je više od polovine toga. Centar Kaštel Starog koji je dosad bio na neki način derutan, postat će najljepši dio grada Kaštela čime će se znatno doprinijeti razvoju turizma.

– U tijeku su geodetski radovi snimanja i iskolčenja građevine, a prema izjavi voditelja gradilišta Zorana Vukorepe iz tvrtke Pomgrad, u Pomgradu se priprema oprema za iskop i odvoz materijala morem. Prvi radovi na kopnu započet će za približno dva tjedna – kazala je Marija Pelivan, kaštelanska pročelnica za komunalu.

Ujedno, tijekom ovih dana, nadležne gradske službe uklanjaju preostale brodice iz mora, izmještaju parkirane automobile na drugu lokaciju, te uklanjaju štandove i ostale predmete i objekte kako bi se cijeli prostor oslobodio za radove.•

Dugo najavljivani radovi na izgradnji luke za javni promet i nadogradnje lukobrana u Kaštel Starom napokon su krenuli u realizaciju. Potvrdio je to ravnatelj Županijske lučke uprave Domagoj Maroević.

– Radovi će potrajati oko dvije godine nakon čega će luka u Kaštel Starom imati 150 komunalnih vezova, uređeno 9 i pol tisuća kvadrata obalnog pojasa te novi lukobran dužine 200 metara. Ovaj projekt vrijedan je oko 50 milijuna kuna s uključenim PDV-om, što ga čini najvećim projektom Lučke uprave od njezina osnivanja, barem dok se ne krene s izgradnjom luke u Omišu, a čija je ukupna vrijednost 85 milijuna kuna – kazao je ravnatelj Maroević, obrazlažući kako je projekt luke u Kaštel Starom namijenjen prvenstveno stanovnicima, ali, naravno, pridonijet će i turističkoj ponudi.

– Kaštelani će dobiti lučicu, odnosno siguran vez za domicilno stanovništvo. Dobit će jedan dio operativne obale tako da će se na tom dijelu moći obavljati ukrcaj/iskrcaj putnika za brodare i nautičare, ali i oko 9 i pol tisuća kvadrata obale koja će biti uređena u kamenu. Računajte da je površina Zapadne obale u Splitu 18 tisuća kvadrata, znači ovo je više od polovine toga. Centar Kaštel Starog koji je dosad bio na neki način derutan, postat će najljepši dio grada Kaštela čime će se znatno doprinijeti razvoju turizma.

– U tijeku su geodetski radovi snimanja i iskolčenja građevine, a prema izjavi voditelja gradilišta Zorana Vukorepe iz tvrtke Pomgrad, u Pomgradu se priprema oprema za iskop i odvoz materijala morem. Prvi radovi na kopnu započet će za približno dva tjedna – kazala je Marija Pelivan, kaštelanska pročelnica za komunalu.

Ujedno, tijekom ovih dana, nadležne gradske službe uklanjaju preostale brodice iz mora, izmještaju parkirane automobile na drugu lokaciju, te uklanjaju štandove i ostale predmete i objekte kako bi se cijeli prostor oslobodio za radove.•
