Župan Zagrebačke županije Stjepan Kožić nedavno je po zahtjevu USKOK-a ispitan u policiji zbog sumnji da je županijskim novcem platio privatni ručak za 20 osoba. Naime, kako pišu mediji, ured župana 8. siječnja je za ručak potrošio vrtoglavih 5250 kuna.

Kad su račun poslali u računovodstvo županije, na njegovoj poleđini pročelnica je navela da se radi o ručku s predstavnicima Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja. No, Ministarstvo je potvrdilo da su toga dana nakon obilaska dviju škola išli direktno za Zagreb te kako nisu bili ni na kakvom ručku. Osim na konzumaciju hrane, znatan novac potrošen je i na piće, pa je tako ukupno popijeno 13 butelja vina i 18 litara bezalkoholnog pića, a na koncu se sumnja da je ručak organizirao za djelatnike zagrebačke bolnice u kojoj je operiran.

Noćenje u Zagrebu

Peglanje službene kartice u privatne svrhe u Hrvatskoj nije ništa neuobičajno pa smo stoga provjerili kakva je situacija s načelnicima iz mjesta Rivijere te gradonačelnikom Makarske. Makarski gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović uopće nema službenu karticu, a kako kaže, misli da bi to bilo dobro i normalno.

- Ma prije šest mjeseci nismo imali ni internet bankarstvo. Kada na ručak vodim delegacije ili poslovne partnere, sve to ide preko računa u troškove reprezentacije, a za sada sam napravio trošak samo za jedno noćenje u Zagrebu i to je također išlo na račun. Imali smo ručak kada nam je stigla delegacija Sveučilišta u Splitu, na Dan Hrvatske ratne mornarice, a nemam podatak koliko sam do sada potrošio na troškove reprezentacije - kazao je gradonačelnik Paunović.

Za razliku od makarskoga gradonačelnika, breljanski načelnik Stipe Ursić ima službenu karticu na kojoj godišnje napravi račun od 15 tisuća kuna. Kako nam je kazao, karticu "pegla" na ručkove s delegacijama, županom i poslovnim partnerima te na noćenje u Zagrebu.

- U zadnjih devet godina, gdje god sam putovao, nikada nisam sebi naplatio nijednu dnevnicu niti sam službenom karticom plaćao ikakve poklone. Svaki račun je izdan do 16 sati do kada i traju ručkovi, i nisam godišnje potrošio ni 10 posto od onoga koliko je trošio moj prethodnik - kazuje Ursić.

Inače, kako doznajemo, njegov je prethodnik znao godišnje trošiti i oko 100 tisuća kuna.

- Kada s poslovnim partnerima odem na piće, to uvijek platim sam iz svog džepa, a službenom karticom, osim na ono što je bilo potrebno, nisam platio ni kemijsku olovku - rekao je Ursić.

I baškovoški načelnik Josko Roščić ima službenu karticu koju, kako tvrdi, nikada nije upotrijebio.

- Kartica se nalazi u računovodstvu u kuverti i zalijepljena je, a na njoj piše: Ne diraj. Karticu nikada nisam upotrijebio, a gotovinom platim ručkove s poslovnim partnerima pa račun odnesem u računovodstvo i sve se to vodi na reprezentaciju. Nekada ručak platim iz svog džepa, a iskreno, na reprezentaciju godišnje potrošim jako malo, i to je uglavnom riječ o domjencima povodom božićno-novogodišnjih blagdana i ručka radnicima koji nam po mjestu obavljaju radove - rekao je Roščić.

- Službena kartica, kakva kartica? Ne znam što je to - kazao nam je odmah na naš upit tučepski načelnik Ante Čobrnić, koji veli da karticu nema, a da na službeni ručak s poslovnim partnerima ode jednom godišnje, ako i toliko.

- Trošak reprezentacije odnosi se na ručak radnika koji u mjestu nešto rade, kao i vatrogasaca nakon intervencije, te za ručak koji Općina organizira na Svetog Antu i za božićnu večeru. I to je sve, s time da svaki put nakon ručka račun odmah bude poslan u računovodstvo s naznakom za čiji je ručak ispostavljen - kazao nam je Čobrnić, dodavši da u godišnje troškove reprezentacije spadaju i troškovi manifestacije Ka kultura u tučepskim zaseocima.

- Mislim da mjesečno na reprezentaciju ne potrošimo niti 500 kuna - dodaje Čobrnić.

U trošenju novca skroman je i grački načelnik Matko Burić, koji kada putuje u Zagreb, noćenje ne plaća u hotelu, već spava kod brata u stanu, ako je to moguće.

- Službenu karticu imam, a potrošim ispod 5 tisuća kuna godišnje, i to isključivo na poslovni ručak u Zagrebu i za plaćanje cestarine, a ako ne mogu prenoćiti kod brata, onda spavam u hotelu. Reprezentacija nam se odnosi na domjenke, radne akcije, a poslovne ručkove u Makarskoj ili Gradcu plaćam preko narudžbenice - kazao je Burić.

Načelnica Općine Podgora Petra Radić nam kaže kako nema službenu karticu, odnosno kako nije ni provjeravala je li je uopće ima, te da je do sada na trošak općine platila boravak u Opatiji i Zagrebu, a gorivo na trošak općine plaća jedino ako putuje izvan Podgore, a pokoji službeni ručak i piće podmiruje iz svoga džepa.

Župan Zagrebačke županije Stjepan Kožić nedavno je po zahtjevu USKOK-a ispitan u policiji zbog sumnji da je županijskim novcem platio privatni ručak za 20 osoba. Naime, kako pišu mediji, ured župana 8. siječnja je za ručak potrošio vrtoglavih 5250 kuna.

Kad su račun poslali u računovodstvo županije, na njegovoj poleđini pročelnica je navela da se radi o ručku s predstavnicima Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja. No, Ministarstvo je potvrdilo da su toga dana nakon obilaska dviju škola išli direktno za Zagreb te kako nisu bili ni na kakvom ručku. Osim na konzumaciju hrane, znatan novac potrošen je i na piće, pa je tako ukupno popijeno 13 butelja vina i 18 litara bezalkoholnog pića, a na koncu se sumnja da je ručak organizirao za djelatnike zagrebačke bolnice u kojoj je operiran.

Noćenje u Zagrebu

Peglanje službene kartice u privatne svrhe u Hrvatskoj nije ništa neuobičajno pa smo stoga provjerili kakva je situacija s načelnicima iz mjesta Rivijere te gradonačelnikom Makarske. Makarski gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović uopće nema službenu karticu, a kako kaže, misli da bi to bilo dobro i normalno.

- Ma prije šest mjeseci nismo imali ni internet bankarstvo. Kada na ručak vodim delegacije ili poslovne partnere, sve to ide preko računa u troškove reprezentacije, a za sada sam napravio trošak samo za jedno noćenje u Zagrebu i to je također išlo na račun. Imali smo ručak kada nam je stigla delegacija Sveučilišta u Splitu, na Dan Hrvatske ratne mornarice, a nemam podatak koliko sam do sada potrošio na troškove reprezentacije - kazao je gradonačelnik Paunović.

Za razliku od makarskoga gradonačelnika, breljanski načelnik Stipe Ursić ima službenu karticu na kojoj godišnje napravi račun od 15 tisuća kuna. Kako nam je kazao, karticu "pegla" na ručkove s delegacijama, županom i poslovnim partnerima te na noćenje u Zagrebu.

- U zadnjih devet godina, gdje god sam putovao, nikada nisam sebi naplatio nijednu dnevnicu niti sam službenom karticom plaćao ikakve poklone. Svaki račun je izdan do 16 sati do kada i traju ručkovi, i nisam godišnje potrošio ni 10 posto od onoga koliko je trošio moj prethodnik - kazuje Ursić.

Inače, kako doznajemo, njegov je prethodnik znao godišnje trošiti i oko 100 tisuća kuna.

- Kada s poslovnim partnerima odem na piće, to uvijek platim sam iz svog džepa, a službenom karticom, osim na ono što je bilo potrebno, nisam platio ni kemijsku olovku - rekao je Ursić.

I baškovoški načelnik Josko Roščić ima službenu karticu koju, kako tvrdi, nikada nije upotrijebio.

- Kartica se nalazi u računovodstvu u kuverti i zalijepljena je, a na njoj piše: Ne diraj. Karticu nikada nisam upotrijebio, a gotovinom platim ručkove s poslovnim partnerima pa račun odnesem u računovodstvo i sve se to vodi na reprezentaciju. Nekada ručak platim iz svog džepa, a iskreno, na reprezentaciju godišnje potrošim jako malo, i to je uglavnom riječ o domjencima povodom božićno-novogodišnjih blagdana i ručka radnicima koji nam po mjestu obavljaju radove - rekao je Roščić.

- Službena kartica, kakva kartica? Ne znam što je to - kazao nam je odmah na naš upit tučepski načelnik Ante Čobrnić, koji veli da karticu nema, a da na službeni ručak s poslovnim partnerima ode jednom godišnje, ako i toliko.

- Trošak reprezentacije odnosi se na ručak radnika koji u mjestu nešto rade, kao i vatrogasaca nakon intervencije, te za ručak koji Općina organizira na Svetog Antu i za božićnu večeru. I to je sve, s time da svaki put nakon ručka račun odmah bude poslan u računovodstvo s naznakom za čiji je ručak ispostavljen - kazao nam je Čobrnić, dodavši da u godišnje troškove reprezentacije spadaju i troškovi manifestacije Ka kultura u tučepskim zaseocima.

- Mislim da mjesečno na reprezentaciju ne potrošimo niti 500 kuna - dodaje Čobrnić.

U trošenju novca skroman je i grački načelnik Matko Burić, koji kada putuje u Zagreb, noćenje ne plaća u hotelu, već spava kod brata u stanu, ako je to moguće.

- Službenu karticu imam, a potrošim ispod 5 tisuća kuna godišnje, i to isključivo na poslovni ručak u Zagrebu i za plaćanje cestarine, a ako ne mogu prenoćiti kod brata, onda spavam u hotelu. Reprezentacija nam se odnosi na domjenke, radne akcije, a poslovne ručkove u Makarskoj ili Gradcu plaćam preko narudžbenice - kazao je Burić.

Načelnica Općine Podgora Petra Radić nam kaže kako nema službenu karticu, odnosno kako nije ni provjeravala je li je uopće ima, te da je do sada na trošak općine platila boravak u Opatiji i Zagrebu, a gorivo na trošak općine plaća jedino ako putuje izvan Podgore, a pokoji službeni ručak i piće podmiruje iz svoga džepa.
