Posljednjih se dana dobrano zakuhalo u Omišu, a sve zbog natječaja za koncesiju nad kampom na Ribnjaku.

Kada je objavljena lista najboljih ponuđača postalo je vidljivo kako s oko 60 tisuća turističkih kvadrata uz more i ušće rijeke Cetine više neće upravljati tvornica trikotaže "Galeb", koja je to radila zadnje 22 godine. Izašli radnici na ulice. Zavapili gradonačelniku Ivi Tomasoviću.

Smeta ih, vele, kako je odabrana ponuda istarske tvrtke "Rudan" koja se bavi energetikom na prvom mjestu, a turizmom tek usputno. No, "usputnim" se ne može smatrati preuzimanje nekoliko hotela i turističkih objekata tijekom posljednjih nekoliko godina.

Naime, kompanija iz Žminja ima hotele u Vodicama, na Pagu, u Istri i terme "Jezerčica" u Hrvatskom zagorju. Planovi su im veliki, tvrdi menadžer Goran Fabris koji je "Rudanov" prvi čovjek u tom dijelu poslovanja, a tu je došao s mjesta predsjednika Uprave "Jadrana" iz Crikvenice.

- Javili smo se na natječaj, među osam ponuđača naša je ponuda najbolja. I to bi bilo to, da se nije dogodio prosvjed, koji me, onako ljudski - pogodio. Zabolila me riječ koju sam čuo, "klijentelizam", pa sam se zapitao o čemu pričamo? - kaže Fabris i dodaje kako je, računajući 20 godina trajanja koncesije u Omišu za koju je bilo otvoreno nadmetanje, "Rudanova" ponuda za četiri milijuna eura viša od drugog po redu natjecatelja, a čak pet milijuna viša od iznosa koji je istaknuo "Galeb".

- To je fiksni zakup, a morate mu dodati i varijabilni, koji do pete godine korištenja iznosi tri posto na ostvareni prihod, od šeste do desete godine pet posto, a iznad toga sedam posto. Jednostavna je to matematika.

Našom smo ponudom pokazali da u svoj projekt vjerujemo više od drugi, jer smo u startu pokazali kako planiramo više raditi i sukladno tome i više plaćati - veli Fabris.

Prema njegovim riječima, investicije u kamp bit će velike, jer im je plan već do sezone 2024. podići se na četiri zvjezdice, dok im je pet zvjezdica san kojem streme.

- Intencija nam je postići pet zvjezdica, jer Omiš pozicijom to zaslužuje, na samo je pola sata od Splita koji je po meni broj dva turistička pozicija u Hrvatskoj, odmah je iza Dubrovnika.

Činjenica je da se kamp praktički nalazi u gradu, ima fenomenalno zaleđe, ima sve uvjete da radi baš svih 12 mjeseci, a nadamo se da ćemo s cjelogodišnjim poslovanjem početi najkasnije 2025. godine - veli Fabris.

O zapošljavanju domaćih ljudi nema ni potrebe govoriti, kaže, jer je to jedino logično. Kada kamp krene sa cjelogodišnjim poslovanjem bit će mjesta za sve, smatraju u "Rudanu".

Kada je objavljena lista najboljih ponuđača postalo je vidljivo kako s oko 60 tisuća turističkih kvadrata uz more i ušće rijeke Cetine više neće upravljati tvornica trikotaže "Galeb", koja je to radila zadnje 22 godine. Izašli radnici na ulice. Zavapili gradonačelniku Ivi Tomasoviću.

Smeta ih, vele, kako je odabrana ponuda istarske tvrtke "Rudan" koja se bavi energetikom na prvom mjestu, a turizmom tek usputno. No, "usputnim" se ne može smatrati preuzimanje nekoliko hotela i turističkih objekata tijekom posljednjih nekoliko godina.

Naime, kompanija iz Žminja ima hotele u Vodicama, na Pagu, u Istri i terme "Jezerčica" u Hrvatskom zagorju. Planovi su im veliki, tvrdi menadžer Goran Fabris koji je "Rudanov" prvi čovjek u tom dijelu poslovanja, a tu je došao s mjesta predsjednika Uprave "Jadrana" iz Crikvenice.

- Javili smo se na natječaj, među osam ponuđača naša je ponuda najbolja. I to bi bilo to, da se nije dogodio prosvjed, koji me, onako ljudski - pogodio. Zabolila me riječ koju sam čuo, "klijentelizam", pa sam se zapitao o čemu pričamo? - kaže Fabris i dodaje kako je, računajući 20 godina trajanja koncesije u Omišu za koju je bilo otvoreno nadmetanje, "Rudanova" ponuda za četiri milijuna eura viša od drugog po redu natjecatelja, a čak pet milijuna viša od iznosa koji je istaknuo "Galeb".

- To je fiksni zakup, a morate mu dodati i varijabilni, koji do pete godine korištenja iznosi tri posto na ostvareni prihod, od šeste do desete godine pet posto, a iznad toga sedam posto. Jednostavna je to matematika.

Našom smo ponudom pokazali da u svoj projekt vjerujemo više od drugi, jer smo u startu pokazali kako planiramo više raditi i sukladno tome i više plaćati - veli Fabris.

Prema njegovim riječima, investicije u kamp bit će velike, jer im je plan već do sezone 2024. podići se na četiri zvjezdice, dok im je pet zvjezdica san kojem streme.

- Intencija nam je postići pet zvjezdica, jer Omiš pozicijom to zaslužuje, na samo je pola sata od Splita koji je po meni broj dva turistička pozicija u Hrvatskoj, odmah je iza Dubrovnika.

Činjenica je da se kamp praktički nalazi u gradu, ima fenomenalno zaleđe, ima sve uvjete da radi baš svih 12 mjeseci, a nadamo se da ćemo s cjelogodišnjim poslovanjem početi najkasnije 2025. godine - veli Fabris.

O zapošljavanju domaćih ljudi nema ni potrebe govoriti, kaže, jer je to jedino logično. Kada kamp krene sa cjelogodišnjim poslovanjem bit će mjesta za sve, smatraju u "Rudanu".
