Ulicama Grada iz dana u dan šeta sve veći broj turista, predsezona je u povojima, a svi posjetitelji osim potrebe za razgledavanjem povijesne jezgre, imaju i fiziološke potrebe. Ali, gdje u zahod kad dođe kritični trenutak, a osoba se nalazi na Stradunu ili pred Dvorom, pita se Dubrovački vjesnik.

Prije točno tri godine, gradonačelnik Mato Franković najavio je kako će Grad Dubrovnik od države, točnije od tadašnjeg Ministarstva državne imovine, kupiti prostor od nekih 100 kvadrata unutar zidina za potrebe javnog zahoda, što je i učinjeno za 807 tisuća eura. Najavio je kako je cilj imati sanitarni čvor od pet zvjezdica koji bi bio dostupan 24 sata, a kao adresa budućeg zahoda spominjala se tada Ulica Cvijete Zuzorić 3, govorilo se tada o ‘najskupljem javnom zahodu u državi‘.

Došla je korona i mnogi projekti su pali u drugi plan, ali ni građani ni turisti nisu dobili javni zahod unutar mira koji je trebao biti spreman već za sezonu 2020.

No, iz gradske uprave navode kako je novi javni sanitarni čvor unutar dubrovačke povijesne gradske jezgre planiran u prostoru koji se nalazi na križanju ulica Između polača i Marojice Kaboge.

- Za navedeni projekt izrađeno je idejno rješenje, a zbog osjetljivosti lokacije pod UNESCO-ovom zaštitom potrebno je ispitati mogućnosti te uvjete koje će propisati Konzervatorski odjel u Dubrovniku, kao i komunalno društvo Vodovod Dubrovnik s obzirom na planiranu namjenu navedenog prostora, nakon čega se mogu regulirati i međusobni odnosi dvaju društva budući je prostor za koji je izrađeno idejno rješenje u vlasništvu UTD Ragusa, a samim objektom – javnim sanitarnim čvorom bi upravljala Čistoća Dubrovnik, odgovaraju iz Grada Dubrovnika te dodaju:

- Prema izrađenom idejnom rješenju očekivani trošak uređenja je oko 1,5 do 2 milijuna kuna (200 do 265 tisuća eura), međutim potrebno je istaknuti kako se radi o procjeni koja je izrađena prije koronakrize i porasta cijena građevinskog materijala, stoga će iznos biti poznat po izradi cjelokupne dokumentacije, napominju iz gradske uprave.

Međutim, kad će prvi turist ili domaće čeljade obaviti veliku ili malu nuždu u novom dubrovačkom javnom zahodu, ostaje nepoznanica. Podsjećaju iz Grada Dubrovnika kako su na raspolaganju korisnicima na užem području gradske jezgre su tri javna WC-a: Pile, Ploče i Peskarija.

- Radno vrijeme u ljetnim mjesecima je od 7 do 3 sata. Cijena pojedinačnog korištenja usluga javnog WC-a je jedan euro te je na svim lokacijama korisnicima omogućeno kartično plaćanje, pojašnjavaju iz gradske uprave.

Ulicama Grada iz dana u dan šeta sve veći broj turista, predsezona je u povojima, a svi posjetitelji osim potrebe za razgledavanjem povijesne jezgre, imaju i fiziološke potrebe. Ali, gdje u zahod kad dođe kritični trenutak, a osoba se nalazi na Stradunu ili pred Dvorom, pita se Dubrovački vjesnik.

Prije točno tri godine, gradonačelnik Mato Franković najavio je kako će Grad Dubrovnik od države, točnije od tadašnjeg Ministarstva državne imovine, kupiti prostor od nekih 100 kvadrata unutar zidina za potrebe javnog zahoda, što je i učinjeno za 807 tisuća eura. Najavio je kako je cilj imati sanitarni čvor od pet zvjezdica koji bi bio dostupan 24 sata, a kao adresa budućeg zahoda spominjala se tada Ulica Cvijete Zuzorić 3, govorilo se tada o ‘najskupljem javnom zahodu u državi‘.

Došla je korona i mnogi projekti su pali u drugi plan, ali ni građani ni turisti nisu dobili javni zahod unutar mira koji je trebao biti spreman već za sezonu 2020.

No, iz gradske uprave navode kako je novi javni sanitarni čvor unutar dubrovačke povijesne gradske jezgre planiran u prostoru koji se nalazi na križanju ulica Između polača i Marojice Kaboge.

- Za navedeni projekt izrađeno je idejno rješenje, a zbog osjetljivosti lokacije pod UNESCO-ovom zaštitom potrebno je ispitati mogućnosti te uvjete koje će propisati Konzervatorski odjel u Dubrovniku, kao i komunalno društvo Vodovod Dubrovnik s obzirom na planiranu namjenu navedenog prostora, nakon čega se mogu regulirati i međusobni odnosi dvaju društva budući je prostor za koji je izrađeno idejno rješenje u vlasništvu UTD Ragusa, a samim objektom – javnim sanitarnim čvorom bi upravljala Čistoća Dubrovnik, odgovaraju iz Grada Dubrovnika te dodaju:

- Prema izrađenom idejnom rješenju očekivani trošak uređenja je oko 1,5 do 2 milijuna kuna (200 do 265 tisuća eura), međutim potrebno je istaknuti kako se radi o procjeni koja je izrađena prije koronakrize i porasta cijena građevinskog materijala, stoga će iznos biti poznat po izradi cjelokupne dokumentacije, napominju iz gradske uprave.

Međutim, kad će prvi turist ili domaće čeljade obaviti veliku ili malu nuždu u novom dubrovačkom javnom zahodu, ostaje nepoznanica. Podsjećaju iz Grada Dubrovnika kako su na raspolaganju korisnicima na užem području gradske jezgre su tri javna WC-a: Pile, Ploče i Peskarija.

- Radno vrijeme u ljetnim mjesecima je od 7 do 3 sata. Cijena pojedinačnog korištenja usluga javnog WC-a je jedan euro te je na svim lokacijama korisnicima omogućeno kartično plaćanje, pojašnjavaju iz gradske uprave.

Ulicama Grada iz dana u dan šeta sve veći broj turista, predsezona je u povojima, a svi posjetitelji osim potrebe za razgledavanjem povijesne jezgre, imaju i fiziološke potrebe. Ali, gdje u zahod kad dođe kritični trenutak, a osoba se nalazi na Stradunu ili pred Dvorom, pita se Dubrovački vjesnik.

Prije točno tri godine, gradonačelnik Mato Franković najavio je kako će Grad Dubrovnik od države, točnije od tadašnjeg Ministarstva državne imovine, kupiti prostor od nekih 100 kvadrata unutar zidina za potrebe javnog zahoda, što je i učinjeno za 807 tisuća eura. Najavio je kako je cilj imati sanitarni čvor od pet zvjezdica koji bi bio dostupan 24 sata, a kao adresa budućeg zahoda spominjala se tada Ulica Cvijete Zuzorić 3, govorilo se tada o ‘najskupljem javnom zahodu u državi‘....
