Brojke o otoku nadomak Visa, jugozapadno od Komiže nekih 4,7 nautičkih milja, govore kako ima površinu oko šest kilometara kvadratnih, dvije morske atrakcije, planetarno poznatu Modru špilju, ali i Medvedinu špilju, te kako na otoku cijelu godinu živi tek 11 stanovnika.

To je otok Biševo u brojkama, no uskoro uz njegovo ime i poziv turistima stajat će informacija i o novoizgrađenom “Centru za posjetitelje Modra špilja – Biševo” u zgradi stare škole u srcu otoka, te uređenih 12,3 kilometara pješačkih i biciklističkih staza, ali i kamera za praćenje Eleonorinih sokolova, te za kraj “ušminkan” tunel, odnosno prostor topničke bitnice na rtu Galijula, koja se proteže u zemljinoj utrobi na dubini na 35 metara, iznad južne uvale otoka imena Trešjavac.

Sve je to splitsko-dalmatinskom županu Blaženku Bobanu, njegovim suradnicima i novinarskim ekipama, predstavljeno tijekom obilaska ovoj najjužnijeg naseljenog otoka županije, koji bi sada projektom ukupnom vrijednim 27 milijuna kuna, od čega je 18,4 milijuna bespovratnog novca iz EU fondova, dobio dodatne sadržaje. I za malobrojno domicilno stanovništvo, te za brojne posjetitelje koji sve češće biraju viški arhipelag kao svoju destinaciju.

Manje poteškoće

– U partnerstvu sa Gradom Komižom, Turističkom zajednicom Komiže, “Plavim svijetom Institutom za istraživanje i zaštitu mora” iz Malog Lošinja, provodimo ovaj značajan projekt, gdje će i bunker dobiti novu funkciju, kao i obnovljena zgrada stare škole, koja ću sutra sadržavati interpretacijski, ugostiteljski te smještajni dio – naglasio je Domagoj Lažeta, ravnatelj Javne ustanove SDŽ “More i krš”, dok je regionalni čelnik Boban izuzetno zadovoljan poštivanjem rokova po čijem oraru bi sve trebalo biti gotovo do 1. listopada:

– Bilo je malih poteškoća s dostavom materijala zbog pandemije COVID-a. Županija je osnivač negdašnje osnovne škole koja je sada napuštena, i evo bit će kao i neke druge napuštene škole po županiji, prenamijenjena u turističke svrhe. Bilo bi lijepo kada bi zainteresirali domaće turiste da počnu ovdje dolaziti, jer nismo ni svjesni kakve ljepote imamo.

No, tog bogatstva svjesni su domaćini ispred kojih je ulogu vodiča preuzeo Zvonko Brajčić, najmlađi stanovnik Biševa sa 45 godina, te inžinjer i voditelj gradilišta Ivan Čurlin, a što ovo ulaganje znači za Komižane naglasila je gradonačelnica Tonka Ivčević, ističući najvažnije benefite:

– Tu su nova radna mjesta, imat ćemo bolju ponudu, a s njom i veći broj turista. Ljudi će moći na kućnom pragu prodati sve što proizvedu.

Župan je potom sa suradnicima nastavio obilazak viškog akvatorija. Nakon Biševa i Komiže, a zahvaljujući agilnoj posadi broda “Pojišan” – Petru Poklepoviću, Nediljka Gudeljua i Toniju Mladinovu, te Lučkom kapetanu Željku Kušteri – doplovilo se unatoč jakom jugu i do grada Visa.

Demografska i energetska obnova

Tu je priča o demografskom rastu u punom zamahu, a Županija je potpomogla energetsku obnovu Osnovne škole “Vis”.

– Dosad je SDŽ energetski obnovila 16 školskih zgrada, a s projektom nastavljamo dalje. Vrijednost radova je oko osam milijuna kuna, od čega smo tri milijuna izdvojili iz matičnog proračuna – istaknuo je Boban, dok je Anela Borčić, ravnateljica škole u čijim klupa se obrazuje 113 učenika, potvrdila kako će sad imati veliku uštedu energije, a učenici i nastavnici ljepše uvjete za rad.

– Otkako sam gradonačelnik more me slatke brige. Prije 12 godina je bilo 56 djece u dječjem vrtiću, a sada ih je 83, te ćemo nagodinu upisati više od 20 prvašića. U okviru demografske obnove, Grad je zajedno sa Županijom, realizirao izgradnju jaslica i dječjeg vrtića, kao i srednje škole u bivšem domu JNA, čime imamo rad škole u jednoj smjeni, a sve je zaokruženo dovršenim projektom energetske obnove osnovne škole.

Sad još trebamo izgraditi školsku športsku dvoranu za učenike osnovne i srednje škole, koju će koristiti i građani Visa – ponosno je istaknuo Ivo Radica, gradonačelnik Visa, zadovoljan što ima županovu podršku u provedbi što boljih uvjeta za najmlađe žitelje otoka.

Brojke o otoku nadomak Visa, jugozapadno od Komiže nekih 4,7 nautičkih milja, govore kako ima površinu oko šest kilometara kvadratnih, dvije morske atrakcije, planetarno poznatu Modru špilju, ali i Medvedinu špilju, te kako na otoku cijelu godinu živi tek 11 stanovnika.

To je otok Biševo u brojkama, no uskoro uz njegovo ime i poziv turistima stajat će informacija i o novoizgrađenom “Centru za posjetitelje Modra špilja – Biševo” u zgradi stare škole u srcu otoka, te uređenih 12,3 kilometara pješačkih i biciklističkih staza, ali i kamera za praćenje Eleonorinih sokolova, te za kraj “ušminkan” tunel, odnosno prostor topničke bitnice na rtu Galijula, koja se proteže u zemljinoj utrobi na dubini na 35 metara, iznad južne uvale otoka imena Trešjavac.

Sve je to splitsko-dalmatinskom županu Blaženku Bobanu, njegovim suradnicima i novinarskim ekipama, predstavljeno tijekom obilaska ovoj najjužnijeg naseljenog otoka županije, koji bi sada projektom ukupnom vrijednim 27 milijuna kuna, od čega je 18,4 milijuna bespovratnog novca iz EU fondova, dobio dodatne sadržaje. I za malobrojno domicilno stanovništvo, te za brojne posjetitelje koji sve češće biraju viški arhipelag kao svoju destinaciju.

Manje poteškoće

– U partnerstvu sa Gradom Komižom, Turističkom zajednicom Komiže, “Plavim svijetom Institutom za istraživanje i zaštitu mora” iz Malog Lošinja, provodimo ovaj značajan projekt, gdje će i bunker dobiti novu funkciju, kao i obnovljena zgrada stare škole, koja ću sutra sadržavati interpretacijski, ugostiteljski te smještajni dio – naglasio je Domagoj Lažeta, ravnatelj Javne ustanove SDŽ “More i krš”, dok je regionalni čelnik Boban izuzetno zadovoljan poštivanjem rokova po čijem oraru bi sve trebalo biti gotovo do 1. listopada:

– Bilo je malih poteškoća s dostavom materijala zbog pandemije COVID-a. Županija je osnivač negdašnje osnovne škole koja je sada napuštena, i evo bit će kao i neke druge napuštene škole po županiji, prenamijenjena u turističke svrhe. Bilo bi lijepo kada bi zainteresirali domaće turiste da počnu ovdje dolaziti, jer nismo ni svjesni kakve ljepote imamo.

No, tog bogatstva svjesni su domaćini ispred kojih je ulogu vodiča preuzeo Zvonko Brajčić, najmlađi stanovnik Biševa sa 45 godina, te inžinjer i voditelj gradilišta Ivan Čurlin, a što ovo ulaganje znači za Komižane naglasila je gradonačelnica Tonka Ivčević, ističući najvažnije benefite:

– Tu su nova radna mjesta, imat ćemo bolju ponudu, a s njom i veći broj turista. Ljudi će moći na kućnom pragu prodati sve što proizvedu.

Župan je potom sa suradnicima nastavio obilazak viškog akvatorija. Nakon Biševa i Komiže, a zahvaljujući agilnoj posadi broda “Pojišan” – Petru Poklepoviću, Nediljka Gudeljua i Toniju Mladinovu, te Lučkom kapetanu Željku Kušteri – doplovilo se unatoč jakom jugu i do grada Visa.

Demografska i energetska obnova

Tu je priča o demografskom rastu u punom zamahu, a Županija je potpomogla energetsku obnovu Osnovne škole “Vis”.

– Dosad je SDŽ energetski obnovila 16 školskih zgrada, a s projektom nastavljamo dalje. Vrijednost radova je oko osam milijuna kuna, od čega smo tri milijuna izdvojili iz matičnog proračuna – istaknuo je Boban, dok je Anela Borčić, ravnateljica škole u čijim klupa se obrazuje 113 učenika, potvrdila kako će sad imati veliku uštedu energije, a učenici i nastavnici ljepše uvjete za rad.

– Otkako sam gradonačelnik more me slatke brige. Prije 12 godina je bilo 56 djece u dječjem vrtiću, a sada ih je 83, te ćemo nagodinu upisati više od 20 prvašića. U okviru demografske obnove, Grad je zajedno sa Županijom, realizirao izgradnju jaslica i dječjeg vrtića, kao i srednje škole u bivšem domu JNA, čime imamo rad škole u jednoj smjeni, a sve je zaokruženo dovršenim projektom energetske obnove osnovne škole.

Sad još trebamo izgraditi školsku športsku dvoranu za učenike osnovne i srednje škole, koju će koristiti i građani Visa – ponosno je istaknuo Ivo Radica, gradonačelnik Visa, zadovoljan što ima županovu podršku u provedbi što boljih uvjeta za najmlađe žitelje otoka.
