Život na našim škojima općenito je puno teži nego na kopnu, a osobito u ovo doba koronavirusa.
Kronični bolesnici su svakako jedna od najugroženijih skupina, ne samo zbog rizika od zaraze i posljedičnih komplikacija, nego i zato što periodično moraju do medicinskih pomagala i potrošnog materijala koje osigurava Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO), a bez e-propusnica ne mogu putovati nigdje sa svojih otoka.
Državni zavod je 10. travnja prihvatio prijedlog udruga oboljelih od kroničnih bolesti i njihovih liječnika te dopustio dostavu ortopedskih pomagala na kućnu adresu pacijenata, ali samo na vremensko razdoblje od dva mjeseca.
Međutim, oboljeli su sada pokrenuli inicijativu da to bude trajno.
Važan iskorak
– Najprije moramo reći da smo HZZO-u zahvalni na pokretanju projekta e-doznaka, jer je to jedan od najvećih napredaka za naše bolesnike, osobito male ljude u ruralnim područjima. Također smatramo da je od velike važnosti još jednom uputiti apel Zavodu da svoju zadnju odluku o privremenoj dozvoli dostave pomagala na kućnu adresu učini trajnom za sve bolesnike kojima je to potrebno. Želimo da se pri donošenju takve odluke posebno imaju na umu osobe koje su ostale živjeti na otocima ili u nekim drugim relativno izoliranim sredinama – kaže Tara Gamulin iz Jelse, članica Zagrebačkog dijabetičkog društva.
Naša sugovornica dodaje da su kronični bolesnici i inače izloženi raznim poteškoćama. Najgore im je kada trebaju neko pomagalo ili materijal a u svojim sredinama nemaju specijalizirane ustanove i ljekarne.
Nove tehnologije
– Naše udruge u tom smislu kontinuirano potiču uvođenje novih tehnologija u liječenju. Tako je, primjerice, nakon duge borbe, na listu HZZO-a stavljen uređaj za kontinuirano mjerenje šećera uz pomoć čipa/senzora. Na taj način smo i do osam puta smanjili broj uboda i vađenje krvi iz prsta, što je za bolesnike vrlo značajno.
Kada govorimo o najnovijoj inicijativi, u potpunosti smo svjesni velikih financijskih izazova koji su sada stavljeni pred zdravstveni sustav, stoga podržavamo i razumijemo stav HZZO-a da opcija troška isporuke na kućnu adresu ne može ići na teret Zavoda ni osiguranika građanina osim ako se on s tim ne suglasi – iznosi naša sugovornica.

Opciju isporuke pomagala na kućnu adresu osobama kojima su ona potrebna podržali su Koalicija udruga u zdravstvu, Zagrebačko dijabetičko društvo, Udruga oboljelih od multiple skleroze “MS tim Hrvatska”, Savez oboljelih od stome, Udruga dijabetičara “Mellitus” iz Rijeke, te Udruga djece oboljele od dijabetesa i njihovih roditelja “Cukrići” iz Zadra.
Učinio je to i glumac Željko Königsknecht, koji je uvidio sve prednosti “privremenog rješenja”, što je, spomenimo i to, u mnogim razvijenim zemljama zapravo stalni standard u zdravstvu.
– Oduševila me brza reakcija i promptno uvođenje mogućnosti dostave pomagala koja financira HZZO na kućnu adresu. Imam privilegij da živim u Zagrebu, sa svim benefitima koje takav život pruža, a jedan od njih je svakako veliki broj ljekarni i specijaliziranih prodavaonica nadohvat ruke.
No, kao javna osoba imao sam priliku upoznati baš puno onih koji boluju od dijabetesa, ali i druge bolesnike iz udaljenih dijelova Hrvatske. Mnogim ljudima iz manjih mjesta u našoj zemlji, a osobito onima s otoka, specijalizirane prodavaonice, pa čak i ljekarne, nisu nadohvat ruke. Ne zaboravimo te teže bolesnike, starije i nemoćne. Svima njima bi jako puno značilo kada biste opciju dostave pomagala na kućnu adresu trajno dopustili – naglašava Königsknecht.

Isporuka na pravilan način
Pravilnikom o ortopedskim i drugim pomagalima propisano je da isporučitelji pomagala, što podrazumijeva i potrošni materijal i rezervne dijelove, isporučuju isključivo na ugovorenoj lokaciji s Hrvatskim zavodom za zdravstveno osiguranje, osim u slučajevima kada je ugovorom utvrđena obveza dostava pomagala na kućnu adresu, odnosno zdravstvenu ustanovu.
Također, većina pomagala se isporučuje u količini dostatnoj za rok upotrebe tri i više mjeseci, a serijski proizvedena pomagala koja propisuje izabrani doktor propisuju se i putem e-potvrde. Stoga, HZZO i dalje preporuča da se isporuka obavlja na propisani način – poručili su iz HZZO-a.

Život na našim škojima općenito je puno teži nego na kopnu, a osobito u ovo doba koronavirusa.
Kronični bolesnici su svakako jedna od najugroženijih skupina, ne samo zbog rizika od zaraze i posljedičnih komplikacija, nego i zato što periodično moraju do medicinskih pomagala i potrošnog materijala koje osigurava Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO), a bez e-propusnica ne mogu putovati nigdje sa svojih otoka.
Državni zavod je 10. travnja prihvatio prijedlog udruga oboljelih od kroničnih bolesti i njihovih liječnika te dopustio dostavu ortopedskih pomagala na kućnu adresu pacijenata, ali samo na vremensko razdoblje od dva mjeseca.
Međutim, oboljeli su sada pokrenuli inicijativu da to bude trajno.
Važan iskorak
– Najprije moramo reći da smo HZZO-u zahvalni na pokretanju projekta e-doznaka, jer je to jedan od najvećih napredaka za naše bolesnike, osobito male ljude u ruralnim područjima. Također smatramo da je od velike važnosti još jednom uputiti apel Zavodu da svoju zadnju odluku o privremenoj dozvoli dostave pomagala na kućnu adresu učini trajnom za sve bolesnike kojima je to potrebno. Želimo da se pri donošenju takve odluke posebno imaju na umu osobe koje su ostale živjeti na otocima ili u nekim drugim relativno izoliranim sredinama – kaže Tara Gamulin iz Jelse, članica Zagrebačkog dijabetičkog društva.
Naša sugovornica dodaje da su kronični bolesnici i inače izloženi raznim poteškoćama. Najgore im je kada trebaju neko pomagalo ili materijal a u svojim sredinama nemaju specijalizirane ustanove i ljekarne.

– Naše udruge u tom smislu kontinuirano potiču uvođenje novih tehnologija u liječenju. Tako je, primjerice, nakon duge borbe, na listu HZZO-a stavljen uređaj za kontinuirano mjerenje šećera uz pomoć čipa/senzora. Na taj način smo i do osam puta smanjili broj uboda i vađenje krvi iz prsta, što je za bolesnike vrlo značajno.
Kada govorimo o najnovijoj inicijativi, u potpunosti smo svjesni velikih financijskih izazova koji su sada stavljeni pred zdravstveni sustav, stoga podržavamo i razumijemo stav HZZO-a da opcija troška isporuke na kućnu adresu ne može ići na teret Zavoda ni osiguranika građanina osim ako se on s tim ne suglasi – iznosi naša sugovornica.

Opciju isporuke pomagala na kućnu adresu osobama kojima su ona potrebna podržali su Koalicija udruga u zdravstvu, Zagrebačko dijabetičko društvo, Udruga oboljelih od multiple skleroze “MS tim Hrvatska”, Savez oboljelih od stome, Udruga dijabetičara “Mellitus” iz Rijeke, te Udruga djece oboljele od dijabetesa i njihovih roditelja “Cukrići” iz Zadra.
Učinio je to i glumac Željko Königsknecht, koji je uvidio sve prednosti “privremenog rješenja”, što je, spomenimo i to, u mnogim razvijenim zemljama zapravo stalni standard u zdravstvu.
– Oduševila me brza reakcija i promptno uvođenje mogućnosti dostave pomagala koja financira HZZO na kućnu adresu. Imam privilegij da živim u Zagrebu, sa svim benefitima koje takav život pruža, a jedan od njih je svakako veliki broj ljekarni i specijaliziranih prodavaonica nadohvat ruke.
No, kao javna osoba imao sam priliku upoznati baš puno onih koji boluju od dijabetesa, ali i druge bolesnike iz udaljenih dijelova Hrvatske. Mnogim ljudima iz manjih mjesta u našoj zemlji, a osobito onima s otoka, specijalizirane prodavaonice, pa čak i ljekarne, nisu nadohvat ruke. Ne zaboravimo te teže bolesnike, starije i nemoćne. Svima njima bi jako puno značilo kada biste opciju dostave pomagala na kućnu adresu trajno dopustili – naglašava Königsknecht.

Isporuka na pravilan način
Pravilnikom o ortopedskim i drugim pomagalima propisano je da isporučitelji pomagala, što podrazumijeva i potrošni materijal i rezervne dijelove, isporučuju isključivo na ugovorenoj lokaciji s Hrvatskim zavodom za zdravstveno osiguranje, osim u slučajevima kada je ugovorom utvrđena obveza dostava pomagala na kućnu adresu, odnosno zdravstvenu ustanovu.
Također, većina pomagala se isporučuje u količini dostatnoj za rok upotrebe tri i više mjeseci, a serijski proizvedena pomagala koja propisuje izabrani doktor propisuju se i putem e-potvrde. Stoga, HZZO i dalje preporuča da se isporuka obavlja na propisani način – poručili su iz HZZO-a.
