Groblje Svetog Ilije u Kozici je među najstarijim grobljima u vrgoračkoj krajini i to je sagrađeno prije 1861. godine, a broji oko 200 grobnica. Na groblju se nalaze stoljetna stabla hrastova od kojih je jedan pao na obiteljsku grobnicu Kozičanina Jurice Rudeža, a koji je uništio dio grobnice, u što smo se i sami uvjerili kada smo obišli kozičko groblje.

Kako kazuje Rudež, nakon nezgode se obratio vrgoračkoj tvrtki Čistoća koja upravlja grobljem, a čijem je direktoru Toniju Grljušiću pojasnio cijeli problem i zamolio ga da omogući proširenje groblja na kojem nema više nijedne slobodne grobnice.

Napisao zamolbu

- Prije pet mjeseci sam najmanje 10 puta otišao u tvrtku Čistoća u Vrgorac i upozorio sam ih da otpilaju stara trula stabla hrastova kako ne bi opet došlo do nezgode ili, ne daj Bože, tragedije. Ovo groblje je najgore i najzapuštenije groblje u cijeloj bivšoj Jugoslaviji, a ne samo u vrgoračkom kraju. Na koncu su mi iz Čistoće kazali da ne smijem otpilati stablo hrasta koje je palo po mojoj grobnici i čija je grana teška 500 kilograma, ali ja sam ga otpilao na svoju ruku što sam zajedno sa sanacijom grobnice platio najmanje 15 tisuća kuna - kazuje Rudež koji je Grljušića zamolio da mu osigura novo grobno mjesto koje bi sam sagradio i odmah platio 25 tisuća kuna ili bi ga sagradila gradska tvrtka.

- Morao sam Grljušiću pisati zamolbu u kojoj sam naveo da dođu i utvrde nastala oštećenja na grobnici mog pokojnog oca, ali na koju mi je rekao odgovoriti za par dana, a evo već su prošla tri mjeseca i od njega ni traga ni glasa. Četnici su nam 1942. godine pobili pola sela, partizani su nam pobili svećenike uz pomoć domaćih izdajnika, svi su nas totalno uništili, a ova nam sada dva vrgoračka uhljeba iz tvrtke Čistoća diraju kosti naših pokojnika i ne daju da mirno spavaju na groblju, dok su moji sinovi morali ići raditi u inozemstvo - kazuje Rudež, dodavši da Grljušiću nije spomenuo da je bio dragovoljac Domovinskog rata jer je htio sve obaviti na pošten način.

Ne tražim milostinju

- Svakog dana se pitam za koga smo se mi borili. Mislim da sam ja prvi čovjek u vrgoračkom kraju koji je napisao zamolbu za gradnjom grobnice, ali ništa od toga jer je njima samo do fotelja. Nisam ih tražio milostinju, tražio sam da o svom trošku otpilam hrast. Ovo sve nema veze sa životom, a kada se ukapaju pokojnici, onda ih ukapamo mi iz sela, a ne njihovi radnici iz Čistoće - govori Rudež.

Kako bismo doznali zašto nikada nisu došli na groblje u Kozici i utvrdili nastala oštećenja na Rudežovoj grobnici kao i iz kojih razloga Rudežu nisu odgovorili može li na groblju sagraditi novo grobno mjesto, kontaktirali smo direktora čistoće Tonija Grljušića.

Kako kazuje, ovih dana će tvrtka iz Gradca autodizalicom ukloniti jedan hrast na kozičkom groblju.

- Rudež može sam sagraditi grobnicu na groblju u Kozici ako unajmi građevinsku tvrtku. Osim toga, Čistoća je još u fazi dogovora za gradnju grobnica sa sjeverne strane pa ćemo uskoro mještanima napisati poziv kako bismo doznali kolike su potrebe za grobnicama. Iz tih razloga nisam mogao odgovoriti Rudežu koji od Čistoće nije tražio nadoknadu štete za oštećenu grobnicu - rekao je Grljušić.

Groblje Svetog Ilije u Kozici je među najstarijim grobljima u vrgoračkoj krajini i to je sagrađeno prije 1861. godine, a broji oko 200 grobnica. Na groblju se nalaze stoljetna stabla hrastova od kojih je jedan pao na obiteljsku grobnicu Kozičanina Jurice Rudeža, a koji je uništio dio grobnice, u što smo se i sami uvjerili kada smo obišli kozičko groblje.

Kako kazuje Rudež, nakon nezgode se obratio vrgoračkoj tvrtki Čistoća koja upravlja grobljem, a čijem je direktoru Toniju Grljušiću pojasnio cijeli problem i zamolio ga da omogući proširenje groblja na kojem nema više nijedne slobodne grobnice.

Napisao zamolbu

- Prije pet mjeseci sam najmanje 10 puta otišao u tvrtku Čistoća u Vrgorac i upozorio sam ih da otpilaju stara trula stabla hrastova kako ne bi opet došlo do nezgode ili, ne daj Bože, tragedije. Ovo groblje je najgore i najzapuštenije groblje u cijeloj bivšoj Jugoslaviji, a ne samo u vrgoračkom kraju. Na koncu su mi iz Čistoće kazali da ne smijem otpilati stablo hrasta koje je palo po mojoj grobnici i čija je grana teška 500 kilograma, ali ja sam ga otpilao na svoju ruku što sam zajedno sa sanacijom grobnice platio najmanje 15 tisuća kuna - kazuje Rudež koji je Grljušića zamolio da mu osigura novo grobno mjesto koje bi sam sagradio i odmah platio 25 tisuća kuna ili bi ga sagradila gradska tvrtka.

- Morao sam Grljušiću pisati zamolbu u kojoj sam naveo da dođu i utvrde nastala oštećenja na grobnici mog pokojnog oca, ali na koju mi je rekao odgovoriti za par dana, a evo već su prošla tri mjeseca i od njega ni traga ni glasa. Četnici su nam 1942. godine pobili pola sela, partizani su nam pobili svećenike uz pomoć domaćih izdajnika, svi su nas totalno uništili, a ova nam sada dva vrgoračka uhljeba iz tvrtke Čistoća diraju kosti naših pokojnika i ne daju da mirno spavaju na groblju, dok su moji sinovi morali ići raditi u inozemstvo - kazuje Rudež, dodavši da Grljušiću nije spomenuo da je bio dragovoljac Domovinskog rata jer je htio sve obaviti na pošten način.

Ne tražim milostinju

- Svakog dana se pitam za koga smo se mi borili. Mislim da sam ja prvi čovjek u vrgoračkom kraju koji je napisao zamolbu za gradnjom grobnice, ali ništa od toga jer je njima samo do fotelja. Nisam ih tražio milostinju, tražio sam da o svom trošku otpilam hrast. Ovo sve nema veze sa životom, a kada se ukapaju pokojnici, onda ih ukapamo mi iz sela, a ne njihovi radnici iz Čistoće - govori Rudež.

Kako bismo doznali zašto nikada nisu došli na groblje u Kozici i utvrdili nastala oštećenja na Rudežovoj grobnici kao i iz kojih razloga Rudežu nisu odgovorili može li na groblju sagraditi novo grobno mjesto, kontaktirali smo direktora čistoće Tonija Grljušića.

Kako kazuje, ovih dana će tvrtka iz Gradca autodizalicom ukloniti jedan hrast na kozičkom groblju.

- Rudež može sam sagraditi grobnicu na groblju u Kozici ako unajmi građevinsku tvrtku. Osim toga, Čistoća je još u fazi dogovora za gradnju grobnica sa sjeverne strane pa ćemo uskoro mještanima napisati poziv kako bismo doznali kolike su potrebe za grobnicama. Iz tih razloga nisam mogao odgovoriti Rudežu koji od Čistoće nije tražio nadoknadu štete za oštećenu grobnicu - rekao je Grljušić.
