Povjerenstvo za provedbu ponovljenog postupka javne nabave za izgradnju sustava odvodnje otpadnih voda i poboljšanja vodoopskrbe na području grada Sinja, koje se vodi pod nazivom Aglomeracija Sinj, danas je otvorilo pristigle ponude.
Prvi natječaj s procijenjenom vrijednošću radova većom od 266 milijuna kuna bio je poništen, jer su dva potencijalna izvođača istaknula cijene koje su za 57 i 61,5 posto bile skuplje od spomenutog iznosa.
Poslije sedam-osam mjeseci premišljanja, u investitorskoj tvrtki "Vodovod i odvodnja Cetinske krajine" odlučeno je da se nadmetanje poništi i otvori novi postupak u kojem je dodatašnji cjeloviti projekti "razbije" na tri dijela, sve u nadi da bi se mogle natjecati i manje domaće tvrtke čije bi ponude bile barem približne procijenjenoj vrijednosti zahvata.
Očekivanja se nisu ostvarila. Cijene izgradnje ponovno su odletjele u nebo. Povjerenstvo je danas ustvrdilo da je za tri oglašene projektne cjeline pristiglo ukupno pet ponuda, i to za prvu i treću cjelinu po dvije, a za drugu cjelinu samo jedna.
Prvi podprojekt obuhvaća kanalizaciju u Glavicama i dijelu Sinja od centra prema istoku. Druga cjelina odnosi se na Brnaze, od prodajnog centra "Lidl" do Kukuzovca, u što je uključena je i rekonstrukcija dionice državne ceste prema gradu. U trećem dijelu je kompletna vodoopskrba te kanalizacijski sustav za sjeverni i sjeverozapadni dio Sinja.
Za sva tri podprojekta javila se austrijska korporacija "Ludwig PfeifferHoch – und Tiefbau" čija je ponuda u prvom natječaju bila 57 posto viša od traženog iznosa. Njihova sadašnja prijava još je skuplja, sada traže više od 433 milijuna kuna.
Osim inozemne kompanije, za prvi dio projekta javila se i zadarska tvrtka "Euro projekt' koja je za radove procijenjene na oko 94 milijuna kuna istaknula iznos od 124,5 milijuna kuna.
Za treću cjelinu natjecala se i zajednica ponuditelja koju čini "Roco-commerce" iz Livna sa svojim podružnicama iz BiH i Zagreba. Cetinski komunalci su taj dio zahvata procijenili na oko 70 milijuna kuna, a Livnjaci su istaknuli cijenu od 113,5 milijuna kuna
Od brojki koje je iznjedrilo najnovije nadmetanje doslovno boli glava. Nedostajućih oko 150 milijuna kuna Sinj jednostavno nema. Većina novca rezerviranog za ovaj projekt osigurana je iz EU-ove "blagajne" na koju se više ne može računati. Razliku su uz simbolično sudjelovanje lokalnog proračuna osigurali Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša i "Hrvatske vode", dakle država.
Hoće li država odriješiti kesu ili će Sinj zahvaljujući nesposobnosti svoje vlasti i dalje ostati gradom kroz kojega teče otvorena kanalizacija? To ostaje otvoreno pitanje...

Povjerenstvo za provedbu ponovljenog postupka javne nabave za izgradnju sustava odvodnje otpadnih voda i poboljšanja vodoopskrbe na području grada Sinja, koje se vodi pod nazivom Aglomeracija Sinj, danas je otvorilo pristigle ponude.
Prvi natječaj s procijenjenom vrijednošću radova većom od 266 milijuna kuna bio je poništen, jer su dva potencijalna izvođača istaknula cijene koje su za 57 i 61,5 posto bile skuplje od spomenutog iznosa.
Poslije sedam-osam mjeseci premišljanja, u investitorskoj tvrtki "Vodovod i odvodnja Cetinske krajine" odlučeno je da se nadmetanje poništi i otvori novi postupak u kojem je dodatašnji cjeloviti projekti "razbije" na tri dijela, sve u nadi da bi se mogle natjecati i manje domaće tvrtke čije bi ponude bile barem približne procijenjenoj vrijednosti zahvata.
Očekivanja se nisu ostvarila. Cijene izgradnje ponovno su odletjele u nebo. Povjerenstvo je danas ustvrdilo da je za tri oglašene projektne cjeline pristiglo ukupno pet ponuda, i to za prvu i treću cjelinu po dvije, a za drugu cjelinu samo jedna.
Prvi podprojekt obuhvaća kanalizaciju u Glavicama i dijelu Sinja od centra prema istoku. Druga cjelina odnosi se na Brnaze, od prodajnog centra "Lidl" do Kukuzovca, u što je uključena je i rekonstrukcija dionice državne ceste prema gradu. U trećem dijelu je kompletna vodoopskrba te kanalizacijski sustav za sjeverni i sjeverozapadni dio Sinja.
Za sva tri podprojekta javila se austrijska korporacija "Ludwig PfeifferHoch – und Tiefbau" čija je ponuda u prvom natječaju bila 57 posto viša od traženog iznosa. Njihova sadašnja prijava još je skuplja, sada traže više od 433 milijuna kuna.
Osim inozemne kompanije, za prvi dio projekta javila se i zadarska tvrtka "Euro projekt' koja je za radove procijenjene na oko 94 milijuna kuna istaknula iznos od 124,5 milijuna kuna.
Za treću cjelinu natjecala se i zajednica ponuditelja koju čini "Roco-commerce" iz Livna sa svojim podružnicama iz BiH i Zagreba. Cetinski komunalci su taj dio zahvata procijenili na oko 70 milijuna kuna, a Livnjaci su istaknuli cijenu od 113,5 milijuna kuna
Od brojki koje je iznjedrilo najnovije nadmetanje doslovno boli glava. Nedostajućih oko 150 milijuna kuna Sinj jednostavno nema. Većina novca rezerviranog za ovaj projekt osigurana je iz EU-ove "blagajne" na koju se više ne može računati. Razliku su uz simbolično sudjelovanje lokalnog proračuna osigurali Ministarstvo zaštite okoliša i "Hrvatske vode", dakle država.
Hoće li država odriješiti kesu ili će Sinj zahvaljujući nesposobnosti svoje vlasti i dalje ostati gradom kroz kojega teče otvorena kanalizacija? To ostaje otvoreno pitanje...
