Izbor drugog potpredsjednika, odnosno potpredsjednice Gradskog vijeća na posljednjem zasjedanju sinjskog predstavničkog tijela razotkrio je političke borbe koje su se vodile uoči konstituirajuće sjednice aktualnog saziva, a rezultirale su činjenicom da stranka Most umjesto već nominiranog Zvonka Marasa za predsjednika izabere Petra Župića.

Vijećnici Nezavisne liste dr. Stipislava Jadrijevića ultimativno su zatražili od Mosta da se Maras ne izabere na čelo lokalnog  parlamenta, pa je tu dužnost preuzeo Petar Župić Most), a za potpredsjednike su izabrani Filip Klarić Kukuz (lista dr. Jadrijevića) i Nikola Vučković (SDP). Od tada je između Mosta i jedinog socijaldemokrata formirana neformalna većina jer u svemu bitnom SDP-ovac osigurava mostovcima potrebnu desetu ruku.

U međuvremenu je vijećnik Klarić Kukuz podnio ostavku na dužnost potpredsjednika, pa su vladajući predložili izbor novog čovjeka. Odbor za izbor i imenovanje, na čijem je čelu vijećnik Maras (Most), jednoglasno je predložio da se za potpredsjednicu izabere Smilja Pogačić (Most).

Na taj prijedlog reagirao je Anđelko Bilandžić, predsjednik vijećničkog kluba oporbenog HDZ-a, citirajući Poslovnik o radu Gradskog vijeća u kojemu stoji da se drugi potpredsjednik bira iz redova predstavničke manjine.

- Već imate potpredsjednika Vučkovića iz SDP-a koji vam je stalno deseta ruka – kazao je Bilandžić vladajućima.

- Vučković je na konstituirajućoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća za potpredsjednika izabran kao predstavnik manjine. Vi iz HDZ-a niste željeli nikoga kandidirati, a vijećnik Klarić Kukuz tada je izabran kao predstavnik većine – uzvratio je Maras.

- To nije točno, nisam bio izabran za potpredsjednika kao predstavnik većine. Pristao sam biti izabran samo zato da na to mjesto ne bi bila izabrana osoba koja je promijenila dres – rekao je Klarić Kukuz.

- Uoči konstituirajuće sjednice dogovor u Mostu bio je da ja budem predsjednik, a Petar Župić potpredsjednik Gradskog vijeća. Tada su došli vijećnici liste dr. Jadrijevića i "cvilili" da se mene ne izabere jer da sam izdao doktora Jadrijevića – istaknuo je Maras.

- Na početku ovoga sazova Gradskog vijeća bili su jedni odnosi, a danas su potpuno drugi. Vučković je neupitno član većine – ustrajao je Bilandžić.

- Nigdje nije zapisano da je vijećnik Vučković član većine niti je on to ikada rekao – uključio se Frano Boko, prvi čovjek Mostova kluba.

- Kako Vi, gospodine Boko, nazivate manjinu koja čini većinu kada god je to potrebno – upitao je Bilandžić, ali odgovor nije dobio. Osim kroz glasovanje.

Za izbor Smilje Pogačić glasalo je devet mostovaca i jedini SDP-ovac, protiv je bilo šest predstavnika HDZ-a i liste dr. Jadrijevića, dok je nezavisna Mirjana Babić bila suzdržana.

Je posljednja sjednica Gradskog vijeća odrađena zakonito i jesu li donesene odluke pravovaljane budući da je dvoje vijećnika sudjelovalo putem video linka - jedna predstavnica Mosta i SDP-ovac Vučković. To je pitanje na početku zasjedanja postavio vijećnik Klarić Kukuz, navodeći da je nacionalni Stožer Civilne zaštite ukinuo sve epidemiološke mjere vezane uz koronavirus, pa bi i spomenuti dvojac trebao, poput ostalih,biti fizički u vijećnici.

Tek poslije opetovanog pitanja vijećnika Klarića Kukuza i izravnog zahtjeva vladajućima da mu se ponudi tumačenje, dogradonačelnik Denis Bobeta (Most), koji je i predsjednik gradskog Stožera, ustvrdio je da je sudjelovanje u radu Vijeća putem video linka zakonito i u korist zastupnika nazočnih u vijećnici.

- Tih dvoje vijećnika osjeća određene tegobe, simptome koji bi mogli upućivati i na covid infekciju - kazao je dogradonačelnik.

Izbor drugog potpredsjednika, odnosno potpredsjednice Gradskog vijeća na posljednjem zasjedanju sinjskog predstavničkog tijela razotkrio je političke borbe koje su se vodile uoči konstituirajuće sjednice aktualnog saziva, a rezultirale su činjenicom da stranka Most umjesto već nominiranog Zvonka Marasa za predsjednika izabere Petra Župića.

Vijećnici Nezavisne liste dr. Stipislava Jadrijevića ultimativno su zatražili od Mosta da se Maras ne izabere na čelo lokalnog  parlamenta, pa je tu dužnost preuzeo Petar Župić Most), a za potpredsjednike su izabrani Filip Klarić Kukuz (lista dr. Jadrijevića) i Nikola Vučković (SDP). Od tada je između Mosta i jedinog socijaldemokrata formirana neformalna većina jer u svemu bitnom SDP-ovac osigurava mostovcima potrebnu desetu ruku.

U međuvremenu je vijećnik Klarić Kukuz podnio ostavku na dužnost potpredsjednika, pa su vladajući predložili izbor novog čovjeka. Odbor za izbor i imenovanje, na čijem je čelu vijećnik Maras (Most), jednoglasno je predložio da se za potpredsjednicu izabere Smilja Pogačić (Most).

Na taj prijedlog reagirao je Anđelko Bilandžić, predsjednik vijećničkog kluba oporbenog HDZ-a, citirajući Poslovnik o radu Gradskog vijeća u kojemu stoji da se drugi potpredsjednik bira iz redova predstavničke manjine.

- Već imate potpredsjednika Vučkovića iz SDP-a koji vam je stalno deseta ruka – kazao je Bilandžić vladajućima.

- Vučković je na konstituirajućoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća za potpredsjednika izabran kao predstavnik manjine. Vi iz HDZ-a niste željeli nikoga kandidirati, a vijećnik Klarić Kukuz tada je izabran kao predstavnik većine – uzvratio je Maras.

- To nije točno, nisam bio izabran za potpredsjednika kao predstavnik većine. Pristao sam biti izabran samo zato da na to mjesto ne bi bila izabrana osoba koja je promijenila dres – rekao je Klarić Kukuz.

- Uoči konstituirajuće sjednice dogovor u Mostu bio je da ja budem predsjednik, a Petar Župić potpredsjednik Gradskog vijeća. Tada su došli vijećnici liste dr. Jadrijevića i "cvilili" da se mene ne izabere jer da sam izdao doktora Jadrijevića – istaknuo je Maras.

- Na početku ovoga sazova Gradskog vijeća bili su jedni odnosi, a danas su potpuno drugi. Vučković je neupitno član većine – ustrajao je Bilandžić.

- Nigdje nije zapisano da je vijećnik Vučković član većine niti je on to ikada rekao – uključio se Frano Boko, prvi čovjek Mostova kluba.

- Kako Vi, gospodine Boko, nazivate manjinu koja čini većinu kada god je to potrebno – upitao je Bilandžić, ali odgovor nije dobio. Osim kroz glasovanje.

Za izbor Smilje Pogačić glasalo je devet mostovaca i jedini SDP-ovac, protiv je bilo šest predstavnika HDZ-a i liste dr. Jadrijevića, dok je nezavisna Mirjana Babić bila suzdržana.

Je posljednja sjednica Gradskog vijeća odrađena zakonito i jesu li donesene odluke pravovaljane budući da je dvoje vijećnika sudjelovalo putem video linka - jedna predstavnica Mosta i SDP-ovac Vučković. To je pitanje na početku zasjedanja postavio vijećnik Klarić Kukuz, navodeći da je nacionalni Stožer Civilne zaštite ukinuo sve epidemiološke mjere vezane uz koronavirus, pa bi i spomenuti dvojac trebao, poput ostalih,biti fizički u vijećnici.

Tek poslije opetovanog pitanja vijećnika Klarića Kukuza i izravnog zahtjeva vladajućima da mu se ponudi tumačenje, dogradonačelnik Denis Bobeta (Most), koji je i predsjednik gradskog Stožera, ustvrdio je da je sudjelovanje u radu Vijeća putem video linka zakonito i u korist zastupnika nazočnih u vijećnici.

- Tih dvoje vijećnika osjeća određene tegobe, simptome koji bi mogli upućivati i na covid infekciju - kazao je dogradonačelnik.
