Ako ste planirali uljepšati ovaj siječanjski dan nekim sočnim, raskošnim kolačem, dajte šansu ovoj neodoljivoj čokoladnoj slastici "na tragu Bountyja". Čokoladni kokos kolač za koji je Stil Slobodne Dalmacije recept dobio od Tonke Tadić Čobanov djeluje nam jako primamljivo. Je li jednako dobar kao što izgleda doznat ćemo ubrzo, s obzirom da Tonka tvrdi kako je brzo gotov, a svi sastojci su nam pri ruci (vjerujemo da su i vama jer uistinu su sasvim uobičajeni). Kokosove mrvice za ukras

Kratko prokuhajte kokosovo mlijeko, šlag, šećer i gustin stalno miješajući da se ne zalijepi. Na kraju umiješajte kokosove mrvice te stavite smjesu sa strane.

Za biskvit miksajte maslac sa šećerom dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu. Uz stalno miješanje dodajte jedno po jedno jaje, pazeći da sljedeće jaje dodate tek kad se prethodno jaje potpuno umutilo u smjesu.

Pomijesajte brašno, kakao i prašak za pecivo te naizmjence s mlijekom dodajte smjesi jaja i šećera.

Otopite čokoladu na pari te zajedno s prstohvatom soli dodajte smjesi. Promiješajte pa prebacite biskvit u pleh obložen papirom za pečenje.

Uz pomoć žlice ili slastičarske vrećice u biskvit mjestimično ubacite smjesu s kokosom pa stavite peći kolač u pećnicu zagrijanu na 180 stupnjeva. Nakon 30-ak minuta štapićem provjerite je li biskvit pečen.

Kad se kolač malo ohladio, zagrijte slatko vrhnje pa mu dodajte čokoladu i dobivenim preljevom prelijte kolač. Na kraju još sve pospite kokosovim mrvicama.

Ako ste planirali uljepšati ovaj siječanjski dan nekim sočnim, raskošnim kolačem, dajte šansu ovoj neodoljivoj čokoladnoj slastici "na tragu Bountyja". Čokoladni kokos kolač za koji je Stil Slobodne Dalmacije recept dobio od Tonke Tadić Čobanov djeluje nam jako primamljivo. Je li jednako dobar kao što izgleda doznat ćemo ubrzo, s obzirom da Tonka tvrdi kako je brzo gotov, a svi sastojci su nam pri ruci (vjerujemo da su i vama jer uistinu su sasvim uobičajeni). Isto preporučujemo i vama!

Čokoladni kokos kolač

Kokosove mrvice za ukras

Kratko prokuhajte kokosovo mlijeko, šlag, šećer i gustin stalno miješajući da se ne zalijepi. Na kraju umiješajte kokosove mrvice te stavite smjesu sa strane.

Za biskvit miksajte maslac sa šećerom dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu. Uz stalno miješanje dodajte jedno po jedno jaje, pazeći da sljedeće jaje dodate tek kad se prethodno jaje potpuno umutilo u smjesu.

Pomijesajte brašno, kakao i prašak za pecivo te naizmjence s mlijekom dodajte smjesi jaja i šećera.

Otopite čokoladu na pari te zajedno s prstohvatom soli dodajte smjesi. Promiješajte pa prebacite biskvit u pleh obložen papirom za pečenje.

Uz pomoć žlice ili slastičarske vrećice u biskvit mjestimično ubacite smjesu s kokosom pa stavite peći kolač u pećnicu zagrijanu na 180 stupnjeva. Nakon 30-ak minuta štapićem provjerite je li biskvit pečen.

Kad se kolač malo ohladio, zagrijte slatko vrhnje pa mu dodajte čokoladu i dobivenim preljevom prelijte kolač. Na kraju još sve pospite kokosovim mrvicama.

Ako ste planirali uljepšati ovaj siječanjski dan nekim sočnim, raskošnim kolačem, dajte šansu ovoj neodoljivoj čokoladnoj slastici "na tragu Bountyja". Čokoladni kokos kolač za koji je Stil Slobodne Dalmacije recept dobio od Tonke Tadić Čobanov djeluje nam jako primamljivo. Je li jednako dobar kao što izgleda doznat ćemo ubrzo, s obzirom da Tonka tvrdi kako je brzo gotov, a svi sastojci su nam pri ruci (vjerujemo da su i vama jer uistinu su sasvim uobičajeni). Isto preporučujemo i vama!

Čokoladni kokos kolač

Sastojci za dio s kokosom:

  • 200 ml kokosovog mlijeka
  • 200 ml vrhnja za šlag
  • 40 g gustina
  • 60 g šećera
  • 80 g kokosovih mrvica

Sastojci za čokoladni biskvit:

  • 220 g brašna
  • 1 pakiranje praška za pecivo
  • 40 g kakaa
  • 50 g čokolade za kuhanje
  • 150 grama šećera
  • 125 g maslaca (sobne temperature)
  • 125 ml mlijeka
  • 1 prstohvat soli
  • 4  jaja
  • Sastojci za preljev
  • 100ml vrhnja za šlag
  • 100g čokolade za kuhanj

Kokosove mrvice za ukras

Kratko prokuhajte kokosovo mlijeko, šlag, šećer i gustin stalno miješajući da se ne zalijepi. Na kraju umiješajte kokosove mrvice te stavite smjesu sa strane.

Za biskvit miksajte maslac sa šećerom dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu. Uz stalno miješanje dodajte jedno po jedno jaje, pazeći da sljedeće jaje dodate tek kad se prethodno jaje potpuno umutilo u smjesu.

Pomijesajte brašno, kakao i prašak za pecivo te naizmjence s mlijekom dodajte smjesi jaja i šećera.

Otopite čokoladu na pari te zajedno s prstohvatom soli dodajte smjesi. Promiješajte pa prebacite biskvit u pleh obložen papirom za pečenje.

Uz pomoć žlice ili slastičarske vrećice u biskvit mjestimično ubacite smjesu s kokosom pa stavite peći kolač u pećnicu zagrijanu na 180 stupnjeva. Nakon 30-ak minuta štapićem provjerite je li biskvit pečen.

Kad se kolač malo ohladio, zagrijte slatko vrhnje pa mu dodajte čokoladu i dobivenim preljevom prelijte kolač. Na kraju još sve pospite kokosovim mrvicama.
