Dubrovački poduzetnik zaradio je kaznenu prijavu za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Kako su objavili iz Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske Služba kriminalističke policije sumnjiči 61-godišnjaka za protupravno prisvajanje 100.114,70 eura.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno da je osumnjičeni od početka 2017. do kraja 2021. godine, u svojstvu člana uprave trgovačkog društva iz Dubrovnika, ujedno i osobe ovlaštene za raspolaganje novčanim sredstvima društva, iskoristio svoje ovlasti raspolaganja imovinom društva te je na različite načine, što putem isplata novca na bankomatima ili plaćanjem raznih računa koji nisu povezani s poslovanjem društva, na ime podignutih pozajmica i obračunatih kamata za sebe zadržao novčani iznos od 100.114,70 eura, a trgovačko društvo o čijim je interesima trebao brinuti prouzročio štetu u istom iznosu.

Dubrovački poduzetnik zaradio je kaznenu prijavu za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Kako su objavili iz Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske Služba kriminalističke policije sumnjiči 61-godišnjaka za protupravno prisvajanje 100.114,70 eura.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno da je osumnjičeni od početka 2017. do kraja 2021. godine, u svojstvu člana uprave trgovačkog društva iz Dubrovnika, ujedno i osobe ovlaštene za raspolaganje novčanim sredstvima društva, iskoristio svoje ovlasti raspolaganja imovinom društva te je na različite načine, što putem isplata novca na bankomatima ili plaćanjem raznih računa koji nisu povezani s poslovanjem društva, na ime podignutih pozajmica i obračunatih kamata za sebe zadržao novčani iznos od 100.114,70 eura, a trgovačko društvo o čijim je interesima trebao brinuti prouzročio štetu u istom iznosu.

Dubrovački poduzetnik zaradio je kaznenu prijavu za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Kako su objavili iz Policijske uprave dubrovačko-neretvanske Služba kriminalističke policije sumnjiči 61-godišnjaka za protupravno prisvajanje 100.114,70 eura.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno da je osumnjičeni od početka 2017. do kraja 2021. godine, u svojstvu člana uprave trgovačkog društva iz Dubrovnika, ujedno i osobe ovlaštene za raspolaganje novčanim sredstvima društva, iskoristio svoje ovlasti raspolaganja imovinom društva te je na različite načine, što putem isplata novca na bankomatima ili plaćanjem raznih računa koji nisu povezani s poslovanjem društva, na ime podignutih pozajmica i obračunatih kamata za sebe zadržao novčani iznos od 100.114,70 eura, a trgovačko društvo o čijim je interesima trebao brinuti prouzročio štetu u istom iznosu.
