Benzinske crpke diljem Hrvatske u nedjelju su cijene goriva počele iskazivati u eurima. Nisu se odlučile za dvojno iskazivanje u kunama i eurima kao što su to napravile raznorazne trgovine. Litra eurosupera 95 tako stoji 1,28 eura, eurodizela 1,44 eura, a autoplina 82 eurocenta. Litra eurosupera s aditivima Lukoil naplaćuje 1,47 eura, a litru eurodizela s aditivima 1,76 eura.

Međutim, Petrol i Crodux spomenuta goriva naplaćuje nešto više. Litra eurosupera 95 kod njih dođe 1,41 euro, a litra eurodizela 1,5 eura.

Vijest o većoj cijeni litre eurosupera na Petrolovim i Croduxovim crpkama dolazi nakon što je Petrol 27. prosinca 2022. na sat vremena, od 12 do 13 sati, prestao prodavati svoje gorivo. Petrol je to napravio jer nije bio zadovoljan mjerama za regulaciju cijene goriva koje je uvela Vlada Republike Hrvatske. Uz to, Petrol je Vladu RH i Vladu Republike Slovenije pozvao da mu nadoknade štetu koju mu je nanijela regulacija naftnih derivata u Hrvatskoj za 2022. godinu. Petrol je procijenio da se radi o 45,6 milijuna eura, piše Jutarnji list.

Petrol je podnio prijedlog za mirno rješenje spora pred Državnim odvjetništvom Republike Hrvatske, a u slučaju neuspješnog mirnog rješenja spora podnijet će odštetni zahtjev za osiguranje svoje pravne i financijske pozicije. Grupa Petrol najavila je da će podnijeti inicijativu za pokretanje postupka ocjene suglasnosti s Ustavom Zakona o kontroli cijena.

Ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Davor Filipović prošle je srijede ustvrdio da Petrol posluje s dobiti te odbacio Petrolove razloge za zatvaranje benzinskih crpki. Filipović je rekao da se u srijedu sastao s Petrolovom upravom, te da je Petrol zatražio povećanje trgovačkih marži i ukidanje regulacije cijena. Ministar je istaknuo da su trgovačke marže u Sloveniji 75 lipa te da se razmatra mogućnost da tolike budu i u Hrvatskoj, ali da bi Petrol htio veće marže.

Filipović je na Petrolove konstatacije da se u trenutačnim uvjetima u Hrvatskoj ne može poslovati odgovorio tvrdnjom da je Petrol za prvih devet ovogodišnjih mjeseci iskazao gotovo 100 milijuna eura dobiti prije kamata, poreza i amortizacije. Ministar je potom ustvrdio da Petrol "nije u ozbiljnim problemima".

Ministar je dodao da u Hrvatskoj nisu ograničene cijene premijskim gorivima čiju cijenu tvrtke mogu formirati kako žele te da je Petrol 2021. za 191 milijun eura kupio Crodux. Ustvrdio je i da eventualna Petrolova tužba ne bi imala osnovu budući da su svi vladini potezi zakoniti.

Petrol je u četvrtak rekao da u Hrvatskoj u 2022. godini posluje s gubitkom te da regulacija marži u Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj nije na istoj razini i nije usporediva. "S važećim državnim propisom, marža određena u Hrvatskoj niža je od marže koja je regulirana važećim državnim propisom uredbe o prodaji naftnih derivata u Sloveniji. Marža u Hrvatskoj trenutno iznosi 0,65 kuna (0,086 eura) po litri goriva. U formuli koju određuje slovenska uredba, uključen je i djelomični trošak umješavanja biokomponente. U Hrvatskoj taj trošak nije uključen i pokriva se neposredno iz marže", rekao je Petrol.

Petrol je naveo i da su nabavni uvjeti za 2023. u odnosu na 2022. godinu znatno lošiji zbog pooštrenih uvjeta nabave na tržištu naftnih derivata zbog embarga na naftne derivate ruskog podrijetla te da marža, čak i da se digne na 0,75 kuna (0,10 eura) po litri, ne bi bila dostatna. "U Sloveniji se cijene goriva na autocestama slobodno formiraju, dok je marža izvan autocesta ograničena na 0,0983 eura po litri dizelskog goriva", rekla je tvrtka.

Osvrnuo se Petrol i na tvrdnju da o poslovanju. "Grupa Petrol u Hrvatskoj (podaci se odnose na Petrol d.o.o. Zagreb uključujući tvrtku Crodux Derivati ​​​​dva d.o.o., koji je početkom studenoga 2022. godine pripojen Petrolu d.o.o.) ostvario gubitak od 3,5 milijuna eura u prvih devet mjeseci 2022. (prilagođeni bruto poslovni rezultat iznosio je 88,77 milijuna eura, a EBITDA 23,18 milijuna eura)", rekao je Petrol.

Benzinske crpke diljem Hrvatske u nedjelju su cijene goriva počele iskazivati u eurima. Nisu se odlučile za dvojno iskazivanje u kunama i eurima kao što su to napravile raznorazne trgovine. Litra eurosupera 95 tako stoji 1,28 eura, eurodizela 1,44 eura, a autoplina 82 eurocenta. Litra eurosupera s aditivima Lukoil naplaćuje 1,47 eura, a litru eurodizela s aditivima 1,76 eura.

Međutim, Petrol i Crodux spomenuta goriva naplaćuje nešto više. Litra eurosupera 95 kod njih dođe 1,41 euro, a litra eurodizela 1,5 eura.

Vijest o većoj cijeni litre eurosupera na Petrolovim i Croduxovim crpkama dolazi nakon što je Petrol 27. prosinca 2022. na sat vremena, od 12 do 13 sati, prestao prodavati svoje gorivo. Petrol je to napravio jer nije bio zadovoljan mjerama za regulaciju cijene goriva koje je uvela Vlada Republike Hrvatske. Uz to, Petrol je Vladu RH i Vladu Republike Slovenije pozvao da mu nadoknade štetu koju mu je nanijela regulacija naftnih derivata u Hrvatskoj za 2022. godinu. Petrol je procijenio da se radi o 45,6 milijuna eura, piše Jutarnji list.

Petrol je podnio prijedlog za mirno rješenje spora pred Državnim odvjetništvom Republike Hrvatske, a u slučaju neuspješnog mirnog rješenja spora podnijet će odštetni zahtjev za osiguranje svoje pravne i financijske pozicije. Grupa Petrol najavila je da će podnijeti inicijativu za pokretanje postupka ocjene suglasnosti s Ustavom Zakona o kontroli cijena.

Ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Davor Filipović prošle je srijede ustvrdio da Petrol posluje s dobiti te odbacio Petrolove razloge za zatvaranje benzinskih crpki. Filipović je rekao da se u srijedu sastao s Petrolovom upravom, te da je Petrol zatražio povećanje trgovačkih marži i ukidanje regulacije cijena. Ministar je istaknuo da su trgovačke marže u Sloveniji 75 lipa te da se razmatra mogućnost da tolike budu i u Hrvatskoj, ali da bi Petrol htio veće marže.

Filipović je na Petrolove konstatacije da se u trenutačnim uvjetima u Hrvatskoj ne može poslovati odgovorio tvrdnjom da je Petrol za prvih devet ovogodišnjih mjeseci iskazao gotovo 100 milijuna eura dobiti prije kamata, poreza i amortizacije. Ministar je potom ustvrdio da Petrol "nije u ozbiljnim problemima".

Ministar je dodao da u Hrvatskoj nisu ograničene cijene premijskim gorivima čiju cijenu tvrtke mogu formirati kako žele te da je Petrol 2021. za 191 milijun eura kupio Crodux. Ustvrdio je i da eventualna Petrolova tužba ne bi imala osnovu budući da su svi vladini potezi zakoniti.

Petrol je u četvrtak rekao da u Hrvatskoj u 2022. godini posluje s gubitkom te da regulacija marži u Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj nije na istoj razini i nije usporediva. "S važećim državnim propisom, marža određena u Hrvatskoj niža je od marže koja je regulirana važećim državnim propisom uredbe o prodaji naftnih derivata u Sloveniji. Marža u Hrvatskoj trenutno iznosi 0,65 kuna (0,086 eura) po litri goriva. U formuli koju određuje slovenska uredba, uključen je i djelomični trošak umješavanja biokomponente. U Hrvatskoj taj trošak nije uključen i pokriva se neposredno iz marže", rekao je Petrol.

Petrol je naveo i da su nabavni uvjeti za 2023. u odnosu na 2022. godinu znatno lošiji zbog pooštrenih uvjeta nabave na tržištu naftnih derivata zbog embarga na naftne derivate ruskog podrijetla te da marža, čak i da se digne na 0,75 kuna (0,10 eura) po litri, ne bi bila dostatna. "U Sloveniji se cijene goriva na autocestama slobodno formiraju, dok je marža izvan autocesta ograničena na 0,0983 eura po litri dizelskog goriva", rekla je tvrtka.

Osvrnuo se Petrol i na tvrdnju da o poslovanju. "Grupa Petrol u Hrvatskoj (podaci se odnose na Petrol d.o.o. Zagreb uključujući tvrtku Crodux Derivati ​​​​dva d.o.o., koji je početkom studenoga 2022. godine pripojen Petrolu d.o.o.) ostvario gubitak od 3,5 milijuna eura u prvih devet mjeseci 2022. (prilagođeni bruto poslovni rezultat iznosio je 88,77 milijuna eura, a EBITDA 23,18 milijuna eura)", rekao je Petrol.
