Pojava novih, sve neobičnijih trendova na tržištu rada ne prestaje. Nakon The Great Resignationa, Quiet quittinga i The Great Regreta, s kojima smo se u većoj ili manjoj mjeri upoznali u posljednjih godinu-dvije, sada je na red stigao tzv. ‘minimum truda ponedjeljkom‘.

Prema najnovijem trendu, s ciljem opuštenijeg ulaska u radni tjedan, sve više radnika ponedjeljkom odrađuje samo ono što se baš mora, ne ulažući nikakav dodatni angažman. Drugim riječima, radnici odrađuju samo ono neophodno, uz stavljanje osobnog blagostanja ispred produktivnosti. 

Provođenjem ankete, u kojoj je sudjelovalo 850 sudionika, MojPosao je odlučio provjeriti kako izgleda početak tjedna iz perspektive radnika u Hrvatskoj i je li ‘minimum truda ponedjeljkom‘ stigao i u naše krajeve.

Količina posla ne dozvoljava ‘zabušavanje‘

Prema anketi, čak 41% radnika u Hrvatskoj početkom radnog tjedna muku muči s nedostatkom motivacije. Dio njih (17%) zbog toga odrađuje samo ono neophodno, ne ulažući pritom nikakav dodatni trud i angažman. Napominju kako su ‘premalo plaćeni da bi bili motivirani‘, a nekima je ponedjeljak toliko mrzak da im je i ‘nedjelja postala dovoljno mučna‘. 

Četvrtina ispitanih (25%) napominje da bi zbog manjka motivacije rado lakšim tempom zakoračili u radni tjedan, ali im količina posla to naprosto ne dopušta.

Početkom tjedna sam najmotiviraniji

S druge strane, 59% zaposlenih u Hrvatskoj nema nikakvih problema s motivacijom.

Trećina (34%) napominje kako su svaki dan podjednako motivirani i da je ponedjeljak ‘samo još jedan radni dan‘ te ističu kako ne razumiju ‘famu oko ponedjeljka, petka ili vikenda‘. 

Dio ljudi, njih 25%, pak napominje kako su ponedjeljkom, nakon kvalitetnog odmora vikendom, najproduktivniji na poslu. Dodaju kako početkom tjedna nastoje odraditi većinu predviđenog posla kako bi petak dočekali s nešto manje obveza.

O anketi:

Sudjelovalo je 850 ispitanika. Zbog jednostavnosti ispunjavanja ankete nisu zabilježeni demografski podaci o ispitanicima tako da se rezultati ne mogu generalizirati, ali su indikativni.

Pojava novih, sve neobičnijih trendova na tržištu rada ne prestaje. Nakon The Great Resignationa, Quiet quittinga i The Great Regreta, s kojima smo se u većoj ili manjoj mjeri upoznali u posljednjih godinu-dvije, sada je na red stigao tzv. ‘minimum truda ponedjeljkom‘.

Prema najnovijem trendu, s ciljem opuštenijeg ulaska u radni tjedan, sve više radnika ponedjeljkom odrađuje samo ono što se baš mora, ne ulažući nikakav dodatni angažman. Drugim riječima, radnici odrađuju samo ono neophodno, uz stavljanje osobnog blagostanja ispred produktivnosti. 

Provođenjem ankete, u kojoj je sudjelovalo 850 sudionika, MojPosao je odlučio provjeriti kako izgleda početak tjedna iz perspektive radnika u Hrvatskoj i je li ‘minimum truda ponedjeljkom‘ stigao i u naše krajeve.

Količina posla ne dozvoljava ‘zabušavanje‘

Prema anketi, čak 41% radnika u Hrvatskoj početkom radnog tjedna muku muči s nedostatkom motivacije. Dio njih (17%) zbog toga odrađuje samo ono neophodno, ne ulažući pritom nikakav dodatni trud i angažman. Napominju kako su ‘premalo plaćeni da bi bili motivirani‘, a nekima je ponedjeljak toliko mrzak da im je i ‘nedjelja postala dovoljno mučna‘. 

Četvrtina ispitanih (25%) napominje da bi zbog manjka motivacije rado lakšim tempom zakoračili u radni tjedan, ali im količina posla to naprosto ne dopušta.

Početkom tjedna sam najmotiviraniji

S druge strane, 59% zaposlenih u Hrvatskoj nema nikakvih problema s motivacijom.

Trećina (34%) napominje kako su svaki dan podjednako motivirani i da je ponedjeljak ‘samo još jedan radni dan‘ te ističu kako ne razumiju ‘famu oko ponedjeljka, petka ili vikenda‘. 

Dio ljudi, njih 25%, pak napominje kako su ponedjeljkom, nakon kvalitetnog odmora vikendom, najproduktivniji na poslu. Dodaju kako početkom tjedna nastoje odraditi većinu predviđenog posla kako bi petak dočekali s nešto manje obveza.

Sudjelovalo je 850 ispitanika. Zbog jednostavnosti ispunjavanja ankete nisu zabilježeni demografski podaci o ispitanicima tako da se rezultati ne mogu generalizirati, ali su indikativni.

Je li novi ‘lijeni trend‘ u poslovnom svijetu stigao i u Hrvatsku? Domaći radnici priznali kako započinju radni tjedan

Pojava novih, sve neobičnijih trendova na tržištu rada ne prestaje. Nakon The Great Resignationa, Quiet quittinga i The Great Regreta, s kojima smo se u većoj ili manjoj mjeri upoznali u posljednjih godinu-dvije, sada je na red stigao tzv. ‘minimum truda ponedjeljkom‘.

Prema najnovijem trendu, s ciljem opuštenijeg ulaska u radni tjedan, sve više radnika ponedjeljkom odrađuje samo ono što se baš mora, ne ulažući nikakav dodatni angažman. Drugim riječima, radnici odrađuju samo ono neophodno, uz stavljanje osobnog blagostanja ispred produktivnosti. 

Provođenjem ankete, u kojoj je sudjelovalo 850 sudionika, MojPosao je odlučio provjeriti kako izgleda početak tjedna iz perspektive radnika u Hrvatskoj i je li ‘minimum truda ponedjeljkom‘ stigao i u naše krajeve.

Količina posla ne dozvoljava ‘zabušavanje‘

Prema anketi, čak 41% radnika u Hrvatskoj početkom radnog tjedna muku muči s nedostatkom motivacije. Dio njih (17%) zbog toga odrađuje samo ono neophodno, ne ulažući pritom nikakav dodatni trud i angažman. Napominju kako su ‘premalo plaćeni da bi bili motivirani‘, a nekima je ponedjeljak toliko mrzak da im je i ‘nedjelja postala dovoljno mučna‘. 

Četvrtina ispitanih (25%) napominje da bi zbog manjka motivacije rado lakšim tempom zakoračili u radni tjedan, ali im količina posla to naprosto ne dopušta.

Početkom tjedna sam najmotiviraniji

S druge strane, 59% zaposlenih u Hrvatskoj nema nikakvih problema s motivacijom.

Trećina (34%) napominje kako su svaki dan podjednako motivirani i da je ponedjeljak ‘samo još jedan radni dan‘ te ističu kako ne razumiju ‘famu oko ponedjeljka, petka ili vikenda‘. 

Dio ljudi, njih 25%, pak napominje kako su ponedjeljkom, nakon kvalitetnog odmora vikendom, najproduktivniji na poslu. Dodaju kako početkom tjedna nastoje odraditi većinu predviđenog posla kako bi petak dočekali s nešto manje obveza.

O anketi:

Sudjelovalo je 850 ispitanika. Zbog jednostavnosti ispunjavanja ankete nisu zabilježeni demografski podaci o ispitanicima tako da se rezultati ne mogu generalizirati, ali su indikativni.
