Darko Kasap i Tomislav Korona, gradski pročelnici za graditeljstvo i gradsku imovinu, u listopadu prošle godine najavili su poseban program poticanja stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih obitelji koji je dobio i kolokvijalni naziv "zadarski POS", piše Slobodna Dalmacija.
Sve se to trebalo događati na području Mjesnog odbora Crno, i to na infrastrukturno u cijelosti opremljenom zemljištu u vlasništvu Grada Zadra.
Specifičnost ovog programa je u tome što se planiralo da mlade obitelji u Crnom grade obiteljske kuće na gradskom terenu, ali uz mjesečnu otplatu cijene zemljišta i mogućnost dugoročnog otkupa nekretnine. Osim toga Kasap je rekao da se radi o kućama modularnog tipa koje bi se mogle dograđivati, ovisno o broju članova obitelji.
Pročelnik Korona je tada naveo da se radi o dvadesetak parcela, pojedinačne površine od 500 do 520 četvornih metara.
- Želimo da uvjeti budu što isplativiji i što bliži financijskim mogućnostima mladih obitelji kako bi im ostalo više novca za gradnju kuće - rekao je tada Korona.
U listopadu se najavljivalo da će početkom ove godine biti raspisani prvi javni natječaji, ali, četiri mjeseca kasnije – nadmetanja još uvijek nema niti se pouzdano zna kada će biti objavljeni. Umjesto toga, došlo je do promjene vlasništva u zemljišnim knjigama za najmanje šest parcela na području Crnog na kojemu bi trebao biti proveden "zadarski POS".
Jedan od zainteresiranih Zadrana skrenuo nam je pažnju da je Grad privatnim osobama prodao parcele namijenjene izgradnji domova mladih obitelji. Međutim, pročelnik Korona to odlučno demantira:

- Otkako smo počeli planirati i provoditi ovaj program Grad nije objavio ni jedan jedini javni natječaj za prodaju tih parcela, osim jedne koju smo prodali na zahtjev Ministarstva obrane. Nismo odustali od tog programa, očekivali smo da bi se, nakon infrastrukturnog uređenja, prvi javni natječaji mogli pojaviti nakon ljeta.
Istina, sada treba vidjeti što će se događati s gradskim proračunom i hoće li se ovaj program naći u njemu.
Prvi čovjek resora gradske imovine je provjerio i podatke o pet navodno prodanih javnih zemljišta, ali se ispostavilo da su neke od njih prodane na javnim natječajima objavljenim u razdoblju od 2018. do 2020. godine, dvije su dodijeljene posredstvom Ministarstva branitelja, a jednu je parcelu u svom vlasništvu prodala "Hrvatska pošta".

Darko Kasap i Tomislav Korona, gradski pročelnici za graditeljstvo i gradsku imovinu, u listopadu prošle godine najavili su poseban program poticanja stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih obitelji koji je dobio i kolokvijalni naziv "zadarski POS", piše Slobodna Dalmacija.
Sve se to trebalo događati na području Mjesnog odbora Crno, i to na infrastrukturno u cijelosti opremljenom zemljištu u vlasništvu Grada Zadra.
Specifičnost ovog programa je u tome što se planiralo da mlade obitelji u Crnom grade obiteljske kuće na gradskom terenu, ali uz mjesečnu otplatu cijene zemljišta i mogućnost dugoročnog otkupa nekretnine. Osim toga Kasap je rekao da se radi o kućama modularnog tipa koje bi se mogle dograđivati, ovisno o broju članova obitelji.
Pročelnik Korona je tada naveo da se radi o dvadesetak parcela, pojedinačne površine od 500 do 520 četvornih metara.
- Želimo da uvjeti budu što isplativiji i što bliži financijskim mogućnostima mladih obitelji kako bi im ostalo više novca za gradnju kuće - rekao je tada Korona.
U listopadu se najavljivalo da će početkom ove godine biti raspisani prvi javni natječaji, ali, četiri mjeseca kasnije – nadmetanja još uvijek nema niti se pouzdano zna kada će biti objavljeni. Umjesto toga, došlo je do promjene vlasništva u zemljišnim knjigama za najmanje šest parcela na području Crnog na kojemu bi trebao biti proveden "zadarski POS".
Jedan od zainteresiranih Zadrana skrenuo nam je pažnju da je Grad privatnim osobama prodao parcele namijenjene izgradnji domova mladih obitelji. Međutim, pročelnik Korona to odlučno demantira:

- Otkako smo počeli planirati i provoditi ovaj program Grad nije objavio ni jedan jedini javni natječaj za prodaju tih parcela, osim jedne koju smo prodali na zahtjev Ministarstva obrane. Nismo odustali od tog programa, očekivali smo da bi se, nakon infrastrukturnog uređenja, prvi javni natječaji mogli pojaviti nakon ljeta.
Istina, sada treba vidjeti što će se događati s gradskim proračunom i hoće li se ovaj program naći u njemu.
Prvi čovjek resora gradske imovine je provjerio i podatke o pet navodno prodanih javnih zemljišta, ali se ispostavilo da su neke od njih prodane na javnim natječajima objavljenim u razdoblju od 2018. do 2020. godine, dvije su dodijeljene posredstvom Ministarstva branitelja, a jednu je parcelu u svom vlasništvu prodala "Hrvatska pošta".
