Portalu Gpmaljevac.com javio se vozač kažnjen na hrvatskoj granici zbog ugrađenih dijelova u automobil koji je popravio u Bosni i Hercegovini jer mu se tamo i pokvario, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Naime muškarac, koji je hrvatski državljanin, bio je u Bosni i Hercegovini preko vikenda i tamo mu se dogodio kvar na vozilu. "Puko mi je zupčasti remen i nisam mogao nastaviti vožnju jer to je veliki kvar na vozilu", navodi vozač.

"Dolaskom na granicu na pitanje carinika sam odgovorio da nemam ništa za prijaviti jer zaista nisam imao, ali on je našao račun, koji nisam ni skrivao, za popravak vozila. Nisam ni znao da je VELIKI carinski prekršaj popraviti auto da možeš nastaviti putovanje. I onda kreće ‘igranka‘ kao da vozim drogu, a ne postavljene auto dijelove, koji su već i polovni jer su ugrađeni u vozilo", rekao je nezadovoljni vozač.

Kriv je što nije podnio carinsku deklaraciju za ugrađene auto dijelove u osobni automobil, a dokaz je račun koji je pronađen u vozilu, navodi se u prekršajnom nalogu.

"Dakle kažnjen sam što po njihovom, ispada tako, krijumčarim već postavljene auto dijelove. Kazna je bila 481 euro s troškovima", navodi šokirani vozač za Gpmaljevac.com.

Vozač je najavio tužbu protiv ove kazne jer smatra da je neopravdana, prenosi Tportal.

Portalu Gpmaljevac.com javio se vozač kažnjen na hrvatskoj granici zbog ugrađenih dijelova u automobil koji je popravio u Bosni i Hercegovini jer mu se tamo i pokvario, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Naime muškarac, koji je hrvatski državljanin, bio je u Bosni i Hercegovini preko vikenda i tamo mu se dogodio kvar na vozilu. "Puko mi je zupčasti remen i nisam mogao nastaviti vožnju jer to je veliki kvar na vozilu", navodi vozač.

"Dolaskom na granicu na pitanje carinika sam odgovorio da nemam ništa za prijaviti jer zaista nisam imao, ali on je našao račun, koji nisam ni skrivao, za popravak vozila. Nisam ni znao da je VELIKI carinski prekršaj popraviti auto da možeš nastaviti putovanje. I onda kreće ‘igranka‘ kao da vozim drogu, a ne postavljene auto dijelove, koji su već i polovni jer su ugrađeni u vozilo", rekao je nezadovoljni vozač.

Kriv je što nije podnio carinsku deklaraciju za ugrađene auto dijelove u osobni automobil, a dokaz je račun koji je pronađen u vozilu, navodi se u prekršajnom nalogu.

"Dakle kažnjen sam što po njihovom, ispada tako, krijumčarim već postavljene auto dijelove. Kazna je bila 481 euro s troškovima", navodi šokirani vozač za Gpmaljevac.com.

Vozač je najavio tužbu protiv ove kazne jer smatra da je neopravdana, prenosi Tportal.

Portalu Gpmaljevac.com javio se vozač kažnjen na hrvatskoj granici zbog ugrađenih dijelova u automobil koji je popravio u Bosni i Hercegovini jer mu se tamo i pokvario, prenosi Slobodna Dalmacija.

Naime muškarac, koji je hrvatski državljanin, bio je u Bosni i Hercegovini preko vikenda i tamo mu se dogodio kvar na vozilu. "Puko mi je zupčasti remen i nisam mogao nastaviti vožnju jer to je veliki kvar na vozilu", navodi vozač.

"Dolaskom na granicu na pitanje carinika sam odgovorio da nemam ništa za prijaviti jer zaista nisam imao, ali on je našao račun, koji nisam ni skrivao, za popravak vozila. Nisam ni znao da je VELIKI carinski prekršaj popraviti auto da možeš nastaviti putovanje. I onda kreće ‘igranka‘ kao da vozim drogu, a ne postavljene auto dijelove, koji su već i polovni jer su ugrađeni u vozilo", rekao je nezadovoljni vozač.

Kriv je što nije podnio carinsku deklaraciju za ugrađene auto dijelove u osobni automobil, a dokaz je račun koji je pronađen u vozilu, navodi se u prekršajnom nalogu.

"Dakle kažnjen sam što po njihovom, ispada tako, krijumčarim već postavljene auto dijelove. Kazna je bila 481 euro s troškovima", navodi šokirani vozač za Gpmaljevac.com.

Vozač je najavio tužbu protiv ove kazne jer smatra da je neopravdana, prenosi Tportal.
