Kitovi ubojice teško su oštetili jedrilicu pored južne španjolske obale, objavila je u četvrtak lokalna spasilačka služba, u posljednjem od više desetaka napada orki na plovila zabilježenih ove godine uz španjolske i portugalske obale, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

U ranim satima u četvrtak, skupina orki probila je krmu i probušila trup broda koji je plovio prema Gibraltaru. Četveročlana posada pozvala je španjolske vlasti u pomoć, rekao je glasnogovornik spasilačke službe.

Spasioci su brodom i helikopterom pohitali u pomoć posadi na 20-metarskom brodu Mustique koji je plovio pod britanskom zastavom. Nakon toga isti je zbog popravka usidren u luci Barbate u provinciji Cadiz.

Prema istraživačkoj grupi GTOA, koja prati populacije iberskih orki, incident se dogodio nakon barem 20 interakcija samo u Gibraltarskom tjesnacu između malih plovila i tih morskih sisavaca. Godine 2022. prijavljeno je 207 interakcija, pokazuju podaci GTOA-e.

Rano u svibnju, jedrilica Alboran Champagne doživjela je sličnu sudbinu kad se sudarila s tri orke pola nautičke milje dalje od Barbate. Brod nije bilo moguće usidriti jer je bio potpuno poplavljen, pa je ostavljen da potone.

Prema uputama španjolskog ministarstva prometa, kad god brod uoči bilo kakvu izmjenu u ponašanju orki, bilo iznenadnu promjenu smjera ili brzine, treba napustiti područje što je prije moguće i tako izbjeći daljnje uznemiravanje životinja.

Svaka interakcija između broda i i orke mora se prijaviti vlastima, dodalo je ministarstvo.

Iako poznati kao kitovi ubojice, zaštićene orke dio su obitelji dupina. Odrasle životinje mogu doseći dužinu od osam metara i težiti do šest tona.

Kitovi ubojice teško su oštetili jedrilicu pored južne španjolske obale, objavila je u četvrtak lokalna spasilačka služba, u posljednjem od više desetaka napada orki na plovila zabilježenih ove godine uz španjolske i portugalske obale, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

U ranim satima u četvrtak, skupina orki probila je krmu i probušila trup broda koji je plovio prema Gibraltaru. Četveročlana posada pozvala je španjolske vlasti u pomoć, rekao je glasnogovornik spasilačke službe.

Spasioci su brodom i helikopterom pohitali u pomoć posadi na 20-metarskom brodu Mustique koji je plovio pod britanskom zastavom. Nakon toga isti je zbog popravka usidren u luci Barbate u provinciji Cadiz.

Prema istraživačkoj grupi GTOA, koja prati populacije iberskih orki, incident se dogodio nakon barem 20 interakcija samo u Gibraltarskom tjesnacu između malih plovila i tih morskih sisavaca. Godine 2022. prijavljeno je 207 interakcija, pokazuju podaci GTOA-e.

Rano u svibnju, jedrilica Alboran Champagne doživjela je sličnu sudbinu kad se sudarila s tri orke pola nautičke milje dalje od Barbate. Brod nije bilo moguće usidriti jer je bio potpuno poplavljen, pa je ostavljen da potone.

Prema uputama španjolskog ministarstva prometa, kad god brod uoči bilo kakvu izmjenu u ponašanju orki, bilo iznenadnu promjenu smjera ili brzine, treba napustiti područje što je prije moguće i tako izbjeći daljnje uznemiravanje životinja.

Svaka interakcija između broda i i orke mora se prijaviti vlastima, dodalo je ministarstvo.

Iako poznati kao kitovi ubojice, zaštićene orke dio su obitelji dupina. Odrasle životinje mogu doseći dužinu od osam metara i težiti do šest tona.

Neviđena drama na moru: kitovi ubojice obrušili se na brod, posadu spašavali helikopterom

Kitovi ubojice teško su oštetili jedrilicu pored južne španjolske obale, objavila je u četvrtak lokalna spasilačka služba, u posljednjem od više desetaka napada orki na plovila zabilježenih ove godine uz španjolske i portugalske obale, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

U ranim satima u četvrtak, skupina orki probila je krmu i probušila trup broda koji je plovio prema Gibraltaru. Četveročlana posada pozvala je španjolske vlasti u pomoć, rekao je glasnogovornik spasilačke službe.

Spasioci su brodom i helikopterom pohitali u pomoć posadi na 20-metarskom brodu Mustique koji je plovio pod britanskom zastavom. Nakon toga isti je zbog popravka usidren u luci Barbate u provinciji Cadiz.

Prema istraživačkoj grupi GTOA, koja prati populacije iberskih orki, incident se dogodio nakon barem 20 interakcija samo u Gibraltarskom tjesnacu između malih plovila i tih morskih sisavaca. Godine 2022. prijavljeno je 207 interakcija, pokazuju podaci GTOA-e.

Rano u svibnju, jedrilica Alboran Champagne doživjela je sličnu sudbinu kad se sudarila s tri orke pola nautičke milje dalje od Barbate. Brod nije bilo moguće usidriti jer je bio potpuno poplavljen, pa je ostavljen da potone.

Prema uputama španjolskog ministarstva prometa, kad god brod uoči bilo kakvu izmjenu u ponašanju orki, bilo iznenadnu promjenu smjera ili brzine, treba napustiti područje što je prije moguće i tako izbjeći daljnje uznemiravanje životinja.

Svaka interakcija između broda i i orke mora se prijaviti vlastima, dodalo je ministarstvo.

Iako poznati kao kitovi ubojice, zaštićene orke dio su obitelji dupina. Odrasle životinje mogu doseći dužinu od osam metara i težiti do šest tona.
