Hrvatska elektroprivreda, u čijem su sastavu najveće toplane u državi, objedinjene pod tvrtku kćer HEP-Toplinarstvo, postavit će Hrvatskoj energetskoj regulatornoj agenciji zahtjev za nove cijene grijanja i tople vode, najavili su jučer u HEP-u, piše Jutarnji list.

- Tarifne stavke za proizvodnju i za distribuciju toplinske energije utvrđuju se na temelju metodologija koje je donijela Hrvatska energetska regulatorna agencija (HERA). Stoga će visina promjene krajnjih cijena za kupce biti poznata tek nakon što HERA razmotri zahtjeve koje će podnijeti HEP, i donese odluke o novim tarifnim stavkama - poručili su nam iz HEP-a, ne otkrivajući kakve će cijene tražiti, i u kojem dijelu usluga koje HEP-Toplinarstvo pruža.

Jasno je, međutim, da HEP-Toplinarstvo i druge tvrtke koje opskrbljuju kućanstva, industriju, ustanove i druge potrošače, ne mogu poslovati rentabilno u uvjetima rapidnog rasta cijena plina na svjetskom i domaćem tržištu, jer je plin gorivo s udjelom od preko 90 posto u proizvodnji toplinske energije. Ostalo otpada na loživo ulje i obnovljive izvore energije.

Novi cjenik

- Napominjemo da je ove godine u više drugih gradova u Hrvatskoj u kojima ne posluje HEP-Toplinarstvo, zbog drastičnog povećanja ulaznih troškova poslovanja, već došlo do osjetnog poskupljenja toplinske energije - ističu u HEP-u. Osim u Zagrebu, HEP-Toplinarstvo, podsjetimo, osigurava grijanje i toplu vodu, među ostalim, i u Osijeku. Procjenjuje se da od 150 tisuća kupaca toplinske energije u Hrvatskoj, 80 posto podmiruje svoje potrebe kod HEP-Toplinarstva.

Najava HEP-Toplinarstva da će zatražiti novi cjenik usluga u proizvodnji i distribuciji toplinske energije nije neočekivana, jer je o potrebi povećanja cijena grijanja govorio u nedavnom intervjuu našem listu predsjednik Uprave HEP-a Frane Barbarić. On je uvodno govorio o korekciji cijena grijanja, a na naše pitanje je li potrebno povećanje cijena, odgovorio je potvrdno, i to, dodao je, drastično.

Već u 2021., podsjetimo, cijene plina porasle su na europskom tržištu 170 posto, a ove godine, zbog ruskog napada na Ukrajinu, došlo je do daljnjeg rasta cijena tog energenta od 164 posto prije pojačane potražnje u srpnju i kolovozu, koja je dodatno "pogurnula" cijene plina.

U riječkom Energu, koji pokriva jedno od tržišta na kojem ne radi HEP-Toplinarstvo, na pitanje kako namjeravaju pokriti jaz između nabavnih cijena plina i toplinske energije koju isporučuju, izrazili su nam očekivanje da će država pomoći i njima i svim drugim opskrbljivačima.

- Svi energetski subjekti koji se bave proizvodnjom, distribucijom i opskrbom toplinske energije, uključujući Energo, posredstvom Hrvatske gospodarske komore u stalnom su kontaktu s radnim timom iz resornog Ministarstva gospodarstva i održivog razvoja te se intenzivno radi u iznalaženju optimalnog rješenja, kako za energetske subjekte, tako i za krajnje kupce toplinske energije, sve u kontekstu povoljnije nabavke energenata za predstojeću ogrjevnu sezonu - naveli su nam u Energu.

Na pitanje kakvi se scenariji pomoći na spomenutim pregovorima s Ministarstvom razmatraju, odnosno jesu li to i više cijene grijanja i tople vode, u Energu uzvraćaju kako se "u ovom trenutku još uvijek ne može govoriti o konkretnim brojevima i modalitetima".

Vlada je, podsjetimo, proljetos, pokušavajući preduhitriti rast cijena grijanja zbog inflacije, smanjila stopu PDV-a na isporuku toplinske energije s 25 posto na 13 posto, piše Jutarnji list.

Ublažavanje udara

- Očekujemo da će Ministarstvo gospodarstva ponuditi još nekoliko mogućnosti, kako bi se čim više ublažio novonastali cjenovni udar. Očekujemo da će prijedlog rješenja biti prezentiran tijekom sljedećih nekoliko tjedana - poručili su nam iz riječkog Energa.

Uz spomenute tvrtke, toplinsku energiju na našem tržištu isporučuju još tri tvrtke. Cijene, odnosno tarifne stavke centralnih toplinskih sustava za kućanstva, kako ih definira HERA, variraju od 18 lipa do 34 lipe za kilovatsat, ovisno o području. Za poduzetništvo cjenovni rasponi su od 34 do 40 lipa za kilovatsat. Cijeni kilovatsata u računima za grijanje i toplu vodu dodaju se i cijene snage te druge naknade, kao i nezaobilazni PDV.

Hrvatska elektroprivreda, u čijem su sastavu najveće toplane u državi, objedinjene pod tvrtku kćer HEP-Toplinarstvo, postavit će Hrvatskoj energetskoj regulatornoj agenciji zahtjev za nove cijene grijanja i tople vode, najavili su jučer u HEP-u, piše Jutarnji list.

- Tarifne stavke za proizvodnju i za distribuciju toplinske energije utvrđuju se na temelju metodologija koje je donijela Hrvatska energetska regulatorna agencija (HERA). Stoga će visina promjene krajnjih cijena za kupce biti poznata tek nakon što HERA razmotri zahtjeve koje će podnijeti HEP, i donese odluke o novim tarifnim stavkama - poručili su nam iz HEP-a, ne otkrivajući kakve će cijene tražiti, i u kojem dijelu usluga koje HEP-Toplinarstvo pruža.

Jasno je, međutim, da HEP-Toplinarstvo i druge tvrtke koje opskrbljuju kućanstva, industriju, ustanove i druge potrošače, ne mogu poslovati rentabilno u uvjetima rapidnog rasta cijena plina na svjetskom i domaćem tržištu, jer je plin gorivo s udjelom od preko 90 posto u proizvodnji toplinske energije. Ostalo otpada na loživo ulje i obnovljive izvore energije.

Novi cjenik

- Napominjemo da je ove godine u više drugih gradova u Hrvatskoj u kojima ne posluje HEP-Toplinarstvo, zbog drastičnog povećanja ulaznih troškova poslovanja, već došlo do osjetnog poskupljenja toplinske energije - ističu u HEP-u. Osim u Zagrebu, HEP-Toplinarstvo, podsjetimo, osigurava grijanje i toplu vodu, među ostalim, i u Osijeku. Procjenjuje se da od 150 tisuća kupaca toplinske energije u Hrvatskoj, 80 posto podmiruje svoje potrebe kod HEP-Toplinarstva.

Najava HEP-Toplinarstva da će zatražiti novi cjenik usluga u proizvodnji i distribuciji toplinske energije nije neočekivana, jer je o potrebi povećanja cijena grijanja govorio u nedavnom intervjuu našem listu predsjednik Uprave HEP-a Frane Barbarić. On je uvodno govorio o korekciji cijena grijanja, a na naše pitanje je li potrebno povećanje cijena, odgovorio je potvrdno, i to, dodao je, drastično.

Već u 2021., podsjetimo, cijene plina porasle su na europskom tržištu 170 posto, a ove godine, zbog ruskog napada na Ukrajinu, došlo je do daljnjeg rasta cijena tog energenta od 164 posto prije pojačane potražnje u srpnju i kolovozu, koja je dodatno "pogurnula" cijene plina.

U riječkom Energu, koji pokriva jedno od tržišta na kojem ne radi HEP-Toplinarstvo, na pitanje kako namjeravaju pokriti jaz između nabavnih cijena plina i toplinske energije koju isporučuju, izrazili su nam očekivanje da će država pomoći i njima i svim drugim opskrbljivačima.

- Svi energetski subjekti koji se bave proizvodnjom, distribucijom i opskrbom toplinske energije, uključujući Energo, posredstvom Hrvatske gospodarske komore u stalnom su kontaktu s radnim timom iz resornog Ministarstva gospodarstva i održivog razvoja te se intenzivno radi u iznalaženju optimalnog rješenja, kako za energetske subjekte, tako i za krajnje kupce toplinske energije, sve u kontekstu povoljnije nabavke energenata za predstojeću ogrjevnu sezonu - naveli su nam u Energu.

Na pitanje kakvi se scenariji pomoći na spomenutim pregovorima s Ministarstvom razmatraju, odnosno jesu li to i više cijene grijanja i tople vode, u Energu uzvraćaju kako se "u ovom trenutku još uvijek ne može govoriti o konkretnim brojevima i modalitetima".

Vlada je, podsjetimo, proljetos, pokušavajući preduhitriti rast cijena grijanja zbog inflacije, smanjila stopu PDV-a na isporuku toplinske energije s 25 posto na 13 posto, piše Jutarnji list.

Ublažavanje udara

- Očekujemo da će Ministarstvo gospodarstva ponuditi još nekoliko mogućnosti, kako bi se čim više ublažio novonastali cjenovni udar. Očekujemo da će prijedlog rješenja biti prezentiran tijekom sljedećih nekoliko tjedana - poručili su nam iz riječkog Energa.

Uz spomenute tvrtke, toplinsku energiju na našem tržištu isporučuju još tri tvrtke. Cijene, odnosno tarifne stavke centralnih toplinskih sustava za kućanstva, kako ih definira HERA, variraju od 18 lipa do 34 lipe za kilovatsat, ovisno o području. Za poduzetništvo cjenovni rasponi su od 34 do 40 lipa za kilovatsat. Cijeni kilovatsata u računima za grijanje i toplu vodu dodaju se i cijene snage te druge naknade, kao i nezaobilazni PDV.

Prijeti novo poskupljenje za više od 150.000 kućanstava: HEP traži veću cijenu grijanja!

Hrvatska elektroprivreda, u čijem su sastavu najveće toplane u državi, objedinjene pod tvrtku kćer HEP-Toplinarstvo, postavit će Hrvatskoj energetskoj regulatornoj agenciji zahtjev za nove cijene grijanja i tople vode, najavili su jučer u HEP-u, piše Jutarnji list.

- Tarifne stavke za proizvodnju i za distribuciju toplinske energije utvrđuju se na temelju metodologija koje je donijela Hrvatska energetska regulatorna agencija (HERA). Stoga će visina promjene krajnjih cijena za kupce biti poznata tek nakon što HERA razmotri zahtjeve koje će podnijeti HEP, i donese odluke o novim tarifnim stavkama - poručili su nam iz HEP-a, ne otkrivajući kakve će cijene tražiti, i u kojem dijelu usluga koje HEP-Toplinarstvo pruža.

Jasno je, međutim, da HEP-Toplinarstvo i druge tvrtke koje opskrbljuju kućanstva, industriju, ustanove i druge potrošače, ne mogu poslovati rentabilno u uvjetima rapidnog rasta cijena plina na svjetskom i domaćem tržištu, jer je plin gorivo s udjelom od preko 90 posto u proizvodnji toplinske energije. Ostalo otpada na loživo ulje i obnovljive izvore energije.
