Nakon što je početkom godine na snagu stupio Zakon o doprinosima kojima je Vlada osigurala olakšice za uplatu doprinosa u I. mirovinski stup, za računovođe su počeli problemi, piše u petak Jutarnji list.
Konkretno, tvrde, ne radi informacijski sustav Porezne uprave putem kojega računovođe i poslodavci vode evidenciju mjesečne osnovice doprinosa za I. mirovinski stup. Zbog tih tehničkih poteškoća poslodavci nisu sigurni jesu li dobro obračunali olakšicu za doprinos svojih zaposlenika.
"Budući da aplikacija nije radila, može se dogoditi da radnik dobije manju plaću ili da dođe do poreznih nepravilnosti. Računovodstvo sada ima više koraka za odraditi, stalno skupljamo neku dokumentaciju. Prevelika je to birokratska komplikacija za tako mala povećanja plaća", kaže Mirela Relković, vlasnica računovodstvene tvrtke Kontoar i predsjednica Udruženja računovođa pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori (HGK).
Riječ je, podsjetimo, o novom Zakonu o doprinosima, točnije Pravilniku o izmjenama i dopunama pravilnika o doprinosima prema kojem, radnik s bruto plaćom manjom od 1300 eura ima pravo na olakšicu za prvi stup obaveznog mirovinskog osiguranja. Olakšicu umjesto poslodavca uplaćuje država, razmjerno visini plaće do 1300 eura bruto.
Ovisno o jedinicama lokalne samouprave i stopama poreza na dohodak, plaće bi porasle između 13 i 50 eura, a najviše bi dobili oni na "minimalcu" od 700 eura bruto. Relković veli da po novom zakonu država umjesto poslodavca uplaćuje razliku olakšice za mirovinsko osiguranje za prvi stup, ukupno će dotirati oko tri milijarde eura godišnje, a računovodstvo mora za svakog radnika utvrditi kolika mu je bruto plaća.
"Nevjerojatno je to da danas, kada svi pričamo o digitalizaciji, računovodstva i poslodavci moraju skupljati dodatne obrasce. Sve se to moglo riješiti samo da su mirovinski sustav i Porezna bolje povezani, kao što je to slučaj s povratom poreza, recimo", prepričava računovotkinja.
Osim toga, dodatni problem je ako radnik radi kod dva poslodavca jer u tom slučaju knjigovodstva moraju uzimati izjavu od radnika o tome kolika mu je bruto plaća kod drugog poslodavca kako bi mu se mogao utvrditi iznos olakšice, i to u postotku koji pripada jednom poslodavcu, a koliki drugom, piše novinar Jutarnjeg lista Filip Pavić.

Nakon što je početkom godine na snagu stupio Zakon o doprinosima kojima je Vlada osigurala olakšice za uplatu doprinosa u I. mirovinski stup, za računovođe su počeli problemi, piše u petak Jutarnji list.
Konkretno, tvrde, ne radi informacijski sustav Porezne uprave putem kojega računovođe i poslodavci vode evidenciju mjesečne osnovice doprinosa za I. mirovinski stup. Zbog tih tehničkih poteškoća poslodavci nisu sigurni jesu li dobro obračunali olakšicu za doprinos svojih zaposlenika.
"Budući da aplikacija nije radila, može se dogoditi da radnik dobije manju plaću ili da dođe do poreznih nepravilnosti. Računovodstvo sada ima više koraka za odraditi, stalno skupljamo neku dokumentaciju. Prevelika je to birokratska komplikacija za tako mala povećanja plaća", kaže Mirela Relković, vlasnica računovodstvene tvrtke Kontoar i predsjednica Udruženja računovođa pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori (HGK).
Riječ je, podsjetimo, o novom Zakonu o doprinosima, točnije Pravilniku o izmjenama i dopunama pravilnika o doprinosima prema kojem, radnik s bruto plaćom manjom od 1300 eura ima pravo na olakšicu za prvi stup obaveznog mirovinskog osiguranja. Olakšicu umjesto poslodavca uplaćuje država, razmjerno visini plaće do 1300 eura bruto.
Ovisno o jedinicama lokalne samouprave i stopama poreza na dohodak, plaće bi porasle između 13 i 50 eura, a najviše bi dobili oni na "minimalcu" od 700 eura bruto. Relković veli da po novom zakonu država umjesto poslodavca uplaćuje razliku olakšice za mirovinsko osiguranje za prvi stup, ukupno će dotirati oko tri milijarde eura godišnje, a računovodstvo mora za svakog radnika utvrditi kolika mu je bruto plaća.
"Nevjerojatno je to da danas, kada svi pričamo o digitalizaciji, računovodstva i poslodavci moraju skupljati dodatne obrasce. Sve se to moglo riješiti samo da su mirovinski sustav i Porezna bolje povezani, kao što je to slučaj s povratom poreza, recimo", prepričava računovotkinja.
Osim toga, dodatni problem je ako radnik radi kod dva poslodavca jer u tom slučaju knjigovodstva moraju uzimati izjavu od radnika o tome kolika mu je bruto plaća kod drugog poslodavca kako bi mu se mogao utvrditi iznos olakšice, i to u postotku koji pripada jednom poslodavcu, a koliki drugom, piše novinar Jutarnjeg lista Filip Pavić.

Radnici će dobiti manju plaću zbog problema sa sustavom Porezne?

Nakon što je početkom godine na snagu stupio Zakon o doprinosima kojima je Vlada osigurala olakšice za uplatu doprinosa u I. mirovinski stup, za računovođe su počeli problemi, piše u petak Jutarnji list.
Konkretno, tvrde, ne radi informacijski sustav Porezne uprave putem kojega računovođe i poslodavci vode evidenciju mjesečne osnovice doprinosa za I. mirovinski stup. Zbog tih tehničkih poteškoća poslodavci nisu sigurni jesu li dobro obračunali olakšicu za doprinos svojih zaposlenika.
"Budući da aplikacija nije radila, može se dogoditi da radnik dobije manju plaću ili da dođe do poreznih nepravilnosti. Računovodstvo sada ima više koraka za odraditi, stalno skupljamo neku dokumentaciju. Prevelika je to birokratska komplikacija za tako mala povećanja plaća", kaže Mirela Relković, vlasnica računovodstvene tvrtke Kontoar i predsjednica Udruženja računovođa pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori (HGK).
Riječ je, podsjetimo, o novom Zakonu o doprinosima, točnije Pravilniku o izmjenama i dopunama pravilnika o doprinosima prema kojem, radnik s bruto plaćom manjom od 1300 eura ima pravo na olakšicu za prvi stup obaveznog mirovinskog osiguranja. Olakšicu umjesto poslodavca uplaćuje država, razmjerno visini plaće do 1300 eura bruto.
Ovisno o jedinicama lokalne samouprave i stopama poreza na dohodak, plaće bi porasle između 13 i 50 eura, a najviše bi dobili oni na "minimalcu" od 700 eura bruto. Relković veli da po novom zakonu država umjesto poslodavca uplaćuje razliku olakšice za mirovinsko osiguranje za prvi stup, ukupno će dotirati oko tri milijarde eura godišnje, a računovodstvo mora za svakog radnika utvrditi kolika mu je bruto plaća.
"Nevjerojatno je to da danas, kada svi pričamo o digitalizaciji, računovodstva i poslodavci moraju skupljati dodatne obrasce. Sve se to moglo riješiti samo da su mirovinski sustav i Porezna bolje povezani, kao što je to slučaj s povratom poreza, recimo", prepričava računovotkinja.
Osim toga, dodatni problem je ako radnik radi kod dva poslodavca jer u tom slučaju knjigovodstva moraju uzimati izjavu od radnika o tome kolika mu je bruto plaća kod drugog poslodavca kako bi mu se mogao utvrditi iznos olakšice, i to u postotku koji pripada jednom poslodavcu, a koliki drugom, piše novinar Jutarnjeg lista Filip Pavić.
