[fulltext] => - U prošloj godini Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje ugovorio je s privatnim zdravstvenim ustanovama pregled magnetske rezonance za više od 9000 pacijenata, ali bez prethodne analize zbog čega su tako duge liste čekanja - napomenula je pomoćnica glavnog državnog revizora Biserka Čoh Mikulec. Ona je upozorila i da dio bolnica ne ažurira liste čekanja na svojim internetskim stranicama. Revizori su utvrdili da opće bolnice u Rijeci, Požegi, Splitu, Slavonskom Brodu, Dubrovniku te KBC Sestara milosrdnica u Zagrebu ne ažuriraju liste čekanja na svojim web stranicama.
Revizija "pročešljala" bolnice
Državna revizija je, kako prenosi
jutarnji.hr prvi put "pročešljala" liste čekanja u hrvatskim bolnicama i utvrdila brojne nepravilnosti. Svaki treći pacijent pristupio je prošle godine pregledu magnetske rezonance u osam hrvatskih bolnica mimo bolničkih listi čekanja, utvrdio je Državni ured za reviziju nakon što je prvi put "pročešljao" liste čekanja u 20 općih bolnica u zemlji.
Prema riječima pomoćnice glavnog državnog revizora Biserke Čoh Mikulec, Državna revizija odlučila je provjeriti upravljanje listama čekanja za postupke magnetske rezonance jer se na te preglede u bolnicama najdulje čeka, prosječno, navela je, od 50 do čak 608 dana.
Revizori su utvrdili da se krajem rujna prošle godine na listama čekanja u 20 hrvatskih bolnica nalazilo 47 tisuća pacijenata za pregled magnetskom rezonancom, a od tog broja najviše u KBC-u Zagreb, njih 9600. Najdulje se na pregled magnetskom rezonancom čeka u pulskoj (608 dana), zadarskoj (538) i bolnici KBC-a Zagreb, 506 dana, a najkraće u županijskim bolnicama u Pakracu (50 dana), Koprivnici (71) i Požegi, gdje se čeka 143 dana.

- Utvrdili smo da je u čak osam bolnica trideset posto pacijenata obavilo pregled magnetskom rezonancom, a da uopće nisu na listi čekanja - upozorila je Biserka Čoh Mikulec.
Na pitanje je li toliki broj neupisanih u liste čekanja pristupio pregledu na nezakoniti način, pomoćnica glavnog državnog revizora odgovorila je kako revizori nisu utvrdili način na koji su neupisani u liste čekanja pristupili pregledu jer, istaknula je, nije bilo pripadajućih podataka. Drugim riječima, revizori ostavljaju otvorenom mogućnost da je dio onih koji su obavili pregled "preko reda" bili hitni slučajevi ili je iz nekog drugog medicinskog razloga bilo nužno da ih pregleda mimo liste čekanja.
- Mnoge bolnice ne vode podatke o tome je li riječ o hitnom pregledu ili iz kojih razloga je pacijent pregledan mimo liste čekanja, a trebali bi to činiti - istaknula je Biserka Čoh Mikulec.
U čak tri bolnice, prema podacima Revizije, svaki drugi pacijent koji je obavio pregled magnetske rezonance nije bio na listama čekanja. Riječ je o općim bolnicama u Gospiću, Vukovaru i Slavonskom Brodu. Najmanje pacijenata koji su pristupili ovoj vrsti pregleda mimo liste čekanja zabilježeno je u KB-u Dubravi uz nalaz od 0,7 posto svih pacijenata koji su prošli pregled. S treće strane, u zagrebačkoj KBC-u Sestara milosrdnica revizori nisu našli nikakve tražene podatke- prenosi
jutarnji.hr.

Ona je upozorila i da dio bolnica ne ažurira liste čekanja na svojim internetskim stranicama. Revizori su utvrdili da opće bolnice u Rijeci, Požegi, Splitu, Slavonskom Brodu, Dubrovniku te KBC Sestara milosrdnica u Zagrebu ne ažuriraju liste čekanja na svojim web stranicama.
Revizija "pročešljala" bolnice
Državna revizija je, kako prenosi
jutarnji.hr prvi put "pročešljala" liste čekanja u hrvatskim bolnicama i utvrdila brojne nepravilnosti. Svaki treći pacijent pristupio je prošle godine pregledu magnetske rezonance u osam hrvatskih bolnica mimo bolničkih listi čekanja, utvrdio je Državni ured za reviziju nakon što je prvi put "pročešljao" liste čekanja u 20 općih bolnica u zemlji.
Prema riječima pomoćnice glavnog državnog revizora Biserke Čoh Mikulec, Državna revizija odlučila je provjeriti upravljanje listama čekanja za postupke magnetske rezonance jer se na te preglede u bolnicama najdulje čeka, prosječno, navela je, od 50 do čak 608 dana.
Revizori su utvrdili da se krajem rujna prošle godine na listama čekanja u 20 hrvatskih bolnica nalazilo 47 tisuća pacijenata za pregled magnetskom rezonancom, a od tog broja najviše u KBC-u Zagreb, njih 9600. Najdulje se na pregled magnetskom rezonancom čeka u pulskoj (608 dana), zadarskoj (538) i bolnici KBC-a Zagreb, 506 dana, a najkraće u županijskim bolnicama u Pakracu (50 dana), Koprivnici (71) i Požegi, gdje se čeka 143 dana.

Na pitanje je li toliki broj neupisanih u liste čekanja pristupio pregledu na nezakoniti način, pomoćnica glavnog državnog revizora odgovorila je kako revizori nisu utvrdili način na koji su neupisani u liste čekanja pristupili pregledu jer, istaknula je, nije bilo pripadajućih podataka. Drugim riječima, revizori ostavljaju otvorenom mogućnost da je dio onih koji su obavili pregled "preko reda" bili hitni slučajevi ili je iz nekog drugog medicinskog razloga bilo nužno da ih pregleda mimo liste čekanja.
- Mnoge bolnice ne vode podatke o tome je li riječ o hitnom pregledu ili iz kojih razloga je pacijent pregledan mimo liste čekanja, a trebali bi to činiti - istaknula je Biserka Čoh Mikulec.
U čak tri bolnice, prema podacima Revizije, svaki drugi pacijent koji je obavio pregled magnetske rezonance nije bio na listama čekanja. Riječ je o općim bolnicama u Gospiću, Vukovaru i Slavonskom Brodu. Najmanje pacijenata koji su pristupili ovoj vrsti pregleda mimo liste čekanja zabilježeno je u KB-u Dubravi uz nalaz od 0,7 posto svih pacijenata koji su prošli pregled. S treće strane, u zagrebačkoj KBC-u Sestara milosrdnica revizori nisu našli nikakve tražene podatke- prenosi
jutarnji.hr.
