U Sloveniju uskoro dolazi preparat koji će se na preporuku liječnika i uz pristanak pacijenta davati onima koji nisu cijepljeni protiv Covida-19, odmah nakon što se kod njih razviju prvi simptomi bolesti, a za koje se smatra da bi se mogli razviti u teži oblik bolesti.

Kako prenose slovenski mediji, riječ je o lijeku Lagevria, poznatom i  kao molnupiravir, koji je naručen i već je na putu u Sloveniju. Povjerenstvo za  medicinsku etiku, koje je tijelo ministarstva zdravstva, donijelo je zaključak  da ne postoje etičke zadrške da se taj lijek ne počne propisivati i primjenjivati, nakon što ga je za uporabu preporučila i Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA), premda još nije službeno  registriran.

Taj lijek donosi značajan napredak u suzbijanju epidemije i očekujemo da će dovesti do manje smrtnosti od Covida, kazao je za Slovenski radio u utorak Božidar Voljč, predsjednik povjerenstva za medicinsku etiku.

Lijek se, nakon što ga uz pristanak pacijenta propiše njegov liječnik, uzima odmah nakon pojave  prvih simptoma, unutar prvih pet dana, dok pacijent još ne treba potporu kisikom.

Uzima se dva puta dnevno po 800 miligrama. Računa se da njegovim uzimanjem u 50 do 60 posto slučajeva sprječava i hospitalizacija zaraženog, a neće se preporučivati trudnicama, izjavio je Voljč.

Lijek će se davati onima koji ispunjavaju uvjete da ga prime i informirani su o svojstvima lijeka i mogućim nuspojavama, te bez ikakvih pritisaka da na takvo liječenje pristanu. Sve dok se lijek i službeno ne registrira, pismeni pristanak pacijenta trebat će parafirati i njegov liječnik.

U Sloveniju uskoro dolazi preparat koji će se na preporuku liječnika i uz pristanak pacijenta davati onima koji nisu cijepljeni protiv Covida-19, odmah nakon što se kod njih razviju prvi simptomi bolesti, a za koje se smatra da bi se mogli razviti u teži oblik bolesti.

Kako prenose slovenski mediji, riječ je o lijeku Lagevria, poznatom i  kao molnupiravir, koji je naručen i već je na putu u Sloveniju. Povjerenstvo za  medicinsku etiku, koje je tijelo ministarstva zdravstva, donijelo je zaključak  da ne postoje etičke zadrške da se taj lijek ne počne propisivati i primjenjivati, nakon što ga je za uporabu preporučila i Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA), premda još nije službeno  registriran.

Taj lijek donosi značajan napredak u suzbijanju epidemije i očekujemo da će dovesti do manje smrtnosti od Covida, kazao je za Slovenski radio u utorak Božidar Voljč, predsjednik povjerenstva za medicinsku etiku.

Lijek se, nakon što ga uz pristanak pacijenta propiše njegov liječnik, uzima odmah nakon pojave  prvih simptoma, unutar prvih pet dana, dok pacijent još ne treba potporu kisikom.

Uzima se dva puta dnevno po 800 miligrama. Računa se da njegovim uzimanjem u 50 do 60 posto slučajeva sprječava i hospitalizacija zaraženog, a neće se preporučivati trudnicama, izjavio je Voljč.

Lijek će se davati onima koji ispunjavaju uvjete da ga prime i informirani su o svojstvima lijeka i mogućim nuspojavama, te bez ikakvih pritisaka da na takvo liječenje pristanu. Sve dok se lijek i službeno ne registrira, pismeni pristanak pacijenta trebat će parafirati i njegov liječnik.

U Sloveniji odobreno korištenje molnupiravira u liječenju Covida-19, evo tko ga smije, a tko ne smije uzimati: ‘To je za necijepljene‘

U Sloveniju uskoro dolazi preparat koji će se na preporuku liječnika i uz pristanak pacijenta davati onima koji nisu cijepljeni protiv Covida-19, odmah nakon što se kod njih razviju prvi simptomi bolesti, a za koje se smatra da bi se mogli razviti u teži oblik bolesti.

Kako prenose slovenski mediji, riječ je o lijeku Lagevria, poznatom i  kao molnupiravir, koji je naručen i već je na putu u Sloveniju. Povjerenstvo za  medicinsku etiku, koje je tijelo ministarstva zdravstva, donijelo je zaključak  da ne postoje etičke zadrške da se taj lijek ne počne propisivati i primjenjivati, nakon što ga je za uporabu preporučila i Europska agencija za lijekove (EMA), premda još nije službeno  registriran.

Taj lijek donosi značajan napredak u suzbijanju epidemije i očekujemo da će dovesti do manje smrtnosti od Covida, kazao je za Slovenski radio u utorak Božidar Voljč, predsjednik povjerenstva za medicinsku etiku.

Lijek se, nakon što ga uz pristanak pacijenta propiše njegov liječnik, uzima odmah nakon pojave  prvih simptoma, unutar prvih pet dana, dok pacijent još ne treba potporu kisikom.

Uzima se dva puta dnevno po 800 miligrama. Računa se da njegovim uzimanjem u 50 do 60 posto slučajeva sprječava i hospitalizacija zaraženog, a neće se preporučivati trudnicama, izjavio je Voljč.

Lijek će se davati onima koji ispunjavaju uvjete da ga prime i informirani su o svojstvima lijeka i mogućim nuspojavama, te bez ikakvih pritisaka da na takvo liječenje pristanu. Sve dok se lijek i službeno ne registrira, pismeni pristanak pacijenta trebat će parafirati i njegov liječnik.
