Dugo se samo nagađalo, a sada znamo sa sigurnošću: ruski špijunski brodovi mapiraju vjetroelektrane i ključne kablove uz britansku obalu. Za to može postojati samo jedan razlog - sabotirati kritičnu infrastrukturu Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva i Europe u slučaju punog rata sa Zapadom, piše ugledni britanski The Telegraph.

Dalje nastavljaju: otrežnjuća je istina da se Kina i Rusija spremaju za širi sukob. To ne znači da će se isti dogoditi, ali Britanija hitno mora prepoznati opseg prijetnje trenutnom poretku. Naš svijet postaje znatno opasniji, a London nije spreman, donosi Jutarnji list.

Analitičar Bob Seely piše: "Naš kolektivni odgovor tijekom zadnjih 15 godina bio je poricanje, podmazano ruskim novcem. Rat u Ukrajini otvorio nam je oči - baš ovaj tjedan tajnik kabineta Rishija Sunaka dao je upozorenje bez presedana, o kibernetičkim prijetnjama našoj nacionalnoj infrastrukturi. I ministar obrane Ben Wallace bio je dosljedan - ali moramo učiniti mnogo više!"

Neki od najbližih saveznika Britanije, poput Poljske, ponovno se naoružavaju brzinom bez premca. Ako se dogodi najgore, bit će spremni braniti europsko tlo. Ali NATO savez ostaje opasno izložen na moru, navodi The Telegraph.

Rusija pomno ispituje europsku ranjivost. Osim hrane, svakodnevni zahtjevi suvremenog društva su i energenti te komunikacija. Podvodnih arterija moderne civilizacije je iznenađujuće malo. Na primjer, samo tri plinovoda isporučuje čak 43 posto britanske opskrbe plinom. Pet interkonektora isporučuje električnu energiju. Postoji više komunikacijskih kabela, ukupno 70, ali dovoljno je tek nekoliko dubokomorskih sabotaža koje bi "naš svijet" zaustavile bez ispaljenog metka. Uvjeravali su nas da će vjetroelektrane ojačati našu energetsku sigurnost, ali malo je analiza razmatralo njihovu vojnu izloženost, piše Seely.

Nova ratna pravila

Dva desetljeća je Putin postavljao temelje za nekonvencionalno ratovanje. Rusko vojno razmišljanje sukobe promatra kao kombinaciju vojnih i nevojnih alata državne moći. To je oblik totalnog rata, u kojem se koristi sve, od kulture do kibernetičnih i konvecnionalnih alata. To odražava uvjerenje Kremlja da su se ratna pravila promijenila.

Godinama je jasno da i brojne ilegalne skupine djeluju pod kontrolom Kremlja. Rusija već dugo koristi organizirani kriminal za obavljanje prljavog posla. Nakon globalnog rasta plaćeničke grupe Wagner, utjecaj ovih skupina samo će se povećati, smatra The Telegraph.

Putin procjenjuje opcije napada na Zapad, ali ne želi izazvati vojni odgovor NATO-a. Kako bi Velika Britanija ili NATO odgovorili na sabotažu neke misteriozne skupine, naizgled nepovezane s Moskvom, a koja bi rezultirala uništenjem dubokomorskih kablova ili nekom drugom fizičkom štetom? Bi li vojni odgovor bio izvediv? Možemo li doista riskirati rat zbog sumnje? Vladimir Putin zna odgovor na to pitanje.

Ovo stoljeće svjedočit ćemo borbi između dvije verzije čovječanstva. One koja zastupa otvorena društva naspram one koja zastupa zatvorene, autoritarne sustave koje koriste sve oblike državne represije kako bi tlačili narod i prijetili drugima. To je borba koju nismo željeli, ali koju ne možemo i ne smijemo izgubiti. Kao što smo se toliko puta uvjerili s Putinom, rat nije samo zamisliv nego i neophodan. Čak i u ovom trenutku, koristeći svoje špijunske brodove u Sjevernom i Baltičkom moru, prijeti proširiti sukob u Ukrajini i izvan tog teritorija. Ne smijemo mu to dopustiti, zaključuje ugledni britanski list.

Dugo se samo nagađalo, a sada znamo sa sigurnošću: ruski špijunski brodovi mapiraju vjetroelektrane i ključne kablove uz britansku obalu. Za to može postojati samo jedan razlog - sabotirati kritičnu infrastrukturu Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva i Europe u slučaju punog rata sa Zapadom, piše ugledni britanski The Telegraph.

Dalje nastavljaju: otrežnjuća je istina da se Kina i Rusija spremaju za širi sukob. To ne znači da će se isti dogoditi, ali Britanija hitno mora prepoznati opseg prijetnje trenutnom poretku. Naš svijet postaje znatno opasniji, a London nije spreman, donosi Jutarnji list.

Analitičar Bob Seely piše: "Naš kolektivni odgovor tijekom zadnjih 15 godina bio je poricanje, podmazano ruskim novcem. Rat u Ukrajini otvorio nam je oči - baš ovaj tjedan tajnik kabineta Rishija Sunaka dao je upozorenje bez presedana, o kibernetičkim prijetnjama našoj nacionalnoj infrastrukturi. I ministar obrane Ben Wallace bio je dosljedan - ali moramo učiniti mnogo više!"

Neki od najbližih saveznika Britanije, poput Poljske, ponovno se naoružavaju brzinom bez premca. Ako se dogodi najgore, bit će spremni braniti europsko tlo. Ali NATO savez ostaje opasno izložen na moru, navodi The Telegraph.

Rusija pomno ispituje europsku ranjivost. Osim hrane, svakodnevni zahtjevi suvremenog društva su i energenti te komunikacija. Podvodnih arterija moderne civilizacije je iznenađujuće malo. Na primjer, samo tri plinovoda isporučuje čak 43 posto britanske opskrbe plinom. Pet interkonektora isporučuje električnu energiju. Nova ratna pravila

Dva desetljeća je Putin postavljao temelje za nekonvencionalno ratovanje. Rusko vojno razmišljanje sukobe promatra kao kombinaciju vojnih i nevojnih alata državne moći. To je oblik totalnog rata, u kojem se koristi sve, od kulture do kibernetičnih i konvecnionalnih alata. To odražava uvjerenje Kremlja da su se ratna pravila promijenila.

Godinama je jasno da i brojne ilegalne skupine djeluju pod kontrolom Kremlja. Rusija već dugo koristi organizirani kriminal za obavljanje prljavog posla. Nakon globalnog rasta plaćeničke grupe Wagner, utjecaj ovih skupina samo će se povećati, smatra The Telegraph.

Putin procjenjuje opcije napada na Zapad, ali ne želi izazvati vojni odgovor NATO-a. Kako bi Velika Britanija ili NATO odgovorili na sabotažu neke misteriozne skupine, naizgled nepovezane s Moskvom, a koja bi rezultirala uništenjem dubokomorskih kablova ili nekom drugom fizičkom štetom? Bi li vojni odgovor bio izvediv? Možemo li doista riskirati rat zbog sumnje? Vladimir Putin zna odgovor na to pitanje.

Ovo stoljeće svjedočit ćemo borbi između dvije verzije čovječanstva. One koja zastupa otvorena društva naspram one koja zastupa zatvorene, autoritarne sustave koje koriste sve oblike državne represije kako bi tlačili narod i prijetili drugima. To je borba koju nismo željeli, ali koju ne možemo i ne smijemo izgubiti. Kao što smo se toliko puta uvjerili s Putinom, rat nije samo zamisliv nego i neophodan. Čak i u ovom trenutku, koristeći svoje špijunske brodove u Sjevernom i Baltičkom moru, prijeti proširiti sukob u Ukrajini i izvan tog teritorija. ‘Vladimir Putin sprema se napasti Ujedinjeno Kraljevstvo!‘

Dugo se samo nagađalo, a sada znamo sa sigurnošću: ruski špijunski brodovi mapiraju vjetroelektrane i ključne kablove uz britansku obalu. Za to može postojati samo jedan razlog - sabotirati kritičnu infrastrukturu Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva i Europe u slučaju punog rata sa Zapadom, piše ugledni britanski The Telegraph.

Dalje nastavljaju: otrežnjuća je istina da se Kina i Rusija spremaju za širi sukob. To ne znači da će se isti dogoditi, ali Britanija hitno mora prepoznati opseg prijetnje trenutnom poretku. Naš svijet postaje znatno opasniji, a London nije spreman, donosi Jutarnji list.

Analitičar Bob Seely piše: "Naš kolektivni odgovor tijekom zadnjih 15 godina bio je poricanje, podmazano ruskim novcem. Rat u Ukrajini otvorio nam je oči - baš ovaj tjedan tajnik kabineta Rishija Sunaka dao je upozorenje bez presedana, o kibernetičkim prijetnjama našoj nacionalnoj infrastrukturi. I ministar obrane Ben Wallace bio je dosljedan - ali moramo učiniti mnogo više!"

Neki od najbližih saveznika Britanije, poput Poljske, ponovno se naoružavaju brzinom bez premca. Ako se dogodi najgore, bit će spremni braniti europsko tlo. Ali NATO savez ostaje opasno izložen na moru, navodi The Telegraph.

Rusija pomno ispituje europsku ranjivost. Osim hrane, svakodnevni zahtjevi suvremenog društva su i energenti te komunikacija. Podvodnih arterija moderne civilizacije je iznenađujuće malo. Na primjer, samo tri plinovoda isporučuje čak 43 posto britanske opskrbe plinom. Pet interkonektora isporučuje električnu energiju.
