Obiteljska liječnica i zamjenica predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore (HLK) Vikica Krolo za N1 je objasnila kako procjenjuju je li pacijent pozitivan covid ako se javlja telefonskim putem.
“Da biste nekoga proglasili da je imao covid i da bi mogao dobiti covid-potvrdu na temelju preobljenja, on mora imati važeći PCR test. Kod nas liječnika tu nema dileme. Kako znamo da je epidemija covida, prva stvar kad nam se jave pacijenti koji imaju povišenu temperaturu i sve simptome virusnih bolesti, bez obizra na to što ima i drugih virusa, gripe i viroza, naš je prvi zadatak procijeniti je li pacijent covid pozitivan ili nije”, rekla je Krolo i dodala:
“Obično nam se pacijenti prvo jave telefonom i zamolimo ih da, ako mogu, naprave kućni antigneski test. Ako je taj brzi antigenski test pozitivan, onda je velika vjerojatnost da će pacijent biti potvrđen i PCR testom koji mu je neophodan da bi sutra dobio covid-potvrdu.”
Ističe da se kod pacijenata koji ne dobiju pozitivan rezultat na brzom antigenskom testu onda može razmišljati i o drugim bolestima. Krolo navodi da se liječnici zalažu i za to da svi imaju covid-potvrde.
“Mi se zalažemo da svi imaju covid-potvrde ili na temelju preboljenja ili na temelju cijepljenja. Normalno da bi svi htjeli da pacijenti imaju covid-potvrdu na temelju cijepljenja”, dodala je.
Krolo je istaknula da se u novom, petom valu zaražavaju uglavnom mlađe osobe.
“Uglavnom u ovom petom valu većinom su to mladi od 20 do 35 godina i to je već porast od Božića, to je jako velik broj ljudi. Osim necijepljenih, vidim da je dosta pozitivnih i onih koji su redovno cijepljeni u 5. i 6. mjesecu. Znači, nakon šest mjeseci od njihovog drugog redovnog cijepljenja su pozitivni. Moramo raditi to testiranje iz puno razloga”, poručila je liječnica.
Osvrnula se na to što neki oboljeli od covida uzimaju antibiotike, navodeći da to neće pomoći u liječenju.
“Antibiotici nikako ne doalze u obzir kod liječenja virusnih bolesti pa tako ni kod korone, osobito ne Sumamed. Sumamed ili bilo koji antibiotik, osobito na samom početku infekcije, uopće ne pomaže, dapače – može i škoditi. Svaki antibiotik ima svoje nuspojave, mora proć kroz jetru, bubrege, a to radi i virus, zapravo možete imati dodatne simptome ako ste uzeli antibiotik, novi takoreći otrov koji vam ne pomaže u liječenju”, pojasnila je Krolo, za N1.

Obiteljska liječnica i zamjenica predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore (HLK) Vikica Krolo za N1 je objasnila kako procjenjuju je li pacijent pozitivan covid ako se javlja telefonskim putem.
“Da biste nekoga proglasili da je imao covid i da bi mogao dobiti covid-potvrdu na temelju preobljenja, on mora imati važeći PCR test. Kod nas liječnika tu nema dileme. Kako znamo da je epidemija covida, prva stvar kad nam se jave pacijenti koji imaju povišenu temperaturu i sve simptome virusnih bolesti, bez obizra na to što ima i drugih virusa, gripe i viroza, naš je prvi zadatak procijeniti je li pacijent covid pozitivan ili nije”, rekla je Krolo i dodala:
“Obično nam se pacijenti prvo jave telefonom i zamolimo ih da, ako mogu, naprave kućni antigneski test. Ako je taj brzi antigenski test pozitivan, onda je velika vjerojatnost da će pacijent biti potvrđen i PCR testom koji mu je neophodan da bi sutra dobio covid-potvrdu.”
Ističe da se kod pacijenata koji ne dobiju pozitivan rezultat na brzom antigenskom testu onda može razmišljati i o drugim bolestima. Krolo navodi da se liječnici zalažu i za to da svi imaju covid-potvrde.
“Mi se zalažemo da svi imaju covid-potvrde ili na temelju preboljenja ili na temelju cijepljenja. Normalno da bi svi htjeli da pacijenti imaju covid-potvrdu na temelju cijepljenja”, dodala je.
Krolo je istaknula da se u novom, petom valu zaražavaju uglavnom mlađe osobe.
“Uglavnom u ovom petom valu većinom su to mladi od 20 do 35 godina i to je već porast od Božića, to je jako velik broj ljudi. Osim necijepljenih, vidim da je dosta pozitivnih i onih koji su redovno cijepljeni u 5. i 6. mjesecu. Znači, nakon šest mjeseci od njihovog drugog redovnog cijepljenja su pozitivni. Moramo raditi to testiranje iz puno razloga”, poručila je liječnica.
Osvrnula se na to što neki oboljeli od covida uzimaju antibiotike, navodeći da to neće pomoći u liječenju.
“Antibiotici nikako ne doalze u obzir kod liječenja virusnih bolesti pa tako ni kod korone, osobito ne Sumamed. Sumamed ili bilo koji antibiotik, osobito na samom početku infekcije, uopće ne pomaže, dapače – može i škoditi. Svaki antibiotik ima svoje nuspojave, mora proć kroz jetru, bubrege, a to radi i virus, zapravo možete imati dodatne simptome ako ste uzeli antibiotik, novi takoreći otrov koji vam ne pomaže u liječenju”, pojasnila je Krolo, za N1.
