Do kraja 2023. godine napokon će biti riješeno pitanje poreznog tretmana napojnice, što je jedna od najdugorajnijih boljki domaćih ugostitelja i radnika u turizmu, piše u srijedu Jutarnji list.
Ministarstvo financija, naime, u svom je planu zakonodavnih aktivnosti za narednu godinu navelo kako im je u planu do kraja sljedeće godine riješiti ovo pitanje kroz izmjenu triju zakona - Zakona o porezu na dohodak, Zakona o fiskalizaciji te zakona o doprinosima. Iako bi sektor rado da se to dogodi uoči nove turističke sezone, zasad nema obećanja da bi stvar mogla biti gotova do početka ljeta.
Kako doznaje Jutarnji list, Ministarstvo finacija dalo je zeleno svjetlo na prijedlog rješenja poreznog tretmana napojnica koje je tadašnjem ministru Zdravku Mamiću ponudila Nacionalna udruga ugostitelja, a Jelena Tabak iz Udruge potvrdila je da predstavnici ugostitelja na sastanak s novim ministrom Markom Primorcem stižu 28. listopada.
Prijedlog ugostitelja bio je da se pitanje oporezivanja napojnica veže uz račun te uz djelatnika, na način da neoporezive budu napojnice do 10 posto iznosa računa, a da svaki djelatnik ima pravo godišnje primati do 25 tisuća kuna napojnice neoporezivo.
Sve ono iznad toga - i iznad 10 posto računa te iznad 25 tisuća kuna po djelatniku - trebalo bi oporezivati, s time da udruga predlaže da se na te poreze naplaćuje samo porez na dohodak, ali da se oslobode plaćanja doprinosa.
U dokumentu objavljenom na javnom savjetovanju stoji kako se napojnice za radnike trenutno slijevaju kroz račune poslodavaca zbog čega je, u svrhu zaštite svih dionika, potrebna njihova jasna definicija, piše novinarka Jutarnji list

Do kraja 2023. godine napokon će biti riješeno pitanje poreznog tretmana napojnice, što je jedna od najdugorajnijih boljki domaćih ugostitelja i radnika u turizmu, piše u srijedu Jutarnji list.
Ministarstvo financija, naime, u svom je planu zakonodavnih aktivnosti za narednu godinu navelo kako im je u planu do kraja sljedeće godine riješiti ovo pitanje kroz izmjenu triju zakona - Zakona o porezu na dohodak, Zakona o fiskalizaciji te zakona o doprinosima. Iako bi sektor rado da se to dogodi uoči nove turističke sezone, zasad nema obećanja da bi stvar mogla biti gotova do početka ljeta.
Kako doznaje Jutarnji list, Ministarstvo finacija dalo je zeleno svjetlo na prijedlog rješenja poreznog tretmana napojnica koje je tadašnjem ministru Zdravku Mamiću ponudila Nacionalna udruga ugostitelja, a Jelena Tabak iz Udruge potvrdila je da predstavnici ugostitelja na sastanak s novim ministrom Markom Primorcem stižu 28. listopada.
Prijedlog ugostitelja bio je da se pitanje oporezivanja napojnica veže uz račun te uz djelatnika, na način da neoporezive budu napojnice do 10 posto iznosa računa, a da svaki djelatnik ima pravo godišnje primati do 25 tisuća kuna napojnice neoporezivo.
Sve ono iznad toga - i iznad 10 posto računa te iznad 25 tisuća kuna po djelatniku - trebalo bi oporezivati, s time da udruga predlaže da se na te poreze naplaćuje samo porez na dohodak, ali da se oslobode plaćanja doprinosa.
U dokumentu objavljenom na javnom savjetovanju stoji kako se napojnice za radnike trenutno slijevaju kroz račune poslodavaca zbog čega je, u svrhu zaštite svih dionika, potrebna njihova jasna definicija, piše novinarka Jutarnji list

Ministar Primorac dao zeleno svjetlo - napojnice opet neoporezive

Do kraja 2023. godine napokon će biti riješeno pitanje poreznog tretmana napojnice, što je jedna od najdugorajnijih boljki domaćih ugostitelja i radnika u turizmu, piše u srijedu Jutarnji list.
Ministarstvo financija, naime, u svom je planu zakonodavnih aktivnosti za narednu godinu navelo kako im je u planu do kraja sljedeće godine riješiti ovo pitanje kroz izmjenu triju zakona - Zakona o porezu na dohodak, Zakona o fiskalizaciji te zakona o doprinosima. Iako bi sektor rado da se to dogodi uoči nove turističke sezone, zasad nema obećanja da bi stvar mogla biti gotova do početka ljeta.
Kako doznaje Jutarnji list, Ministarstvo finacija dalo je zeleno svjetlo na prijedlog rješenja poreznog tretmana napojnica koje je tadašnjem ministru Zdravku Mamiću ponudila Nacionalna udruga ugostitelja, a Jelena Tabak iz Udruge potvrdila je da predstavnici ugostitelja na sastanak s novim ministrom Markom Primorcem stižu 28. listopada.
Prijedlog ugostitelja bio je da se pitanje oporezivanja napojnica veže uz račun te uz djelatnika, na način da neoporezive budu napojnice do 10 posto iznosa računa, a da svaki djelatnik ima pravo godišnje primati do 25 tisuća kuna napojnice neoporezivo.
Sve ono iznad toga - i iznad 10 posto računa te iznad 25 tisuća kuna po djelatniku - trebalo bi oporezivati, s time da udruga predlaže da se na te poreze naplaćuje samo porez na dohodak, ali da se oslobode plaćanja doprinosa.
U dokumentu objavljenom na javnom savjetovanju stoji kako se napojnice za radnike trenutno slijevaju kroz račune poslodavaca zbog čega je, u svrhu zaštite svih dionika, potrebna njihova jasna definicija, piše novinarka Jutarnji list
