Razlog za slavlje zbog ulaska u novu godinu posebno su imali studenti. Naime, kako je već prethodno najavilo Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja (MZO), minimalna studentska satnica od 1. siječnja povećala se s 4,48 na 5,25 eura neto, što je posljedica rasta minimalne plaće u državi. Naravno, za noćni rad od 22 do 6 sati, rad nedjeljom i blagdanima satnica se povećava za 50 posto što znači da će studenti tada raditi za minimalno 7,88 eura po satu.

- Odluka o povećanju minimalne studentske satnice na 5,25 eura neto, koju na godišnjoj razini donosi ministar znanosti i obrazovanja na temelju minimalne bruto plaće u Hrvatskoj, dobrodošla je mjera koja će pomoći studentima u održavanju studentskog standarda u uvjetima inflacije i povećanja životnih troškova, pa tako i onih direktno ili indirektno vezanih uz studiranje. Prosječna satnica u 2023. za studente koji su radili uz posredovanje Studentskog centra Dubrovnik iznosila je 6 eura, dok je zakonska minimalna satnica bila 4,38 eura, stoga očekujemo da će ova odluka utjecati na povećanje prosječne satnice i omogućiti studentima praćenje rasta troškova, ističe voditelj dubrovačkog Student servisa, Marko Asić.

Međutim, razlog za sreću nemaju samo studenti, nego i njihovi roditelji jer su osim minimalne studentske satnice, promijenjeni porezni limiti za studenti. Točnije, promijenjeni su iznosi dvaju limita za studente koji rade – onaj do kojeg mogu biti porezna olakšica roditeljima te onaj do kojeg se njima oporezuje zarada. Tako se iznos do kojeg student može biti uzdržavani član svom roditelju povećava s 3.185,38 eura na 3.360 eura godišnje. S druge strane, iznos do kojeg se studentima ne oporezuje zarada s 9.556,18 eura raste na 10.080 eura. Dakle, roditelji će moći malo odahnuti, ali...

- Povećanje limita je dobrodošla mjera ali je šteta da povećanje limita, naročito onog nižeg nakon kojeg se student ne može smatrati uzdržavanim članom obitelji, proporcionalno ne prati povećanje minimalne studentske satnice. Vrlo često se susrećemo sa situacijom da studenti nakon nekoliko mjeseci prestaju s radom kako roditelji ne bi ostali bez olakšice na plaću, pri čemu studenti ostaju uskraćeni za dodatnu zaradu, a poslodavci imaju problem pronalaska novih zaposlenika u uvjetima nedostatka radne snage na tržištu, upozorava Asić.

Na stranicama Studentskog centra Dubrovnik objavljen je informativni cjenik studentskih poslova. Tako se cijena sata za obavljanje administrativnih i pomoćnih uredskih poslova kreće između 5,25 i 8 eura, dok za programera ona dostiže cifru od 14 eura po satu; cijena sata za rad u ugostiteljstvu, turizmu i trgovini kreće se između 5,25 do 8 eura (sobarica, portir, animator, rad na plaži, konobar, pomoćni radnik u kuhinji, pomoćni recepcioner, rad u pekari, turistički vodič - pratitelj, prodavač, prodavač na štandu, rad u skladištu - slaganje robe...), a za predstavnike agencije i informatore u turističkom uredu brojka doseže i 10 eura po satu.

Slična je situacija s čuvarskim i fizičkim poslovima, tu se cijena sata, barem po informativnom cjeniku, kreće između 5,25 i 8 eura. Kod stavke ‘ostali poslovi‘ ljestvica se pomiče, tako se raspon satnice za vozača kreće između 6 i 9 eura, isto je i za farmaceutskog tehničara, skipera, rukovatelja teretom u zračnoj luci, kao i za crtanje nacrta te snimanje na terenu (statiranje). Primjerice, minimalna studentska satnica za spasioca u moru, hostesu, pripadnika gradske straže, mornara, pomoćnog radnika u zračnoj luci, za očitovanje vodomjera i električnih brojila, anketiranje, distribuciju propagandnog materijala na terenu, rad na ljetnom festivalu kreće se između 5,25 i 8 eura po satu.

Iz godine u godinu sve je intenzivnija potraga za sezonskim radnicima. I baš zbog tog manjka radne snage na tržištu rada, studenti imaju važnu ulogu u turističkoj sezoni, potvrđuju to i iz dubrovačkog Studentskog centra.

- Tijekom turističke sezone veliki broj studenata koristi mogućnost rada, naročito u srpnju i kolovozu kad imaju manje obveza vezanih uz studiranje. Osim studenata koji studiraju na visokim učilištima u Dubrovniku u tim mjesecima studentski posao u Dubrovniku pronalaze i dubrovački studenti koji studiraju van Dubrovnika, pa i oni koji studiraju na visokim učilištima izvan Hrvatske. Osim mogućnosti zarade rad preko student servisa otvara mogućnost i stjecanja radnog iskustva, pa često studenti nakon završetka studija ostaju u radnom odnosu kod poslodavca gdje su radili tijekom studiranja, navodi Asić.

- Super je što se minimalac digao na 5,25 eura jer bi to dosta moglo pomoći studentima, što na mjesečnoj, što na godišnjoj razini. Što se tiče poreznog limita za studente, kolege su i više nego zadovoljne jer studenti i učenici mogu zaraditi dosta više nego prije zbog prijašnjeg limita, a to je odlično za sve studente na razini Hrvatske. Tijekom turističke sezone u Dubrovniku ima posla ‘preko glave‘, radi se ‘punom parom‘, a iskreno, dosta tome doprinose studenti Dubrovnika i studenti koji ostanu ovdje tijekom turističke sezone. Pretežito im bude dobro, kao i svima koji dođu u Dubrovnik raditi, ističe Simović.

Razlog za slavlje zbog ulaska u novu godinu posebno su imali studenti. Naime, kako je već prethodno najavilo Ministarstvo znanosti i obrazovanja (MZO), minimalna studentska satnica od 1. siječnja povećala se s 4,48 na 5,25 eura neto, što je posljedica rasta minimalne plaće u državi. Naravno, za noćni rad od 22 do 6 sati, rad nedjeljom i blagdanima satnica se povećava za 50 posto što znači da će studenti tada raditi za minimalno 7,88 eura po satu.

- Odluka o povećanju minimalne studentske satnice na 5,25 eura neto, koju na godišnjoj razini donosi ministar znanosti i obrazovanja na temelju minimalne bruto plaće u Hrvatskoj, dobrodošla je mjera koja će pomoći studentima u održavanju studentskog standarda u uvjetima inflacije i povećanja životnih troškova, pa tako i onih direktno ili indirektno vezanih uz studiranje. Prosječna satnica u 2023. za studente koji su radili uz posredovanje Studentskog centra Dubrovnik iznosila je 6 eura, dok je zakonska minimalna satnica bila 4,38 eura, stoga očekujemo da će ova odluka utjecati na povećanje prosječne satnice i omogućiti studentima praćenje rasta troškova, ističe voditelj dubrovačkog Student servisa, Marko Asić.

Međutim, razlog za sreću nemaju samo studenti, nego i njihovi roditelji jer su osim minimalne studentske satnice, promijenjeni porezni limiti za studenti. Točnije, promijenjeni su iznosi dvaju limita za studente koji rade – onaj do kojeg mogu biti porezna olakšica roditeljima te onaj do kojeg se njima oporezuje zarada. Tako se iznos do kojeg student može biti uzdržavani član svom roditelju povećava s 3.185,38 eura na 3.360 eura godišnje. S druge strane, iznos do kojeg se studentima ne oporezuje zarada s 9.556,18 eura raste na 10.080 eura. Dakle, roditelji će moći malo odahnuti, ali...

- Povećanje limita je dobrodošla mjera ali je šteta da povećanje limita, naročito onog nižeg nakon kojeg se student ne može smatrati uzdržavanim članom obitelji, proporcionalno ne prati povećanje minimalne studentske satnice. Vrlo često se susrećemo sa situacijom da studenti nakon nekoliko mjeseci prestaju s radom kako roditelji ne bi ostali bez olakšice na plaću, pri čemu studenti ostaju uskraćeni za dodatnu zaradu, a poslodavci imaju problem pronalaska novih zaposlenika u uvjetima nedostatka radne snage na tržištu, upozorava Asić.

Na stranicama Studentskog centra Dubrovnik objavljen je informativni cjenik studentskih poslova. Tako se cijena sata za obavljanje administrativnih i pomoćnih uredskih poslova kreće između 5,25 i 8 eura, dok za programera ona dostiže cifru od 14 eura po satu; cijena sata za rad u ugostiteljstvu, turizmu i trgovini kreće se između 5,25 do 8 eura (sobarica, portir, animator, rad na plaži, konobar, pomoćni radnik u kuhinji, pomoćni recepcioner, rad u pekari, turistički vodič - pratitelj, prodavač, prodavač na štandu, rad u skladištu - slaganje robe...), a za predstavnike agencije i informatore u turističkom uredu brojka doseže i 10 eura po satu.

Slična je situacija s čuvarskim i fizičkim poslovima, tu se cijena sata, barem po informativnom cjeniku, kreće između 5,25 i 8 eura. Kod stavke ‘ostali poslovi‘ ljestvica se pomiče, tako se raspon satnice za vozača kreće između 6 i 9 eura, isto je i za farmaceutskog tehničara, skipera, rukovatelja teretom u zračnoj luci, kao i za crtanje nacrta te snimanje na terenu (statiranje). Primjerice, minimalna studentska satnica za spasioca u moru, hostesu, pripadnika gradske straže, mornara, pomoćnog radnika u zračnoj luci, za očitovanje vodomjera i električnih brojila, anketiranje, distribuciju propagandnog materijala na terenu, rad na ljetnom festivalu kreće se između 5,25 i 8 eura po satu.

Iz godine u godinu sve je intenzivnija potraga za sezonskim radnicima. I baš zbog tog manjka radne snage na tržištu rada, studenti imaju važnu ulogu u turističkoj sezoni, potvrđuju to i iz dubrovačkog Studentskog centra.

- Tijekom turističke sezone veliki broj studenata koristi mogućnost rada, naročito u srpnju i kolovozu kad imaju manje obveza vezanih uz studiranje. Osim studenata koji studiraju na visokim učilištima u Dubrovniku u tim mjesecima studentski posao u Dubrovniku pronalaze i dubrovački studenti koji studiraju van Dubrovnika, pa i oni koji studiraju na visokim učilištima izvan Hrvatske. Osim mogućnosti zarade rad preko student servisa otvara mogućnost i stjecanja radnog iskustva, pa često studenti nakon završetka studija ostaju u radnom odnosu kod poslodavca gdje su radili tijekom studiranja, navodi Asić.

Predsjednik Studentskog zbora Sveučilišta u Dubrovniku Tonči Simović osvrnuo se na promjene.

- Super je što se minimalac digao na 5,25 eura jer bi to dosta moglo pomoći studentima, što na mjesečnoj, što na godišnjoj razini. Što se tiče poreznog limita za studente, kolege su i više nego zadovoljne jer studenti i učenici mogu zaraditi dosta više nego prije zbog prijašnjeg limita, a to je odlično za sve studente na razini Hrvatske. Tijekom turističke sezone u Dubrovniku ima posla ‘preko glave‘, radi se ‘punom parom‘, a iskreno, dosta tome doprinose studenti Dubrovnika i studenti koji ostanu ovdje tijekom turističke sezone. Pretežito im bude dobro, kao i svima koji dođu u Dubrovnik raditi, ističe Simović.

Tako se cijena sata za obavljanje administrativnih i pomoćnih uredskih poslova kreće između 5,25 i 8 eura, dok za programera ona dostiže cifru od 14 eura po satu; cijena sata za rad u ugostiteljstvu, turizmu i trgovini kreće se između 5,25 do 8 eura (sobarica, portir, animator, rad na plaži, konobar, pomoćni radnik u kuhinji, pomoćni recepcioner, rad u pekari, turistički vodič - pratitelj, prodavač, prodavač na štandu, rad u skladištu - slaganje robe...), a za predstavnike agencije i informatore u turističkom uredu brojka doseže i 10 eura po satu.

Slična je situacija s čuvarskim i fizičkim poslovima, tu se cijena sata, barem po informativnom cjeniku, kreće između 5,25 i 8 eura. Kod stavke ‘ostali poslovi‘ ljestvica se pomiče, tako se raspon satnice za vozača kreće između 6 i 9 eura, isto je i za farmaceutskog tehničara, skipera, rukovatelja teretom u zračnoj luci, kao i za crtanje nacrta te snimanje na terenu (statiranje). Primjerice, minimalna studentska satnica za spasioca u moru, hostesu, pripadnika gradske straže, mornara, pomoćnog radnika u zračnoj luci, za očitovanje vodomjera i električnih brojila, anketiranje, distribuciju propagandnog materijala na terenu, rad na ljetnom festivalu kreće se između 5,25 i 8 eura po satu.

Iz godine u godinu sve je intenzivnija potraga za sezonskim radnicima. I baš zbog tog manjka radne snage na tržištu rada, studenti imaju važnu ulogu u turističkoj sezoni, potvrđuju to i iz dubrovačkog Studentskog centra.

- Tijekom turističke sezone veliki broj studenata koristi mogućnost rada, naročito u srpnju i kolovozu kad imaju manje obveza vezanih uz studiranje. Osim studenata koji studiraju na visokim učilištima u Dubrovniku u tim mjesecima studentski posao u Dubrovniku pronalaze i dubrovački studenti koji studiraju van Dubrovnika, pa i oni koji studiraju na visokim učilištima izvan Hrvatske. Osim mogućnosti zarade rad preko student servisa otvara mogućnost i stjecanja radnog iskustva, pa često studenti nakon završetka studija ostaju u radnom odnosu kod poslodavca gdje su radili tijekom studiranja, navodi Asić.

Predsjednik Studentskog zbora Sveučilišta u Dubrovniku Tonči Simović osvrnuo se na promjene.

- Super je što se minimalac digao na 5,25 eura jer bi to dosta moglo pomoći studentima, što na mjesečnoj, što na godišnjoj razini. Što se tiče poreznog limita za studente, kolege su i više nego zadovoljne jer studenti i učenici mogu zaraditi dosta više nego prije zbog prijašnjeg limita, a to je odlično za sve studente na razini Hrvatske. Tijekom turističke sezone u Dubrovniku ima posla ‘preko glave‘, radi se ‘punom parom‘, a iskreno, dosta tome doprinose studenti Dubrovnika i studenti koji ostanu ovdje tijekom turističke sezone. Pretežito im bude dobro, kao i svima koji dođu u Dubrovnik raditi, ističe Simović.
