Tužba je epiulog neuspjele nagodbe tog odvjetničkog drušptva koje predstavlja tvrtku "Razvoj golf d.o.o." i dubrovačke gradske uprave oko zemljišnih parcela na Srđu. U tom kontekstu., iz spomenutog odvjetničkog ureda nam je odgovoreno:

-Nastavno na Vaš interes i medijske objave o pokretanju sudskog postupka od strane Razvoj golf d.o.o. protiv grada Dubrovnika, obavještavamo Vas da je povod pokretanja sudskog postupka pravna situacija iz 2009. godine kada je Razvoj golf d.o.o. na javnom natječaju od grada Dubrovnika kupio nekretnine, za koje se nakon 11 godišnjeg sudskog postupka koji je pokrenula Republika Hrvatska, ispostavilo da ih grad Dubrovnik nije imao pravo prodati.
S obzirom na izostanak mirnog rješenja i predstojeću zastaru, Razvoj golf je radi zaštite svojih prava pokrenuo sudski postupak.
Bez obzira na postupak koji je u tijeku, Razvoj golf je spreman na mirno rješenje."

Zamolili smo i konmentar gradske Uprave, odnosno dubrovačkog gradonačelnika mata Frankovića. Odgovor je vrlo kratak i u cjelosti prebosimo:

-Nakon što je Grad Dubrovnik dobio obavijest kako je pokrenuta tužba protiv Grada, a vezano za prodaju zemljišta iz 2009. godine, obavještavamo Vas kako je Grad Dubrovnik angažirao odvjetničko društvo Škurla i partneri koji zastupaju Grad u predmetu Tvrđava Imperijal. Sukladno navedenom, a s obzirom da je tužba zaprimljena u Gradu Dubrovniku s jučerašnjim danom, u ovom trenutku o konkretnom predmetu ne možemo više reći.

Da podsjetimo, riječ je o iznosu od 2,6 milijuna kuna, koliko je tada stiglo u blagajnju gradske uprave. Te 2009. godine je gradska uprava na čelu s bivšom gradonačelnicom Dubravkom Šuicom parcele prodala po cijeni od samo 55 kuna po četvornom metru. U slučaju sudske presude da se "Razvoj golf d.o.o." mora obeštetiti, zbog proteka 11 godina od dana kupoprodajni taj je iznos s kamatama jamačno narastao na oko 5 milijuna kuna. U slučaju obveze isplate iznosa s kamatama to će predstavljati još veći pritisak na gradski proračun koji je prenapregnut uslijed posljedica lošeg punjenja zbog koronakrize. Tužba je epiulog neuspjele nagodbe tog odvjetničkog drušptva koje predstavlja tvrtku "Razvoj golf d.o.o." i dubrovačke gradske uprave oko zemljišnih parcela na Srđu. U tom kontekstu., iz spomenutog odvjetničkog ureda nam je odgovoreno:

-Nastavno na Vaš interes i medijske objave o pokretanju sudskog postupka od strane Razvoj golf d.o.o. protiv grada Dubrovnika, obavještavamo Vas da je povod pokretanja sudskog postupka pravna situacija iz 2009. godine kada je Razvoj golf d.o.o. na javnom natječaju od grada Dubrovnika kupio nekretnine, za koje se nakon 11 godišnjeg sudskog postupka koji je pokrenula Republika Hrvatska, ispostavilo da ih grad Dubrovnik nije imao pravo prodati.
S obzirom na izostanak mirnog rješenja i predstojeću zastaru, Razvoj golf je radi zaštite svojih prava pokrenuo sudski postupak.
Bez obzira na postupak koji je u tijeku, Razvoj golf je spreman na mirno rješenje."

Zamolili smo i konmentar gradske Uprave, odnosno dubrovačkog gradonačelnika mata Frankovića. Odgovor je vrlo kratak i u cjelosti prebosimo:

-Nakon što je Grad Dubrovnik dobio obavijest kako je pokrenuta tužba protiv Grada, a vezano za prodaju zemljišta iz 2009. godine, obavještavamo Vas kako je Grad Dubrovnik angažirao odvjetničko društvo Škurla i partneri koji zastupaju Grad u predmetu Tvrđava Imperijal. Sukladno navedenom, a s obzirom da je tužba zaprimljena u Gradu Dubrovniku s jučerašnjim danom, u ovom trenutku o konkretnom predmetu ne možemo više reći.

Da podsjetimo, riječ je o iznosu od 2,6 milijuna kuna, koliko je tada stiglo u blagajnju gradske uprave. Te 2009. godine je gradska uprava na čelu s bivšom gradonačelnicom Dubravkom Šuicom parcele prodala po cijeni od samo 55 kuna po četvornom metru. U slučaju sudske presude da se "Razvoj golf d.o.o." mora obeštetiti, zbog proteka 11 godina od dana kupoprodajni taj je iznos s kamatama jamačno narastao na oko 5 milijuna kuna. U slučaju obveze isplate iznosa s kamatama to će predstavljati još veći pritisak na gradski proračun koji je prenapregnut uslijed posljedica lošeg punjenja zbog koronakrize. Iz ureda odvjetnika Ivana Kusalića potvrđeno nam je kako su podnijeli sudsku tužbu protiv gradske uprave Dubrovnika. Tužba je epiulog neuspjele nagodbe tog odvjetničkog drušptva koje predstavlja tvrtku "Razvoj golf d.o.o." i dubrovačke gradske uprave oko zemljišnih parcela na Srđu. U tom kontekstu., iz spomenutog odvjetničkog ureda nam je odgovoreno:

-Nastavno na Vaš interes i medijske objave o pokretanju sudskog postupka od strane Razvoj golf d.o.o. protiv grada Dubrovnika, obavještavamo Vas da je povod pokretanja sudskog postupka pravna situacija iz 2009. godine kada je Razvoj golf d.o.o. na javnom natječaju od grada Dubrovnika kupio nekretnine, za koje se nakon 11 godišnjeg sudskog postupka koji je pokrenula Republika Hrvatska, ispostavilo da ih grad Dubrovnik nije imao pravo prodati.
S obzirom na izostanak mirnog rješenja i predstojeću zastaru, Razvoj golf je radi zaštite svojih prava pokrenuo sudski postupak.
Bez obzira na postupak koji je u tijeku, Razvoj golf je spreman na mirno rješenje."

Zamolili smo i konmentar gradske Uprave, odnosno dubrovačkog gradonačelnika mata Frankovića. Odgovor je vrlo kratak i u cjelosti prebosimo:

-Nakon što je Grad Dubrovnik dobio obavijest kako je pokrenuta tužba protiv Grada, a vezano za prodaju zemljišta iz 2009. godine, obavještavamo Vas kako je Grad Dubrovnik angažirao odvjetničko društvo Škurla i partneri koji zastupaju Grad u predmetu Tvrđava Imperijal. Sukladno navedenom, a s obzirom da je tužba zaprimljena u Gradu Dubrovniku s jučerašnjim danom, u ovom trenutku o konkretnom predmetu ne možemo više reći.

Da podsjetimo, riječ je o iznosu od 2,6 milijuna kuna, koliko je tada stiglo u blagajnju gradske uprave. Te 2009. godine je gradska uprava na čelu s bivšom gradonačelnicom Dubravkom Šuicom parcele prodala po cijeni od samo 55 kuna po četvornom metru. U slučaju sudske presude da se "Razvoj golf d.o.o." mora obeštetiti, zbog proteka 11 godina od dana kupoprodajni taj je iznos s kamatama jamačno narastao na oko 5 milijuna kuna. U slučaju obveze isplate iznosa s kamatama to će predstavljati još veći pritisak na gradski proračun koji je prenapregnut uslijed posljedica lošeg punjenja zbog koronakrize.
