Prema objavljenom revidiranom godišnjem financijskom izvješću, Valamar Riviera je u 2022. godini ostvarila poslovne prihode od 325 milijuna eura, odnosno 11% više u odnosu na pred-kriznu 2019. godinu. Ostvarena operativna dobit (prilagođena EBITDA) iznosi 103 milijuna eura, čime je ostvaren potpuni oporavak poslovanja na pred-kriznu razinu

U 2022. godini u objektima pod upravljanjem Valamara realizirane su investicije u vrijednosti od 66 milijuna eura. U 2023. godini, Valamar Riviera planira ulaganja od 58 milijuna eura, od čega se 32 milijuna eura planira uložiti u podizanje kvalitete u destinaciji Dubrovnik kroz partnerstvo Valamara i AZ mirovinskih fondova. Ulaganja obuhvaćaju kompletnu rekonstrukciju i rebranding hotela Tirena, ulaganja u hotele Valamar Lacroma i Valamar Club Dubrovnik, te investiciju u Maro World, najveći obiteljski zabavni centar na Jadranu s brojnim edukativno-zabavnim sadržajima za djecu svih uzrasta. Nadalje, značajna sredstva u 2023. godini uložit će se u projekte održivog poslovanja i podizanja kvalitete destinacije, što uključuje uređenje plaža, šetnica, biciklističkih staza i drugih javno dostupnih sadržaja koji pridonose boljoj kvaliteti života građana u lokalnim zajednicama tijekom cijele godine.

S ciljem poboljšanja uvjeta rada u turizmu Valamar je najavio ulaganja od dodatnih 20 milijuna eura u primanja radnika i povećanja plaća u 2023. godini. Plaće isplaćene u vrhu sezone, odnosno u lipnju, srpnju i kolovozu za stručna zanimanja - uključujući kuhare, konobare i recepcionare u Valamar hotelima, kampovima i ljetovalištima iznosit će između 1.200 i 1.800 eura neto, a za sobarice, pomoćne kuhare, pomoćne konobare, kuhinjske radnike, servire i niz drugih iznosit će između 1.000 i 1.200 eura neto. Dodatno, od 1. svibnja rastu koeficijenti za 129 radnih mjesta odnosno za čak 2.800 djelatnika.

„Valamar Riviera ostvarila je puni oporavak od krize te je spremna za nastavak ulaganja u održivi rast i razvoj poslovanja. Ove godine uložit ćemo 58 milijuna eura u podizanje kvalitete hotela i ljetovališta, 20 milijuna eura u povećanje primanja djelatnika te će se realizirati niz projekata ulaganja u destinacije i održivo poslovanje. Bez obzira na daljnje inflatorne pritiske i geopolitičke napetosti vidimo pozitivne učinke uvođenja eura i ulaska Hrvatske u Schengenski prostor, te uz pozitivna očekivanja intenzivno radimo na pripremi turističke sezone,“ izjavio je Željko Kukurin, predsjednik Uprave Valamar Riviere.

Valamar Riviera je u 2022. godini objavila strategiju održivosti i ESG ciljeve do 2025. godine koji uključuju postizanje ugljične neutralnosti u prvom i drugom opsegu, zapošljavanje i zadržavanje dosad najvećeg broja domaćih zaposlenika, ulaganja u razvoj destinacija te visok udio domaće proizvodnje i lokalnih proizvoda u segmentu hrane i pića. Valamar planira do 2025. godine uložiti 50 milijuna eura u destinacije i društveni učinak.

Prema objavljenom revidiranom godišnjem financijskom izvješću, Valamar Riviera je u 2022. godini ostvarila poslovne prihode od 325 milijuna eura, odnosno 11% više u odnosu na pred-kriznu 2019. godinu. Ostvarena operativna dobit (prilagođena EBITDA) iznosi 103 milijuna eura, čime je ostvaren potpuni oporavak poslovanja na pred-kriznu razinu

U 2022. godini u objektima pod upravljanjem Valamara realizirane su investicije u vrijednosti od 66 milijuna eura. U 2023. godini, Valamar Riviera planira ulaganja od 58 milijuna eura, od čega se 32 milijuna eura planira uložiti u podizanje kvalitete u destinaciji Dubrovnik kroz partnerstvo Valamara i AZ mirovinskih fondova. Ulaganja obuhvaćaju kompletnu rekonstrukciju i rebranding hotela Tirena, ulaganja u hotele Valamar Lacroma i Valamar Club Dubrovnik, te investiciju u Maro World, najveći obiteljski zabavni centar na Jadranu s brojnim edukativno-zabavnim sadržajima za djecu svih uzrasta. Nadalje, značajna sredstva u 2023. godini uložit će se u projekte održivog poslovanja i podizanja kvalitete destinacije, što uključuje uređenje plaža, šetnica, biciklističkih staza i drugih javno dostupnih sadržaja koji pridonose boljoj kvaliteti života građana u lokalnim zajednicama tijekom cijele godine.

S ciljem poboljšanja uvjeta rada u turizmu Valamar je najavio ulaganja od dodatnih 20 milijuna eura u primanja radnika i povećanja plaća u 2023. godini. Plaće isplaćene u vrhu sezone, odnosno u lipnju, srpnju i kolovozu za stručna zanimanja - uključujući kuhare, konobare i recepcionare u Valamar hotelima, kampovima i ljetovalištima iznosit će između 1.200 i 1.800 eura neto, a za sobarice, pomoćne kuhare, pomoćne konobare, kuhinjske radnike, servire i niz drugih iznosit će između 1.000 i 1.200 eura neto. Dodatno, od 1. svibnja rastu koeficijenti za 129 radnih mjesta odnosno za čak 2.800 djelatnika.

„Valamar Riviera ostvarila je puni oporavak od krize te je spremna za nastavak ulaganja u održivi rast i razvoj poslovanja. Ove godine uložit ćemo 58 milijuna eura u podizanje kvalitete hotela i ljetovališta, 20 milijuna eura u povećanje primanja djelatnika te će se realizirati niz projekata ulaganja u destinacije i održivo poslovanje. Bez obzira na daljnje inflatorne pritiske i geopolitičke napetosti vidimo pozitivne učinke uvođenja eura i ulaska Hrvatske u Schengenski prostor, te uz pozitivna očekivanja intenzivno radimo na pripremi turističke sezone,“ izjavio je Željko Kukurin, predsjednik Uprave Valamar Riviere.

Valamar Riviera je u 2022. godini objavila strategiju održivosti i ESG ciljeve do 2025. godine koji uključuju postizanje ugljične neutralnosti u prvom i drugom opsegu, zapošljavanje i zadržavanje dosad najvećeg broja domaćih zaposlenika, ulaganja u razvoj destinacija te visok udio domaće proizvodnje i lokalnih proizvoda u segmentu hrane i pića. Valamar planira do 2025. godine uložiti 50 milijuna eura u destinacije i društveni učinak.

Valamar Riviera je u 2022. godini ostvarila potpuni oporavak poslovanja i snažan rast prihoda

Prema objavljenom revidiranom godišnjem financijskom izvješću, Valamar Riviera je u 2022. godini ostvarila poslovne prihode od 325 milijuna eura, odnosno 11% više u odnosu na pred-kriznu 2019. godinu. Ostvarena operativna dobit (prilagođena EBITDA) iznosi 103 milijuna eura, čime je ostvaren potpuni oporavak poslovanja na pred-kriznu razinu

U 2022. godini u objektima pod upravljanjem Valamara realizirane su investicije u vrijednosti od 66 milijuna eura. U 2023. godini, Valamar Riviera planira ulaganja od 58 milijuna eura, od čega se 32 milijuna eura planira uložiti u podizanje kvalitete u destinaciji Dubrovnik kroz partnerstvo Valamara i AZ mirovinskih fondova. Ulaganja obuhvaćaju kompletnu rekonstrukciju i rebranding hotela Tirena, ulaganja u hotele Valamar Lacroma i Valamar Club Dubrovnik, te investiciju u Maro World, najveći obiteljski zabavni centar na Jadranu s brojnim edukativno-zabavnim sadržajima za djecu svih uzrasta. Nadalje, značajna sredstva u 2023. godini uložit će se u projekte održivog poslovanja i podizanja kvalitete destinacije, što uključuje uređenje plaža, šetnica, biciklističkih staza i drugih javno dostupnih sadržaja koji pridonose boljoj kvaliteti života građana u lokalnim zajednicama tijekom cijele godine.

S ciljem poboljšanja uvjeta rada u turizmu Valamar je najavio ulaganja od dodatnih 20 milijuna eura u primanja radnika i povećanja plaća u 2023. godini. Plaće isplaćene u vrhu sezone, odnosno u lipnju, srpnju i kolovozu za stručna zanimanja - uključujući kuhare, konobare i recepcionare u Valamar hotelima, kampovima i ljetovalištima iznosit će između 1.200 i 1.800 eura neto, a za sobarice, pomoćne kuhare, pomoćne konobare, kuhinjske radnike, servire i niz drugih iznosit će između 1.000 i 1.200 eura neto. Dodatno, od 1. svibnja rastu koeficijenti za 129 radnih mjesta odnosno za čak 2.800 djelatnika.

„Valamar Riviera ostvarila je puni oporavak od krize te je spremna za nastavak ulaganja u održivi rast i razvoj poslovanja. Ove godine uložit ćemo 58 milijuna eura u podizanje kvalitete hotela i ljetovališta, 20 milijuna eura u povećanje primanja djelatnika te će se realizirati niz projekata ulaganja u destinacije i održivo poslovanje. Bez obzira na daljnje inflatorne pritiske i geopolitičke napetosti vidimo pozitivne učinke uvođenja eura i ulaska Hrvatske u Schengenski prostor, te uz pozitivna očekivanja intenzivno radimo na pripremi turističke sezone,“ izjavio je Željko Kukurin, predsjednik Uprave Valamar Riviere.
