Ulazak u Schengen i uvođenje eura preuzeli su svu pozornost s početkom 2023., a malo se govori o novostima poput obveznih sistematskih preventivnih pregleda za opću populaciju koje je najavio ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš. To i ne čudi s obzirom da se informacije dalju na kapaljku. Rečeno je tek kako će provedba najprije eksperimentalno krenuti u prvom kvartalu 2023. u dvije, zasad nepoznate županije.

Iz Ministarstva je dosad rečeno kako je oformljena radna skupina sa zadaćom detaljno definirati program provedbe sistematskih pregleda s obzirom na stanje, dob i spol te da će poziv najprije primiti osobe starije od 40 godina koje u posljednje dvije godine nisu koristile uslugu zdravstvene zaštite kod svog odabranog liječnika primarne medicine. Pregledi će biti obvezni i besplatni. Ranije se spominjalo da će pregledi, između ostaloga, obuhvatiti krvne pretrage, različite tumorske markere, EKG, oftalmološki pregled, UZV abdomena, UZV prostate za muškarce, ginekološki pregled te ultrazvuk dojke ili mamografiju za žene, ovisno o dobi.

- Obvezni sistematski pregledi u duhu su štamparovske rane preventive i bila bi to odlična stvar, ukoliko zaživi. Bogato društvo može izdvajati za provedbu redovnih pregleda za rano otkrivanje raka prostate, crijeva i ostalih bolesti - kaže dr. Branko Gjukić, specijalist medicine rada i sporta.

Radno stanovništvo dubrovačkog područja najčešće ‘pati‘ od koštano-zglobnih i reumatskih bolesti, slijede bolesti srca dok su na trećem mjestu zdravstvene tegobe vezane uz pušenje, alkohol i ostale ovisnosti, iskustvo je medicine rada.

Glavnina poslova budućih obveznih sistematskih pregleda past će na primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu. Iako bi prvi pozivi trebali uskoro biti upućeni, još uvijek se ne zna kako će to izgledati, može se čuti iz županijskih domova zdravlja. Vjekoslav Čuvalo, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Metković kaže da još uvijek nisu dobili nikakve upute. Više informacija nemaju ni u Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik. Prema riječima prim. dr. Marija Bekića, ravnatelja dubrovačke bolnice, u toj se ustanovi od nacionalnih programa trenutačno provode preventivni sistematski pregledi hrvatskih branitelja kao i programi ranog otkrivanja karcinomâ debelog crijeva, pluća i dojke te probir predškolske djece na slabovidnost.

Sistematski pregledi hrvatskih branitelja iz Domovinskog rata krenuli su 2016. godine. Prema podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, do 10. studenog 2022. sistematski pregled je prošlo nešto više od 70 tisuća branitelja, od tog 2.447 u OB Dubrovnik. Većina se nije odazvala.

Ulazak u Schengen i uvođenje eura preuzeli su svu pozornost s početkom 2023., a malo se govori o novostima poput obveznih sistematskih preventivnih pregleda za opću populaciju koje je najavio ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš. To i ne čudi s obzirom da se informacije dalju na kapaljku. Rečeno je tek kako će provedba najprije eksperimentalno krenuti u prvom kvartalu 2023. u dvije, zasad nepoznate županije.

Iz Ministarstva je dosad rečeno kako je oformljena radna skupina sa zadaćom detaljno definirati program provedbe sistematskih pregleda s obzirom na stanje, dob i spol te da će poziv najprije primiti osobe starije od 40 godina koje u posljednje dvije godine nisu koristile uslugu zdravstvene zaštite kod svog odabranog liječnika primarne medicine. Pregledi će biti obvezni i besplatni. Ranije se spominjalo da će pregledi, između ostaloga, obuhvatiti krvne pretrage, različite tumorske markere, EKG, oftalmološki pregled, UZV abdomena, UZV prostate za muškarce, ginekološki pregled te ultrazvuk dojke ili mamografiju za žene, ovisno o dobi.

- Obvezni sistematski pregledi u duhu su štamparovske rane preventive i bila bi to odlična stvar, ukoliko zaživi. Bogato društvo može izdvajati za provedbu redovnih pregleda za rano otkrivanje raka prostate, crijeva i ostalih bolesti - kaže dr. Branko Gjukić, specijalist medicine rada i sporta.

Radno stanovništvo dubrovačkog područja najčešće ‘pati‘ od koštano-zglobnih i reumatskih bolesti, slijede bolesti srca dok su na trećem mjestu zdravstvene tegobe vezane uz pušenje, alkohol i ostale ovisnosti, iskustvo je medicine rada.

Vjekoslav Čuvalo, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja Metković kaže da još uvijek nisu dobili nikakve upute. Više informacija nemaju ni u Općoj bolnici Dubrovnik. Prema riječima prim. dr. Marija Bekića, ravnatelja dubrovačke bolnice, u toj se ustanovi od nacionalnih programa trenutačno provode preventivni sistematski pregledi hrvatskih branitelja kao i programi ranog otkrivanja karcinomâ debelog crijeva, pluća i dojke te probir predškolske djece na slabovidnost.

Sistematski pregledi hrvatskih branitelja iz Domovinskog rata krenuli su 2016. godine. Prema podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, do 10. studenog 2022. sistematski pregled je prošlo nešto više od 70 tisuća branitelja, od tog 2.447 u OB Dubrovnik. Većina se nije odazvala.
