Zahtjev za lokacijsku dozvolu bit će predan nakon što se dobije pozitivno mišljenja na HIA-u, koja je vezana i za braniteljsko naselje na Nuncijati, a koja se dostavlja Ministarstvu kulture RH, odnosno UNESCO-u, što je bio uvjet Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku.

Očekuje se da bi mišljenje na HIA-u (Studija procjene utjecaja UPU Nuncijata na dobro Svjetske baštine) trebalo stići do kraja veljače, s čime bi se ispunili uvjeti za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole.

Predloženim tehničkim rješenjima predviđena je izgradnja novih prometnih površina zapadno od izgrađenog dijela naselja Nuncijata te zamjena postojećeg priključka na D8 novim, sigurnim i protočnim priključkom. Pri izradi građevinskih i prometnih rješenja vodilo se računa o uklapanju novoprojektiranih prometnih površina u planiranu prometnu mrežu UPU stambenoga naselja za branitelje na Nuncijati i projektno rješenje rekonstrukcije državne ceste D8.

Idejno rješenje cjelokupnog zahvata koncipirano je tako do omogućuje faznost izvedbe odnosno samostalnu realizaciju pojedinih dijelova zahvata na način ostvarenja održivih i funckionalnih prometnih cjelina za istočni i zapadni dio obuhvata.

Na zahtjev Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku, idejno rješenje priključka gradskog naselja Nuncijata na državnu cestu D8, uključeno je i u obuhvat Studije procjene utjecaja UPU Nuncijata na dobro Svjetske baštine (HIA), kako bi se sagledali kumulativni utjecaji izgradnje novog naselja i izgradnje prateće mreže prometnica i priključka na državnu cestu D8. Zaključak Studije procjene utjecaja na dobro Svjetske baštine pokazao je kako nema štetnog utjecaja plana i prometnice na Povijesnu jezgru (dobro Svjetske baštine), dok je prisutan blagi negativni utjecaj na područje Gruškog zaljeva, koji će se maksimalno ublažiti prostorno-planskim i drugim predloženim mjerama. Dubrovnik izradio je projektnu dokumentaciju potrebnu za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole za novu cestu prema naselju Nuncijata. Zahtjev za lokacijsku dozvolu bit će predan nakon što se dobije pozitivno mišljenja na HIA-u, koja je vezana i za braniteljsko naselje na Nuncijati, a koja se dostavlja Ministarstvu kulture RH, odnosno UNESCO-u, što je bio uvjet Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku.

Očekuje se da bi mišljenje na HIA-u (Studija procjene utjecaja UPU Nuncijata na dobro Svjetske baštine) trebalo stići do kraja veljače, s čime bi se ispunili uvjeti za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole.

Predloženim tehničkim rješenjima predviđena je izgradnja novih prometnih površina zapadno od izgrađenog dijela naselja Nuncijata te zamjena postojećeg priključka na D8 novim, sigurnim i protočnim priključkom. Pri izradi građevinskih i prometnih rješenja vodilo se računa o uklapanju novoprojektiranih prometnih površina u planiranu prometnu mrežu UPU stambenoga naselja za branitelje na Nuncijati i projektno rješenje rekonstrukcije državne ceste D8.

Idejno rješenje cjelokupnog zahvata koncipirano je tako do omogućuje faznost izvedbe odnosno samostalnu realizaciju pojedinih dijelova zahvata na način ostvarenja održivih i funckionalnih prometnih cjelina za istočni i zapadni dio obuhvata.

Na zahtjev Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku, idejno rješenje priključka gradskog naselja Nuncijata na državnu cestu D8, uključeno je i u obuhvat Studije procjene utjecaja UPU Nuncijata na dobro Svjetske baštine (HIA), kako bi se sagledali kumulativni utjecaji izgradnje novog naselja i izgradnje prateće mreže prometnica i priključka na državnu cestu D8. Zaključak Studije procjene utjecaja na dobro Svjetske baštine pokazao je kako nema štetnog utjecaja plana i prometnice na Povijesnu jezgru (dobro Svjetske baštine), dok je prisutan blagi negativni utjecaj na područje Gruškog zaljeva, koji će se maksimalno ublažiti prostorno-planskim i drugim predloženim mjerama. Računalna simulacija budućeg izgleda ceste za naselje Nuncijata
Grad Dubrovnik izradio je projektnu dokumentaciju potrebnu za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole za novu cestu prema naselju Nuncijata. Zahtjev za lokacijsku dozvolu bit će predan nakon što se dobije pozitivno mišljenja na HIA-u, koja je vezana i za braniteljsko naselje na Nuncijati, a koja se dostavlja Ministarstvu kulture RH, odnosno UNESCO-u, što je bio uvjet Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku.

Očekuje se da bi mišljenje na HIA-u (Studija procjene utjecaja UPU Nuncijata na dobro Svjetske baštine) trebalo stići do kraja veljače, s čime bi se ispunili uvjeti za ishođenje lokacijske dozvole.

Predloženim tehničkim rješenjima predviđena je izgradnja novih prometnih površina zapadno od izgrađenog dijela naselja Nuncijata te zamjena postojećeg priključka na D8 novim, sigurnim i protočnim priključkom. Pri izradi građevinskih i prometnih rješenja vodilo se računa o uklapanju novoprojektiranih prometnih površina u planiranu prometnu mrežu UPU stambenoga naselja za branitelje na Nuncijati i projektno rješenje rekonstrukcije državne ceste D8.

Idejno rješenje cjelokupnog zahvata koncipirano je tako do omogućuje faznost izvedbe odnosno samostalnu realizaciju pojedinih dijelova zahvata na način ostvarenja održivih i funckionalnih prometnih cjelina za istočni i zapadni dio obuhvata.

Na zahtjev Konzervatorskog odjela u Dubrovniku, idejno rješenje priključka gradskog naselja Nuncijata na državnu cestu D8, uključeno je i u obuhvat Studije procjene utjecaja UPU Nuncijata na dobro Svjetske baštine (HIA), kako bi se sagledali kumulativni utjecaji izgradnje novog naselja i izgradnje prateće mreže prometnica i priključka na državnu cestu D8. Zaključak Studije procjene utjecaja na dobro Svjetske baštine pokazao je kako nema štetnog utjecaja plana i prometnice na Povijesnu jezgru (dobro Svjetske baštine), dok je prisutan blagi negativni utjecaj na područje Gruškog zaljeva, koji će se maksimalno ublažiti prostorno-planskim i drugim predloženim mjerama.
