Gradski vijećnik Andro Vlahušić, iz Platforme Dubrovnik naš Grad, u priopćenju za javnost iznosi podatak kako je u četvrtak dobio materijale za dodatnu točku dnevnoga reda sjednice koja će se održati u ponedjeljak, 30. kolovoza. Naime, po hitnom postupku, a temeljem pisma investitora, dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković predlaže točku dnevnog reda koja se tiče  izmjena Urbanističkog plana uređenja (UPU) ibertas Radeljević, PPU-a i GUP-a grada Dubrovnika, a Vlahušić spominje i poništenje javnog arhitektonskog natječaja.

"Sva dosadašnja promišljanja o izgledu najstrožeg poslovnog dijela grada i Gruža, prometu, parkovima, zelenilu, urbanizmu, stavit će se van snage. Zaboravit ćemo proširenu buffer zonu UNESCO-a, zaboraviti javne arhitektonske natječaje, zaboraviti društva arhitekata, zaboraviti Povjerenstvo za ocjenu arhitektonskih rješenja, ekologe, konzervatore, javnost. Umjesto grada temeljenoga na javnoj raspravi i stavovima struke, dobivamo grad koji se formira po željama privatnih investitora.

Pismo Investitora postaje Vrhovno urbanističko tijelo, čije mišljenje gospodin Franković automatski prihvaća. Po hitnome postupku šalje Gradskome vijeću na usvajanje. Podrazumijeva se, bez rasprave, jer tko se usudi dovodi u sumnju autoritet Vrhovnoga urbanističkoga tijela, Pisma Investitora.

Pred nekoliko godina jedan drugi investitor za istu lokaciju napravio je arhitektonsko rješenje, prezentirao projekt u kome su bili samo stanovi, poslovni prostori. Sedamdeset posto izgrađenost parcele, Kig i Kis maksimalni. Bez prometnica, zelenila, pješačkih koridora, bez povezanosti donje i srednje zone Gruža. Sami stanovi i poslovni prostori. Projekt nisam prihvatio, javno sam ga zvao dubrovački Lomonosov.

U višegodišnjoj javnoj raspravi, promijenili smo prostornu plansku dokumentaciju za zonu Libertas Radeljević, uveli obavezni javni arhitektonski natječaj. Natječaj je vodilo Društvo arhitekata Hrvatske na kojem je pobijedio poznati hrvatski arhitekt Ante Kuzmanić, autor projekta nove dubrovačke Zračne luke. Napravili izložbu pristiglih radova, sve procese do odabira prvonagrađanoga rada vodili uz maksimalnu otvorenost javnosti, dubrovačkoj i hrvatskoj. Sadašnji Investor kupio je prostor Liberatasa za 26 milijuna kuna s već gotovim arhitektonskim rješenjem, dobiven javnom procedurom.

Izbori su prošli, vrijeme je za Pisma Investitora. Neboderi na Petki, hoteli na Babinu kuku, megazgrada u remizi Libertasa. Nestrpljivo očekujemo nova Pisma investitora i nove lokacije. Neka investitori ne brinu, ne mogu oni toliko graditi, koliko mi možemo šutke izglasati", napisao je Vlahušić u priopćenju za javnost.

Gradski vijećnik Andro Vlahušić, iz Platforme Dubrovnik naš Grad, u priopćenju za javnost iznosi podatak kako je u četvrtak dobio materijale za dodatnu točku dnevnoga reda sjednice koja će se održati u ponedjeljak, 30. kolovoza. Naime, po hitnom postupku, a temeljem pisma investitora, dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković predlaže točku dnevnog reda koja se tiče  izmjena Urbanističkog plana uređenja (UPU) ibertas Radeljević, PPU-a i GUP-a grada Dubrovnika, a Vlahušić spominje i poništenje javnog arhitektonskog natječaja.

"Sva dosadašnja promišljanja o izgledu najstrožeg poslovnog dijela grada i Gruža, prometu, parkovima, zelenilu, urbanizmu, stavit će se van snage. Zaboravit ćemo proširenu buffer zonu UNESCO-a, zaboraviti javne arhitektonske natječaje, zaboraviti društva arhitekata, zaboraviti Povjerenstvo za ocjenu arhitektonskih rješenja, ekologe, konzervatore, javnost. Umjesto grada temeljenoga na javnoj raspravi i stavovima struke, dobivamo grad koji se formira po željama privatnih investitora.

Pismo Investitora postaje Vrhovno urbanističko tijelo, čije mišljenje gospodin Franković automatski prihvaća. Po hitnome postupku šalje Gradskome vijeću na usvajanje. Podrazumijeva se, bez rasprave, jer tko se usudi dovodi u sumnju autoritet Vrhovnoga urbanističkoga tijela, Pisma Investitora.

Pred nekoliko godina jedan drugi investitor za istu lokaciju napravio je arhitektonsko rješenje, prezentirao projekt u kome su bili samo stanovi, poslovni prostori. Sedamdeset posto izgrađenost parcele, Kig i Kis maksimalni. Bez prometnica, zelenila, pješačkih koridora, bez povezanosti donje i srednje zone Gruža. Sami stanovi i poslovni prostori. Projekt nisam prihvatio, javno sam ga zvao dubrovački Lomonosov.

U višegodišnjoj javnoj raspravi, promijenili smo prostornu plansku dokumentaciju za zonu Libertas Radeljević, uveli obavezni javni arhitektonski natječaj. Natječaj je vodilo Društvo arhitekata Hrvatske na kojem je pobijedio poznati hrvatski arhitekt Ante Kuzmanić, autor projekta nove dubrovačke Zračne luke. Napravili izložbu pristiglih radova, sve procese do odabira prvonagrađanoga rada vodili uz maksimalnu otvorenost javnosti, dubrovačkoj i hrvatskoj. Sadašnji Investor kupio je prostor Liberatasa za 26 milijuna kuna s već gotovim arhitektonskim rješenjem, dobiven javnom procedurom.

Izbori su prošli, vrijeme je za Pisma Investitora. Neboderi na Petki, hoteli na Babinu kuku, megazgrada u remizi Libertasa. Nestrpljivo očekujemo nova Pisma investitora i nove lokacije. Gradski vijećnik Andro Vlahušić, iz Platforme Dubrovnik naš Grad, u priopćenju za javnost iznosi podatak kako je u četvrtak dobio materijale za dodatnu točku dnevnoga reda sjednice koja će se održati u ponedjeljak, 30. kolovoza. Naime, po hitnom postupku, a temeljem pisma investitora, dubrovački gradonačelnik Mato Franković predlaže točku dnevnog reda koja se tiče  izmjena Urbanističkog plana uređenja (UPU) ibertas Radeljević, PPU-a i GUP-a grada Dubrovnika, a Vlahušić spominje i poništenje javnog arhitektonskog natječaja.

"Sva dosadašnja promišljanja o izgledu najstrožeg poslovnog dijela grada i Gruža, prometu, parkovima, zelenilu, urbanizmu, stavit će se van snage. Zaboravit ćemo proširenu buffer zonu UNESCO-a, zaboraviti javne arhitektonske natječaje, zaboraviti društva arhitekata, zaboraviti Povjerenstvo za ocjenu arhitektonskih rješenja, ekologe, konzervatore, javnost. Umjesto grada temeljenoga na javnoj raspravi i stavovima struke, dobivamo grad koji se formira po željama privatnih investitora.

Pismo Investitora postaje Vrhovno urbanističko tijelo, čije mišljenje gospodin Franković automatski prihvaća. Po hitnome postupku šalje Gradskome vijeću na usvajanje. Podrazumijeva se, bez rasprave, jer tko se usudi dovodi u sumnju autoritet Vrhovnoga urbanističkoga tijela, Pisma Investitora.

Pred nekoliko godina jedan drugi investitor za istu lokaciju napravio je arhitektonsko rješenje, prezentirao projekt u kome su bili samo stanovi, poslovni prostori. Sedamdeset posto izgrađenost parcele, Kig i Kis maksimalni. Bez prometnica, zelenila, pješačkih koridora, bez povezanosti donje i srednje zone Gruža. Sami stanovi i poslovni prostori. Projekt nisam prihvatio, javno sam ga zvao dubrovački Lomonosov.

U višegodišnjoj javnoj raspravi, promijenili smo prostornu plansku dokumentaciju za zonu Libertas Radeljević, uveli obavezni javni arhitektonski natječaj. Natječaj je vodilo Društvo arhitekata Hrvatske na kojem je pobijedio poznati hrvatski arhitekt Ante Kuzmanić, autor projekta nove dubrovačke Zračne luke. Napravili izložbu pristiglih radova, sve procese do odabira prvonagrađanoga rada vodili uz maksimalnu otvorenost javnosti, dubrovačkoj i hrvatskoj. Sadašnji Investor kupio je prostor Liberatasa za 26 milijuna kuna s već gotovim arhitektonskim rješenjem, dobiven javnom procedurom.

Izbori su prošli, vrijeme je za Pisma Investitora. Neboderi na Petki, hoteli na Babinu kuku, megazgrada u remizi Libertasa. Nestrpljivo očekujemo nova Pisma investitora i nove lokacije. Neka investitori ne brinu, ne mogu oni toliko graditi, koliko mi možemo šutke izglasati", napisao je Vlahušić u priopćenju za javnost.
