Iz Grada Dubrovnika kažu kako nemaju veze s investicijom privatnog ulagača, već preusmjeravaju na odgovorne koji su radove odobrili:

S preporučene adrese stigao je brz odgovor:

- Hrvatske ceste su izdale suglasnost za izvođenje radova na izradi kolnog prilaza i parkirališta sukladno dostavljenoj projektnoj dokumentaciji do 18. prosinca 2021. godine.  Obveza investitora, Udruga Kono 56, je ishođenje svih ostalih suglasnosti javno pravnih tijela sukladno pozitivnim propisima Republike Hrvatske – poručuju iz Hrvatskih cesta i pojašnjavaju kako se privatni parkinzi mogu graditi u pojasu D8:

-Prilazi i priključci na javnu cestu mogu se izvesti sukladno zakonskoj regulativi uz dostavu odgovarajuće projektne dokumentacije koja detaljno obrađuje isto. Za parkirališta na cestovnom zemljištu potrebno je sklopiti ugovor za korištenje cestovnog zemljišta sukladno Pravilniku o mjerilima za izračun naknade za korištenje cestovnog zemljišta i naknade za obavljanje pratećih djelatnosti – kažu 'cestari' i ponavljaju da radovi mogu trajati još oko 5 tjedana:

- Radovi se mogu izvoditi do 18. prosinca 2021., a regulacija prometa semaforima bit će uklonjena čim nadležne službe utvrde da ne postoji potencijalna ugroza prometa s obzirom na blizinu državne ceste. Investitor radova je upozoren na nastali problem gužvi te je izdan nalog za ručnu regulaciju prometa u vrijeme vršnog opterećenja ili kad predviđeni vremenski planovi rada semafora ne budu odgovarajući za prometno opterećenje koje se može nepredviđeno pojaviti u pojedinom razdoblju - odgovorili su iz Hrvatskih cesta na temu investicije Udruge Kono 56.

S preporučene adrese stigao je brz odgovor:

- Hrvatske ceste su izdale suglasnost za izvođenje radova na izradi kolnog prilaza i parkirališta sukladno dostavljenoj projektnoj dokumentaciji do 18. prosinca 2021. godine.  Obveza investitora, Udruga Kono 56, je ishođenje svih ostalih suglasnosti javno pravnih tijela sukladno pozitivnim propisima Republike Hrvatske – poručuju iz Hrvatskih cesta i pojašnjavaju kako se privatni parkinzi mogu graditi u pojasu D8:

-Prilazi i priključci na javnu cestu mogu se izvesti sukladno zakonskoj regulativi uz dostavu odgovarajuće projektne dokumentacije koja detaljno obrađuje isto. Za parkirališta na cestovnom zemljištu potrebno je sklopiti ugovor za korištenje cestovnog zemljišta sukladno Pravilniku o mjerilima za izračun naknade za korištenje cestovnog zemljišta i naknade za obavljanje pratećih djelatnosti – kažu 'cestari' i ponavljaju da radovi mogu trajati još oko 5 tjedana:

- Radovi se mogu izvoditi do 18. prosinca 2021., a regulacija prometa semaforima bit će uklonjena čim nadležne službe utvrde da ne postoji potencijalna ugroza prometa s obzirom na blizinu državne ceste. Investitor radova je upozoren na nastali problem gužvi te je izdan nalog za ručnu regulaciju prometa u vrijeme vršnog opterećenja ili kad predviđeni vremenski planovi rada semafora ne budu odgovarajući za prometno opterećenje koje se može nepredviđeno pojaviti u pojedinom razdoblju - odgovorili su iz Hrvatskih cesta na temu investicije Udruge Kono 56.
