Gradsko društvo Čistoća 1. prosinca donijelo je Pravilnik o načinu rada reciklažnih i mobilnih dvorišta. Otada se u dvorišta Čistoće, Ispod duba i u Novoj Mokošici, otpad može ostaviti samo uz predočenje osobne iskaznice i dokaza o plaćom računu za smeće.

- Cilj nam je potaknuti naše sugrađane na veće odvajanje otpada. Svakodnevno smo svjedoci da su javna odlagališta prepuna glomaznog otpada pa ovom prilikom apeliram na naše korisnike da navedeni otpad, umjesto da ga odlože na javna odlagališta, predaju u reciklažna dvorišta. Naime, korištenje usluge odlaganja otpada u reciklažnom dvorištu za fizičke osobe, odnosno kućanstva je potpuno besplatno, i to uz prethodno predočenje računa Čistoće d.o.o., kako bi se utvrdilo da se radi o korisniku naše usluge, i osobne iskaznice – kaže Mihaela Mikulandra, direktorica Čistoće.

Može se predočiti i potvrda o plaćenom računu putem internet bankarstva na mobilnom telefonu. Djelatnik Čistoće ima ovlaštenje za identifikaciju osobe koja predaje otpad, pridržavajući se Uredbe o zaštititi podataka.

Dvojbeno je kakav će biti ishod ovakvog pravilnika, jer se i dosad, s mnogo jednostavnijim pravilima odlaganja u reciklažnom dvorištu događalo da ljudi isele čitav namještaj na najbliže odlagalište otpada, pored spremnika.

Odgovornim građanima, koji sami, o svom trošku dovezu glomazni otpad u reciklažno dvorište, zaposlenici Čistoće najprije pregledaju i potom popišu dovezeni otpad u evidenciju. Potom upućuju građane u koji će ga spremnik sami odložiti. To iziskuje određeno vrijeme pa direktorica Mikulandra moli korisnike na strpljenje. Količina koju fizička osoba može tijekom kalendarske godine odložiti u reciklažno dvorište je ograničena i ovisi o vrsti otpada.

U reciklažno dvorište, tijekom 12 mjeseci, može se donijeti do 600 kilograma glomaznog otpada ili 200 kilograma građevnog otpada iz kućanstva u pola godine

- Po Pravilniku, fizičke osobe odnosno kućanstva u reciklažno dvorište tijekom 12 mjeseci mogu donijeti primjerice 100 kilograma drva, 50 kilograma stakla, 600 kilograma odnosno tri kubika glomaznog otpada, a tijekom šest mjeseci 200 kilograma građevnog otpada iz kućanstva – napominje Mikulandra.

Novim pravilnikom utvrđen je način i postupak odvojenog prikupljanja i privremenog skladištenja manjih količina posebnih vrsta otpada, postupanje s preuzetim otpadom i vođenje evidencija o preuzetom otpadu i korisnicima koji predaju otpad u reciklažnim i mobilnim dvorištima. Tako, naprimjer, otpad mora biti razvrstan prema kategorijama, u suprotnom djelatnik nije dužan preuzeti otpad. Pravnim osobama nije dopušteno odlaganje otpada u reciklažnim i mobilnim dvorištima.

Gradsko društvo Čistoća 1. prosinca donijelo je Pravilnik o načinu rada reciklažnih i mobilnih dvorišta. Otada se u dvorišta Čistoće, Ispod duba i u Novoj Mokošici, otpad može ostaviti samo uz predočenje osobne iskaznice i dokaza o plaćom računu za smeće.

- Cilj nam je potaknuti naše sugrađane na veće odvajanje otpada. Svakodnevno smo svjedoci da su javna odlagališta prepuna glomaznog otpada pa ovom prilikom apeliram na naše korisnike da navedeni otpad, umjesto da ga odlože na javna odlagališta, predaju u reciklažna dvorišta. Naime, korištenje usluge odlaganja otpada u reciklažnom dvorištu za fizičke osobe, odnosno kućanstva je potpuno besplatno, i to uz prethodno predočenje računa Čistoće d.o.o., kako bi se utvrdilo da se radi o korisniku naše usluge, i osobne iskaznice – kaže Mihaela Mikulandra, direktorica Čistoće.

Može se predočiti i potvrda o plaćenom računu putem internet bankarstva na mobilnom telefonu. Djelatnik Čistoće ima ovlaštenje za identifikaciju osobe koja predaje otpad, pridržavajući se Uredbe o zaštititi podataka.

Dvojbeno je kakav će biti ishod ovakvog pravilnika, jer se i dosad, s mnogo jednostavnijim pravilima odlaganja u reciklažnom dvorištu događalo da ljudi isele čitav namještaj na najbliže odlagalište otpada, pored spremnika.

Odgovornim građanima, koji sami, o svom trošku dovezu glomazni otpad u reciklažno dvorište, zaposlenici Čistoće najprije pregledaju i potom popišu dovezeni otpad u evidenciju. Potom upućuju građane u koji će ga spremnik sami odložiti. To iziskuje određeno vrijeme pa direktorica Mikulandra moli korisnike na strpljenje. Količina koju fizička osoba može tijekom kalendarske godine odložiti u reciklažno dvorište je ograničena i ovisi o vrsti otpada.

- Po Pravilniku, fizičke osobe odnosno kućanstva u reciklažno dvorište tijekom 12 mjeseci mogu donijeti primjerice 100 kilograma drva, 50 kilograma stakla, 600 kilograma odnosno tri kubika glomaznog otpada, a tijekom šest mjeseci 200 kilograma građevnog otpada iz kućanstva – napominje Mikulandra.

Novim pravilnikom utvrđen je način i postupak odvojenog prikupljanja i privremenog skladištenja manjih količina posebnih vrsta otpada, postupanje s preuzetim otpadom i vođenje evidencija o preuzetom otpadu i korisnicima koji predaju otpad u reciklažnim i mobilnim dvorištima. Tako, naprimjer, otpad mora biti razvrstan prema kategorijama, u suprotnom djelatnik nije dužan preuzeti otpad. Pravnim osobama nije dopušteno odlaganje otpada u reciklažnim i mobilnim dvorištima.
