Iz platforme "Dubrovnik - naš grad" uputili su priopćenje za medije koje potpisuje kandidat za gradonačelnika Andro Vlahušić i u kojemu su se osvrnuli na predstojeću turističku sezonu:

Pred nama je neizvjesna turistička sezona u cijeloj zemlji, a nakon prošlogodišnjih katastrofalnih rezultata ove godine opet ne radimo ozbiljne pripreme. Nemamo lokalni stožer sastavljen od turističkih profesionalaca iz hotela, privatnih iznajmljivača, ugostitelja, agencija... Nemamo dubrovački stožer za borbu protiv pandemije. Nismo napravili protokole sigurnog ulaska u povijesnu jezgru, muzeje, galerije te zidine, našu glavnu turističku atrakciju. Nismo pozvali zdravstvene djelatnike iz Hrvatske i svijeta da dođu u Dubrovnik vidjeti prvu svjetsku karantenu i veliku izložbu o istoj. A zašto ne bi tim zdravstvenim djelatnicima poklonili besplatni Dubrovnik card i posebnu zahvalnicu za njihov predan rad na suzbijanju pandemije i tako dobili najbolje promotore Dubrovnika, jer - gdje ćeš na odmor ove sezone nego u grad gdje ljetuje i moj liječnik?

Ali preduvjet za to je što prije procijepiti naše turističke djelatnike. S tim stavom sada se slaže i sam ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš, koji je rekao: “Nuditi turističke usluge, a da turistički djelatnici nisu procijepljeni ne bi bilo posebno mudro”. Ovom izjavom kolega Beroš potvrđuje stavove koje iznosim još od prošloga ljeta, a vrijede posebno za naš grad i susjedne općine. Stoga je, nakon pozitivne odluke Europske agencije za lijekove te Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije o nastavku cijepljenja s Astra Zencenim cjepivom, u cilju pobjede nad pandemijom koronavirusa potrebno nastaviti cijepljenje te se pridržavati mjera o socijalnoj udaljenosti.

Ova pandemija uzrokuje ozbiljne zdravstvene tegobe u cijelome svijetu, a u Dubrovniku - gradu temeljenom na turizmu, uzrokuje gospodarsku i socijalnu krizu nezabilježenu od Domovinskoga rata. Jer, dok turizam u Hrvatskoj čini 20 posto gospodarske aktivnosti, ovdje on čini više od 70 posto. Prema podacima Instituta za turizam, u normalnim turističkim sezonama Dubrovnik ostvari 800 milijuna eura ili 6 milijardi kuna direktne turističke potrošnje u samom gradu. Tako je Dubrovnik drugi najveći hrvatski izvoznik, nakon INA-e, a samo PDV-a plati više od milijardu kuna godišnje.

Prošle godine Dubrovnik je ostvario najlošije rezultate u Republici Hrvatskoj, dva i pol puta lošije i od naše županije s kojom se nalazi u sličnom položaju. Pad turističke potrošnje u Dubrovniku lani je bio 90 posto ili više od 5 milijardi kuna. Svi poslovni subjekti u turizmu ostvarili su gubitke, a najteže su stradali privatni iznajmljivači, ugostitelji, taksisti, trgovci, ali i druge grane gospodarstva.

Rezultati Dubrovnika u protekloj godini i pripremi za ovu godinu posebno su tragični sagledavajući ulogu Dubrovnika kao prvog grada/države na svijetu koja je uvela karantenu za sprečavanje zaraznih bolesti još davne 1377. godine. Samo 19 godina od proglašenja samostalnosti, mala Dubrovačka Republika s 40 tisuća stanovnika pokazala je zavidnu mudrost, sakupila sva znanja tadašnjega svijeta, poslušala glas razuma te donijela odluku koja je i danas uzor liječenju zaraznih bolesti pa i COVID pandemije. Odluka je donesena nakon brojnih ljudskih žrtava dubrovačkih obitelji te zbog zaštite pomorske trgovine, najvažnije gospodarske djelatnosti maloga grada i Republike.

Sada je vrijeme da Dubrovnik opet bude predvodnik svjetskih zdravstvenih trendova, a gore predloženim mjerama, osim zaštite zdravlja, dobili bi i ozbiljnu marketinšku kampanju, postigli dobre turističke rezultate već ove godine te stvorili temelje za naredne četiri krizne godine. Najvažnije od svega, vratili bi nadu i optimizam građanima.

Iz platforme "Dubrovnik - naš grad" uputili su priopćenje za medije koje potpisuje kandidat za gradonačelnika Andro Vlahušić i u kojemu su se osvrnuli na predstojeću turističku sezonu:

Pred nama je neizvjesna turistička sezona u cijeloj zemlji, a nakon prošlogodišnjih katastrofalnih rezultata ove godine opet ne radimo ozbiljne pripreme. Nemamo lokalni stožer sastavljen od turističkih profesionalaca iz hotela, privatnih iznajmljivača, ugostitelja, agencija... Nemamo dubrovački stožer za borbu protiv pandemije. Nismo napravili protokole sigurnog ulaska u povijesnu jezgru, muzeje, galerije te zidine, našu glavnu turističku atrakciju. Nismo pozvali zdravstvene djelatnike iz Hrvatske i svijeta da dođu u Dubrovnik vidjeti prvu svjetsku karantenu i veliku izložbu o istoj. A zašto ne bi tim zdravstvenim djelatnicima poklonili besplatni Dubrovnik card i posebnu zahvalnicu za njihov predan rad na suzbijanju pandemije i tako dobili najbolje promotore Dubrovnika, jer - gdje ćeš na odmor ove sezone nego u grad gdje ljetuje i moj liječnik?

Ali preduvjet za to je što prije procijepiti naše turističke djelatnike. S tim stavom sada se slaže i sam ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš, koji je rekao: “Nuditi turističke usluge, a da turistički djelatnici nisu procijepljeni ne bi bilo posebno mudro”. Ovom izjavom kolega Beroš potvrđuje stavove koje iznosim još od prošloga ljeta, a vrijede posebno za naš grad i susjedne općine. Stoga je, nakon pozitivne odluke Europske agencije za lijekove te Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije o nastavku cijepljenja s Astra Zencenim cjepivom, u cilju pobjede nad pandemijom koronavirusa potrebno nastaviti cijepljenje te se pridržavati mjera o socijalnoj udaljenosti.

Ova pandemija uzrokuje ozbiljne zdravstvene tegobe u cijelome svijetu, a u Dubrovniku - gradu temeljenom na turizmu, uzrokuje gospodarsku i socijalnu krizu nezabilježenu od Domovinskoga rata. Jer, dok turizam u Hrvatskoj čini 20 posto gospodarske aktivnosti, ovdje on čini više od 70 posto. Prema podacima Instituta za turizam, u normalnim turističkim sezonama Dubrovnik ostvari 800 milijuna eura ili 6 milijardi kuna direktne turističke potrošnje u samom gradu. Tako je Dubrovnik drugi najveći hrvatski izvoznik, nakon INA-e, a samo PDV-a plati više od milijardu kuna godišnje.

Prošle godine Dubrovnik je ostvario najlošije rezultate u Republici Hrvatskoj, dva i pol puta lošije i od naše županije s kojom se nalazi u sličnom položaju. Pad turističke potrošnje u Dubrovniku lani je bio 90 posto ili više od 5 milijardi kuna. Svi poslovni subjekti u turizmu ostvarili su gubitke, a najteže su stradali privatni iznajmljivači, ugostitelji, taksisti, trgovci, ali i druge grane gospodarstva.

Rezultati Dubrovnika u protekloj godini i pripremi za ovu godinu posebno su tragični sagledavajući ulogu Dubrovnika kao prvog grada/države na svijetu koja je uvela karantenu za sprečavanje zaraznih bolesti još davne 1377. godine. Samo 19 godina od proglašenja samostalnosti, mala Dubrovačka Republika s 40 tisuća stanovnika pokazala je zavidnu mudrost, sakupila sva znanja tadašnjega svijeta, poslušala glas razuma te donijela odluku koja je i danas uzor liječenju zaraznih bolesti pa i COVID pandemije. Odluka je donesena nakon brojnih ljudskih žrtava dubrovačkih obitelji te zbog zaštite pomorske trgovine, najvažnije gospodarske djelatnosti maloga grada i Republike.

Sada je vrijeme da Dubrovnik opet bude predvodnik svjetskih zdravstvenih trendova, a gore predloženim mjerama, osim zaštite zdravlja, dobili bi i ozbiljnu marketinšku kampanju, postigli dobre turističke rezultate već ove godine te stvorili temelje za naredne četiri krizne godine. Najvažnije od svega, vratili bi nadu i optimizam građanima.

Iz platforme "Dubrovnik - naš grad" uputili su priopćenje za medije koje potpisuje kandidat za gradonačelnika Andro Vlahušić i u kojemu su se osvrnuli na predstojeću turističku sezonu:

Pred nama je neizvjesna turistička sezona u cijeloj zemlji, a nakon prošlogodišnjih katastrofalnih rezultata ove godine opet ne radimo ozbiljne pripreme. Nemamo lokalni stožer sastavljen od turističkih profesionalaca iz hotela, privatnih iznajmljivača, ugostitelja, agencija... Nemamo dubrovački stožer za borbu protiv pandemije. Nismo napravili protokole sigurnog ulaska u povijesnu jezgru, muzeje, galerije te zidine, našu glavnu turističku atrakciju. Nismo pozvali zdravstvene djelatnike iz Hrvatske i svijeta da dođu u Dubrovnik vidjeti prvu svjetsku karantenu i veliku izložbu o istoj. A zašto ne bi tim zdravstvenim djelatnicima poklonili besplatni Dubrovnik card i posebnu zahvalnicu za njihov predan rad na suzbijanju pandemije i tako dobili najbolje promotore Dubrovnika, jer - gdje ćeš na odmor ove sezone nego u grad gdje ljetuje i moj liječnik?

Ali preduvjet za to je što prije procijepiti naše turističke djelatnike. S tim stavom sada se slaže i sam ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš, koji je rekao: “Nuditi turističke usluge, a da turistički djelatnici nisu procijepljeni ne bi bilo posebno mudro”. Ovom izjavom kolega Beroš potvrđuje stavove koje iznosim još od prošloga ljeta, a vrijede posebno za naš grad i susjedne općine. Stoga je, nakon pozitivne odluke Europske agencije za lijekove te Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije o nastavku cijepljenja s Astra Zencenim cjepivom, u cilju pobjede nad pandemijom koronavirusa potrebno nastaviti cijepljenje te se pridržavati mjera o socijalnoj udaljenosti.

Ova pandemija uzrokuje ozbiljne zdravstvene tegobe u cijelome svijetu, a u Dubrovniku - gradu temeljenom na turizmu, uzrokuje gospodarsku i socijalnu krizu nezabilježenu od Domovinskoga rata. Jer, dok turizam u Hrvatskoj čini 20 posto gospodarske aktivnosti, ovdje on čini više od 70 posto. Prema podacima Instituta za turizam, u normalnim turističkim sezonama Dubrovnik ostvari 800 milijuna eura ili 6 milijardi kuna direktne turističke potrošnje u samom gradu. Tako je Dubrovnik drugi najveći hrvatski izvoznik, nakon INA-e, a samo PDV-a plati više od milijardu kuna godišnje.
