[fulltext] => Grad Dubrovnik i Uprava društva Libertas nastavljaju rješavati brojne probleme koji godinama opterećuju poslovanje dubrovačkog javnog prijevoznika, a jedan od njih su prekovremeni sati. Tako je, sukladno najavama, u petak izvršena isplata vozačima za sve sate odrađene preko mjesečnog fonda sati u prethodnim godinama, a koje zaposlenici nisu koristili kao slobodne dane. Riječ je o satima odrađenima do 31. prosinca 2018. a za ovu svrhu ukupno je isplaćeno 551.749,37 kuna.
Novom isplatom vozačima riješeni su zaostaci svih prekovremenih sati koji su predstavljali problem dugi niz godina, zanemaren od prethodnih Uprava sve do pred dvije godine. Od 2019. godine uvedena je praksa redovite isplate prekovremenih sati, koje radnici nisu koristili kao slobodne dane, za što je u prvoj polovici 2019. godine isplaćeno ukupno 679.099,58 kuna.
Svim radnicima u operativnom sektoru, uključujući i vozače, do sredine ovog tjedna bit će uplaćeno i najavljenih 400 kuna neto dodatka na plaću za srpanj, za što će Libertas Dubrovnik ukupno izdvojiti 80 tisuća kuna mjesečno.
Inače, Uprava Libertasa Dubrovnik nastavlja proces konsolidacije društva na svim razinama poslovanja.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Grad Dubrovnik i Uprava društva Libertas nastavljaju rješavati brojne probleme koji godinama opterećuju poslovanje dubrovačkog javnog prijevoznika, a jedan od njih su prekovremeni sati. Tako je, sukladno najavama, u petak izvršena isplata vozačima za sve sate odrađene preko mjesečnog fonda sati u prethodnim godinama, a koje zaposlenici nisu koristili kao slobodne dane. Riječ je o satima odrađenima do 31. prosinca 2018. a za ovu svrhu ukupno je isplaćeno 551.749,37 kuna.
Novom isplatom vozačima riješeni su zaostaci svih prekovremenih sati koji su predstavljali problem dugi niz godina, zanemaren od prethodnih Uprava sve do pred dvije godine. Od 2019. godine uvedena je praksa redovite isplate prekovremenih sati, koje radnici nisu koristili kao slobodne dane, za što je u prvoj polovici 2019. godine isplaćeno ukupno 679.099,58 kuna.
Svim radnicima u operativnom sektoru, uključujući i vozače, do sredine ovog tjedna bit će uplaćeno i najavljenih 400 kuna neto dodatka na plaću za srpanj, za što će Libertas Dubrovnik ukupno izdvojiti 80 tisuća kuna mjesečno.
Inače, Uprava Libertasa Dubrovnik nastavlja proces konsolidacije društva na svim razinama poslovanja.
