Ministarstvo poljoprivrede planira provesti postupke komasacije (okrupnjavanja) poljoprivrednog zemljišta pa poziva jedinice lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave na iskaz interesa za sudjelovanjem u provedbi tog postupka. Komasacija zemljišta je agrarnopravna mjera koja se provodi u svrhu grupiranje zemljišnih čestica radi racionalnije agrarne proizvodnje.

Za komasaciju poljoprivrednog zemljišta osigurana su sredstava u okviru Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti kroz reformsku mjeru, koja se odnosi na unaprjeđenje sustava za restrukturiranje poljoprivrednog zemljišta, komasaciju i ulaganja. Osigurana sredstva za provedbu ove mjere kroz NPOO 2021. – 2026. iznose 250 milijuna kuna.

Od posebnog je interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku osigurati transformaciju poljoprivrede koja je važna za razvoj ruralnih područja. Komasacijom poljoprivrednog zemljišta, kao dobra od interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku i ograničenog prirodnog resursa, stvaraju se preduvjeti za primjenu suvremenih metoda obrade poljoprivrednog zemljišta, za izgradnju i jačanje infrastrukture (kao što su poljski putevi ili kanali), rješavaju se imovinsko pravni odnosi, omogućuje se veća produktivnost, podizanje konkurentnosti i ponuda poljoprivrednih proizvoda. Postupcima komasacije obuhvatit će se i modernizacija, razvoj te primjena informatizacije i digitalizacije, priopćili su iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

Postupak komasacije u okviru NPOO-a se planira provoditi u nekoliko faza koje će se razlikovati po opsegu i trajanju. Za provedbu postupaka komasacije u okviru navedene reformske mjere prihvatljivi su troškovi koji se odnose na poslove utvrđivanja postojećeg stanja u prostoru prije komasacije, katastarsku izmjeru, izradu geodetske osnove za komasacijsko područje, izradu katastarskog operata i druge geodetske poslove, analizu stanja i funkcionalnosti postojećih vodotokova i kanalske mreže, analizu stanja i funkcionalnosti postojećeg drenažnog sustava, analizu potrebe za navodnjavanjem, analizu potrebe za izgradnjom poljskih puteva, procjenu vrijednosti zemljišta na području provedbe komasacije te obavljanje drugih stručnih poslova u okviru komasacije.

Na području tri grada i četiri općine u dolini Neretve je oko 2200 hektara državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta, pa je za pretpostaviti da će lokalna uprava iskazati interes za postupke komasacije.

Nakon obrade svih prijava zaprimljenih tijekom trajanja Javnog poziva, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede pristupit će odabiru prioritetnih područja za provedbu komasacije u okviru sredstava iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti 2021. – 2026.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede planira provesti postupke komasacije (okrupnjavanja) poljoprivrednog zemljišta pa poziva jedinice lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave na iskaz interesa za sudjelovanjem u provedbi tog postupka. Komasacija zemljišta je agrarnopravna mjera koja se provodi u svrhu grupiranje zemljišnih čestica radi racionalnije agrarne proizvodnje.

Za komasaciju poljoprivrednog zemljišta osigurana su sredstava u okviru Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti kroz reformsku mjeru, koja se odnosi na unaprjeđenje sustava za restrukturiranje poljoprivrednog zemljišta, komasaciju i ulaganja. Osigurana sredstva za provedbu ove mjere kroz NPOO 2021. – 2026. iznose 250 milijuna kuna.

Od posebnog je interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku osigurati transformaciju poljoprivrede koja je važna za razvoj ruralnih područja. Komasacijom poljoprivrednog zemljišta, kao dobra od interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku i ograničenog prirodnog resursa, stvaraju se preduvjeti za primjenu suvremenih metoda obrade poljoprivrednog zemljišta, za izgradnju i jačanje infrastrukture (kao što su poljski putevi ili kanali), rješavaju se imovinsko pravni odnosi, omogućuje se veća produktivnost, podizanje konkurentnosti i ponuda poljoprivrednih proizvoda. Postupcima komasacije obuhvatit će se i modernizacija, razvoj te primjena informatizacije i digitalizacije, priopćili su iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

Postupak komasacije u okviru NPOO-a se planira provoditi u nekoliko faza koje će se razlikovati po opsegu i trajanju. Za provedbu postupaka komasacije u okviru navedene reformske mjere prihvatljivi su troškovi koji se odnose na poslove utvrđivanja postojećeg stanja u prostoru prije komasacije, katastarsku izmjeru, izradu geodetske osnove za komasacijsko područje, izradu katastarskog operata i druge geodetske poslove, analizu stanja i funkcionalnosti postojećih vodotokova i kanalske mreže, analizu stanja i funkcionalnosti postojećeg drenažnog sustava, analizu potrebe za navodnjavanjem, analizu potrebe za izgradnjom poljskih puteva, procjenu vrijednosti zemljišta na području provedbe komasacije te obavljanje drugih stručnih poslova u okviru komasacije.

Na području tri grada i četiri općine u dolini Neretve je oko 2200 hektara državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta, pa je za pretpostaviti da će lokalna uprava iskazati interes za postupke komasacije.

Nakon obrade svih prijava zaprimljenih tijekom trajanja Javnog poziva, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede pristupit će odabiru prioritetnih područja za provedbu komasacije u okviru sredstava iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti 2021. – 2026.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede poziva gradove i općine da sudjeluju u projektu komasacije poljoprivrednog zemljišta

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede planira provesti postupke komasacije (okrupnjavanja) poljoprivrednog zemljišta pa poziva jedinice lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave na iskaz interesa za sudjelovanjem u provedbi tog postupka. Komasacija zemljišta je agrarnopravna mjera koja se provodi u svrhu grupiranje zemljišnih čestica radi racionalnije agrarne proizvodnje.

Za komasaciju poljoprivrednog zemljišta osigurana su sredstava u okviru Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti kroz reformsku mjeru, koja se odnosi na unaprjeđenje sustava za restrukturiranje poljoprivrednog zemljišta, komasaciju i ulaganja. Osigurana sredstva za provedbu ove mjere kroz NPOO 2021. – 2026. iznose 250 milijuna kuna.

Od posebnog je interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku osigurati transformaciju poljoprivrede koja je važna za razvoj ruralnih područja. Komasacijom poljoprivrednog zemljišta, kao dobra od interesa za Republiku Hrvatsku i ograničenog prirodnog resursa, stvaraju se preduvjeti za primjenu suvremenih metoda obrade poljoprivrednog zemljišta, za izgradnju i jačanje infrastrukture (kao što su poljski putevi ili kanali), rješavaju se imovinsko pravni odnosi, omogućuje se veća produktivnost, podizanje konkurentnosti i ponuda poljoprivrednih proizvoda. Postupcima komasacije obuhvatit će se i modernizacija, razvoj te primjena informatizacije i digitalizacije, priopćili su iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

Postupak komasacije u okviru NPOO-a se planira provoditi u nekoliko faza koje će se razlikovati po opsegu i trajanju. Za provedbu postupaka komasacije u okviru navedene reformske mjere prihvatljivi su troškovi koji se odnose na poslove utvrđivanja postojećeg stanja u prostoru prije komasacije, katastarsku izmjeru, izradu geodetske osnove za komasacijsko područje, izradu katastarskog operata i druge geodetske poslove, analizu stanja i funkcionalnosti postojećih vodotokova i kanalske mreže, analizu stanja i funkcionalnosti postojećeg drenažnog sustava, analizu potrebe za navodnjavanjem, analizu potrebe za izgradnjom poljskih puteva, procjenu vrijednosti zemljišta na području provedbe komasacije te obavljanje drugih stručnih poslova u okviru komasacije.

Na području tri grada i četiri općine u dolini Neretve je oko 2200 hektara državnog poljoprivrednog zemljišta, pa je za pretpostaviti da će lokalna uprava iskazati interes za postupke komasacije.

Nakon obrade svih prijava zaprimljenih tijekom trajanja Javnog poziva, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede pristupit će odabiru prioritetnih područja za provedbu komasacije u okviru sredstava iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti 2021. – 2026.
