Iako su novi slučajevi ptičje gripe otkriveni daleko od doline Neretve u okolici Zagreba, visokopatogena influenca ptica podtipa H5N1 prijeti divljim pticama ali i domaćoj peradi, pa iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede pozivaju na oprez. S obzirom da u delti obitavaju brojne ptičje vrste bilo u preleti ili se gnijezde u močvarama i trščacima, Neretva je označeno kao područje visokog rizika za pojavu ptičje gripe. Podsjetimo, u Republici Hrvatskoj na snazi su stroge preventivne mjere zbog pojave visoko patogene influence ptica koje su određene naredbom o mjerama za sprječavanje pojave i širenja influence ptica. Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede stoga mole vlasnike peradi i ptica u zatočeništvu da se pridržavaju svih odredbi naredbe kako bi se spriječilo pojava bolesti u domaćim uzgojima peradi kao i širenje ove bolesti i među divljim pticama. Osim provedbe higijenskih i biosigurnosnih mjera, obavezno je držanje peradi i ptica u zatočeništvu u zatvorenim nastambama kako bi se spriječio svaki kontakt s divljim pticama. Vodena perad (patke i guske) moraju se držati odvojeno od ostale peradi. Peradi i pticama u zatočeništvu hrana i voda za piće može se davati isključivo u zatvorenom prostoru tako da je kontinuirano zaštićena od divljih ptica te se ne smiju koristiti vanjski spremnici za vodu. Kako bi se na vrijeme otkrila visoko patogena influenca ptica važno nadležnoj ovlaštenoj veterinarskoj organizaciji treba odmah prijaviti svaku promjenu zdravstvenog stanja i ponašanja peradi i ptica koje se uzgajaju kao kućni ljubimci u kavezima, jer i one mogu oboliti od ptičje gripe.

Smptomi ptičje gripe kod divljih ptica, peradi i ptica kućnih ljubimaca u kavezima su: iznenadna smrt bez ikakvih znakova, ljubičaste promjene boje podbradnjaka, krijeste i nogu, otečena glava, kapci, krijesta, podbradnjak i zglobovi, jaja s mekom ili nepravilnom ljuskom, nedostatak energije, apetita i koordinacije, proljev, iscjedak iz nosa, Kašalj i kihanje, nakostriješeno perje. Europski centar za sprečavanje i kontrolu bolesti zaključio je da je rizik od zaražavanja ljudi ptičjom nizak do srednje visok. Nakon inkubacije od koja traje dva do osam dana javljaju se simptomi kao što su visoka temperatura, kašalj, grlobolja, a u težim slučajevima i problemi sa disanjem. Protokoli liječenja su slično kao kod obične gripe. Ministarstvo poljoprivrede osiguralo je pripravnost na broju telefona 099 439 2507 na koji građani mogu dojaviti svako povećano uginuće ili znakove bolesti u ptica.

Iako su novi slučajevi ptičje gripe otkriveni daleko od doline Neretve u okolici Zagreba, visokopatogena influenca ptica podtipa H5N1 prijeti divljim pticama ali i domaćoj peradi, pa iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede pozivaju na oprez. S obzirom da u delti obitavaju brojne ptičje vrste bilo u preleti ili se gnijezde u močvarama i trščacima, Neretva je označeno kao područje visokog rizika za pojavu ptičje gripe. Podsjetimo, u Republici Hrvatskoj na snazi su stroge preventivne mjere zbog pojave visoko patogene influence ptica koje su određene naredbom o mjerama za sprječavanje pojave i širenja influence ptica. Iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede stoga mole vlasnike peradi i ptica u zatočeništvu da se pridržavaju svih odredbi naredbe kako bi se spriječilo pojava bolesti u domaćim uzgojima peradi kao i širenje ove bolesti i među divljim pticama. Osim provedbe higijenskih i biosigurnosnih mjera, obavezno je držanje peradi i ptica u zatočeništvu u zatvorenim nastambama kako bi se spriječio svaki kontakt s divljim pticama. Vodena perad (patke i guske) moraju se držati odvojeno od ostale peradi. Peradi i pticama u zatočeništvu hrana i voda za piće može se davati isključivo u zatvorenom prostoru tako da je kontinuirano zaštićena od divljih ptica te se ne smiju koristiti vanjski spremnici za vodu. Kako bi se na vrijeme otkrila visoko patogena influenca ptica važno nadležnoj ovlaštenoj veterinarskoj organizaciji treba odmah prijaviti svaku promjenu zdravstvenog stanja i ponašanja peradi i ptica koje se uzgajaju kao kućni ljubimci u kavezima, jer i one mogu oboliti od ptičje gripe.

Smptomi ptičje gripe kod divljih ptica, peradi i ptica kućnih ljubimaca u kavezima su: iznenadna smrt bez ikakvih znakova, ljubičaste promjene boje podbradnjaka, krijeste i nogu, otečena glava, kapci, krijesta, podbradnjak i zglobovi, jaja s mekom ili nepravilnom ljuskom, nedostatak energije, apetita i koordinacije, proljev, iscjedak iz nosa, Kašalj i kihanje, nakostriješeno perje. Europski centar za sprečavanje i kontrolu bolesti zaključio je da je rizik od zaražavanja ljudi ptičjom nizak do srednje visok. Nakon inkubacije od koja traje dva do osam dana javljaju se simptomi kao što su visoka temperatura, kašalj, grlobolja, a u težim slučajevima i problemi sa disanjem. Protokoli liječenja su slično kao kod obične gripe. Ministarstvo poljoprivrede osiguralo je pripravnost na broju telefona 099 439 2507 na koji građani mogu dojaviti svako povećano uginuće ili znakove bolesti u ptica.

Iako su novi slučajevi ptičje gripe otkriveni daleko od doline Neretve u okolici Zagreba, visokopatogena influenca ptica podtipa H5N1 prijeti divljim pticama ali i domaćoj peradi, pa iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede pozivaju na oprez. S obzirom da u delti obitavaju brojne ptičje vrste bilo u preleti ili se gnijezde u močvarama i trščacima, Neretva je označeno kao područje visokog rizika za pojavu ptičje gripe.
