O potrebi za čišćenjem akumulatora piše HAK-ov tehnički savjetnik Marin Morava. Kleme akumulatora nekad su se puno više čistile i s današnjim tehnologijama akumulatora mala je potreba čistiti ih, osim kad servis izvodi redovnu zamijenu akumulatora. Današnje tehnologije akumulatora imaju bolji način odzračivanja akumulatora preko separatora koji odvaja iz plina tekućinu i ne dozvoljava da izlazi kao nekad u okolinu. Nekad su to bile pare koje sadrže kiselinu pa su kleme akumulatora zbog tog efekta bile prve na udaru što je rezultiralo jakom oksidacijom klema i potrebom za održavanjem klema.

Nije preporuka da se kod današnjih vozila odvajaju kleme jer nepoznavanjem servisne procedure moguće je oštetiti elektroniku vozila pa je preporuka, ako se uoči oksidacija na klemama, da se odradi čišćenje u servisu. Ako ste korisnici starijih vozila bez klima uređaja i s malo elektronike te ako vozilo koristi tip akumulatora kojeg je potrebno održavati zbog kontrole i stanja elektrolita preko servisnih čepova tada će vjerovatno biti potrebno češće čišćenje klema, piše HAK.

Prije odvajanja klema potrebno je učiniti sljedeće:

– isključite vozilo iz kontakta

– isključite alarm ako ga vozilo ima

– podignite poklopac motora ako je akumulator u motornom prostoru

– isključite sva el. trošila u vozilu

– izvadite ključeve iz vozila, spustitite jedno staklo vozila ako je moguće straga, s ručnim podizačem i zatvorite vrata

– pričekajte 10 min prije odvajanja minus kleme kako bi osigurali da se sva el.trošila isključe

Za čišćenje klema koristite jednokratne rukavice jer oksidacija na klemama može nadražiti kožu i ne dirajte lice rukama jer oksidacija s klema može biti iritantna za kožu. Također, zaštitne naočale za oči su obavezne kao i pridržavanja svih onih sigurnosnih mijera koje je proizvođač priložio uz akumulator kako bi se održala ispravna zaštita na radu.

Odstranjivanje debelih naslaga oksida može prvo započeti polijevanjem vodom ili špricanjem s sprejem za čišćenje kontakta kako bi se prvo otopile debele naslage oksida, da se, potom, odvojene kleme mogu mehanički očistiti brusnim papirom žičanom četkom. Dostupne su i četke koje su svojim oblikom namijenjene za čišćenje klema akumulatora.

Završetkom čišćenje klema spojite plus pa završno minus na akumulator i ne mažite mast na spojeve akumulatora jer je mast izolator. Spojene kleme na akumulator se mogu konzervirati izvana s masti kako bi se smanjilo oksidiranje. Svakako kod novijih akumulatora na kiselinu bez potrebe za održavanjem (bez čepova za kontrolu elektrolita) nije potrebno konzervirati kleme izvana jer prilikom zamjene akumulatora vašem serviseru stvarate nepotreban posao odmašćivanja klema.

Svakako ne zaboravimo, nestručnim rukovanjem u ovoj radnji možemo izazvati veliku štetu na vozilu i moguće je izazvati eksploziju akumulatora s velikim posljedicama za vše zdravlje. Razmislite, ako niste sigurni u ono što izvodite na vozilu, bolje je odustati.

O potrebi za čišćenjem akumulatora piše HAK-ov tehnički savjetnik Marin Morava. Kleme akumulatora nekad su se puno više čistile i s današnjim tehnologijama akumulatora mala je potreba čistiti ih, osim kad servis izvodi redovnu zamijenu akumulatora. Današnje tehnologije akumulatora imaju bolji način odzračivanja akumulatora preko separatora koji odvaja iz plina tekućinu i ne dozvoljava da izlazi kao nekad u okolinu. Nekad su to bile pare koje sadrže kiselinu pa su kleme akumulatora zbog tog efekta bile prve na udaru što je rezultiralo jakom oksidacijom klema i potrebom za održavanjem klema.

Nije preporuka da se kod današnjih vozila odvajaju kleme jer nepoznavanjem servisne procedure moguće je oštetiti elektroniku vozila pa je preporuka, ako se uoči oksidacija na klemama, da se odradi čišćenje u servisu. Ako ste korisnici starijih vozila bez klima uređaja i s malo elektronike te ako vozilo koristi tip akumulatora kojeg je potrebno održavati zbog kontrole i stanja elektrolita preko servisnih čepova tada će vjerovatno biti potrebno češće čišćenje klema, piše HAK.

Prije odvajanja klema potrebno je učiniti sljedeće:

– isključite vozilo iz kontakta

– isključite alarm ako ga vozilo ima

– podignite poklopac motora ako je akumulator u motornom prostoru

– isključite sva el. trošila u vozilu

– izvadite ključeve iz vozila, spustitite jedno staklo vozila ako je moguće straga, s ručnim podizačem i zatvorite vrata

– pričekajte 10 min prije odvajanja minus kleme kako bi osigurali da se sva el.trošila isključe

Za čišćenje klema koristite jednokratne rukavice jer oksidacija na klemama može nadražiti kožu i ne dirajte lice rukama jer oksidacija s klema može biti iritantna za kožu. Također, zaštitne naočale za oči su obavezne kao i pridržavanja svih onih sigurnosnih mijera koje je proizvođač priložio uz akumulator kako bi se održala ispravna zaštita na radu.

Odstranjivanje debelih naslaga oksida može prvo započeti polijevanjem vodom ili špricanjem s sprejem za čišćenje kontakta kako bi se prvo otopile debele naslage oksida, da se, potom, odvojene kleme mogu mehanički očistiti brusnim papirom žičanom četkom. Dostupne su i četke koje su svojim oblikom namijenjene za čišćenje klema akumulatora.

Završetkom čišćenje klema spojite plus pa završno minus na akumulator i ne mažite mast na spojeve akumulatora jer je mast izolator. Spojene kleme na akumulator se mogu konzervirati izvana s masti kako bi se smanjilo oksidiranje. Svakako kod novijih akumulatora na kiselinu bez potrebe za održavanjem (bez čepova za kontrolu elektrolita) nije potrebno konzervirati kleme izvana jer prilikom zamjene akumulatora vašem serviseru stvarate nepotreban posao odmašćivanja klema.

Svakako ne zaboravimo, nestručnim rukovanjem u ovoj radnji možemo izazvati veliku štetu na vozilu i moguće je izazvati eksploziju akumulatora s velikim posljedicama za vše zdravlje. Razmislite, ako niste sigurni u ono što izvodite na vozilu, bolje je odustati.

Čišćenje akumulatora: na kojim je to automobilima (ne)potrebno i kako ga izvesti? Evo savjeta hrvatskog stručnjaka

O potrebi za čišćenjem akumulatora piše HAK-ov tehnički savjetnik Marin Morava. Kleme akumulatora nekad su se puno više čistile i s današnjim tehnologijama akumulatora mala je potreba čistiti ih, osim kad servis izvodi redovnu zamijenu akumulatora. Današnje tehnologije akumulatora imaju bolji način odzračivanja akumulatora preko separatora koji odvaja iz plina tekućinu i ne dozvoljava da izlazi kao nekad u okolinu. Nekad su to bile pare koje sadrže kiselinu pa su kleme akumulatora zbog tog efekta bile prve na udaru što je rezultiralo jakom oksidacijom klema i potrebom za održavanjem klema.

Nije preporuka da se kod današnjih vozila odvajaju kleme jer nepoznavanjem servisne procedure moguće je oštetiti elektroniku vozila pa je preporuka, ako se uoči oksidacija na klemama, da se odradi čišćenje u servisu. Ako ste korisnici starijih vozila bez klima uređaja i s malo elektronike te ako vozilo koristi tip akumulatora kojeg je potrebno održavati zbog kontrole i stanja elektrolita preko servisnih čepova tada će vjerovatno biti potrebno češće čišćenje klema, piše HAK.

Prije odvajanja klema potrebno je učiniti sljedeće:

– isključite vozilo iz kontakta

– isključite alarm ako ga vozilo ima

– podignite poklopac motora ako je akumulator u motornom prostoru

– isključite sva el. trošila u vozilu
