Kao i svake godine, njemački autoklub (ADAC) objavio je svoju statistiku Službe pomoći na cesti, odnosno obavljenih intervencija za prošlu godinu na automobilima koji su stari od tri do deset godina. Najčešće intervencije u 2022. godini bile su vezane uz kvar akumulatora, koji je bio problem u 46,2 posto slučajeva od ukupno 3,49 milijuna kvarova. U prethodnoj, 2021., udio kvarova baterija bio je 46,3 posto, što je snažan rast u odnosu na 2019., kad je 41,8 posto vozila imalo problem s akumulatorima. Razlog je lako naći – pandemija koronavirusa. Zbog nje su automobili više mirovali, što pogubnije utječe na akumulator nego česta vožnja.
Teško je reći zašto se problem neispravnog akumulatora ne popravlja s napretkom tehnologije. Razloga za kvarove može biti mnogo, a za neke su krivi sami vozači. Ostaviti upaljena svjetla, ne zatvoriti pravilno poklopac prtljažnika, voziti samo na kratkim udaljenostima – u tim slučajevima kriv je vlasnik automobila. S druge strane, nedostaci proizvoda, loša kvaliteta i neispravno upravljanje električnim sustavima vozila mogu dovesti do problema s akumulatorom i za njih su odgovorni proizvođači.
Uzrok kvara često ovisi o starosti vozila. Kod mlađih vozila uopće je malo kvarova i zato je manje problema i s akumulatorom. Kad vozilo napuni sedam godina, povećava se i osjetljivost na kvar baterije. To se obično događa kad akumulator dođe do kraja svojeg radnog vijeka. Ukupno 132 modela vozila procijenjena su u ADAC-ovoj statistici kvarova za 2021. godinu.
Problemi s pumpom za gorivo, na primjer, pojavljuju se statistički tek od desete godina starosti vozila, a zatim postaju sve češći. Problemi s alternatorom kontinuirano rastu od četvrte godine. Senzor radilice počinje se ozbiljnije kvariti od 2010. godišta, dakle kad automobili napune 12 godina i oni nisu u ovoj statistici. Kod svjećica ozbiljniji se kvarovi pojavljuju relativno rano (prva registracija 2013./14.). Problemi s recirkulacijom ispušnih plinova češće se javljaju u periodu od 2007. godine. Uglavnom, uz akumulator, vozači će potražiti pomoć na cesti zbog kvara na motoru ili menadžmentu motora (15,5 posto), zbog problema s karoserijom, upravljanjem, kočnicama, ovjesom ili mjenjačem (14,8 posto), elektronikom (10,3 posto), gumama (7 posto), sustavom pumpe goriva (3,1 posto)…
U rasponu od tri do deset godina starosti najpouzdanijima su se pokazali Toyota Aygo, Audi A1, Renault Captur, Mini, Suzuki Vitara (od 2016. do 2019. godine), Audi Q3, BMW serije 1, BMW X1, Audi A4, Audi A5, Audi Q5, BMW serije 3, BMW serije 3 coupe, BMW X3, Audi A6 i BMW serije 5. Spomenimo još neka vozila, Dacia Sandero dobila je vrlo dobre ocjene u svim godištima (što je, također, veliki uspjeh), vrlo je dobar i Volkswagen Polo, a samo je 2012. godište imalo ocjenu ispod vrlo dobrog. Mercedes-Benz B klasa vrlo je dobra u svim godištima. Mitsubishi ASX je odličan i vrlo dobar. Seat Leon u svim je godištima vrlo dobar. Volkswagen Golf je vrlo dobar, osim 2012., kad je – dobar. Kia Ceed kreće se od ocjene loše (2012. godište) do ocjene vrlo dobar (2019. godište). Mazda CX-5 je vrlo dobra, osim 2013. godišta, kad je dobra. Škoda Octavia je vrlo dobra, osim 2013. i 2012, kad je dobila ocjenu dobar.
Modeli koji se nisu proslavili, odnosno nemaju spektakularne rezultate su Smart Forfour, Hyundai i20, Renault Clio, Toyota CH-R, Toyota Corolla, Ford S-Max, Opel Insignia i Volkswagen Sharan.

Kao i svake godine, njemački autoklub (ADAC) objavio je svoju statistiku Službe pomoći na cesti, odnosno obavljenih intervencija za prošlu godinu na automobilima koji su stari od tri do deset godina. Najčešće intervencije u 2022. godini bile su vezane uz kvar akumulatora, koji je bio problem u 46,2 posto slučajeva od ukupno 3,49 milijuna kvarova. U prethodnoj, 2021., udio kvarova baterija bio je 46,3 posto, što je snažan rast u odnosu na 2019., kad je 41,8 posto vozila imalo problem s akumulatorima. Razlog je lako naći – pandemija koronavirusa. Zbog nje su automobili više mirovali, što pogubnije utječe na akumulator nego česta vožnja.
Teško je reći zašto se problem neispravnog akumulatora ne popravlja s napretkom tehnologije. Razloga za kvarove može biti mnogo, a za neke su krivi sami vozači. Ostaviti upaljena svjetla, ne zatvoriti pravilno poklopac prtljažnika, voziti samo na kratkim udaljenostima – u tim slučajevima kriv je vlasnik automobila. S druge strane, nedostaci proizvoda, loša kvaliteta i neispravno upravljanje električnim sustavima vozila mogu dovesti do problema s akumulatorom i za njih su odgovorni proizvođači.
Uzrok kvara često ovisi o starosti vozila. Kod mlađih vozila uopće je malo kvarova i zato je manje problema i s akumulatorom. Kad vozilo napuni sedam godina, povećava se i osjetljivost na kvar baterije. To se obično događa kad akumulator dođe do kraja svojeg radnog vijeka. Ukupno 132 modela vozila procijenjena su u ADAC-ovoj statistici kvarova za 2021. godinu.
Problemi s pumpom za gorivo, na primjer, pojavljuju se statistički tek od desete godina starosti vozila, a zatim postaju sve češći. Problemi s alternatorom kontinuirano rastu od četvrte godine. Senzor radilice počinje se ozbiljnije kvariti od 2010. godišta, dakle kad automobili napune 12 godina i oni nisu u ovoj statistici. Kod svjećica ozbiljniji se kvarovi pojavljuju relativno rano (prva registracija 2013./14.). Problemi s recirkulacijom ispušnih plinova češće se javljaju u periodu od 2007. godine. Uglavnom, uz akumulator, vozači će potražiti pomoć na cesti zbog kvara na motoru ili menadžmentu motora (15,5 posto), zbog problema s karoserijom, upravljanjem, kočnicama, ovjesom ili mjenjačem (14,8 posto), elektronikom (10,3 posto), gumama (7 posto), sustavom pumpe goriva (3,1 posto)…
U rasponu od tri do deset godina starosti najpouzdanijima su se pokazali Toyota Aygo, Audi A1, Renault Captur, Mini, Suzuki Vitara (od 2016. do 2019. godine), Audi Q3, BMW serije 1, BMW X1, Audi A4, Audi A5, Audi Q5, BMW serije 3, BMW serije 3 coupe, BMW X3, Audi A6 i BMW serije 5. Spomenimo još neka vozila, Dacia Sandero dobila je vrlo dobre ocjene u svim godištima (što je, također, veliki uspjeh), vrlo je dobar i Volkswagen Polo, a samo je 2012. godište imalo ocjenu ispod vrlo dobrog. Mercedes-Benz B klasa vrlo je dobra u svim godištima. Mitsubishi ASX je odličan i vrlo dobar. Seat Leon u svim je godištima vrlo dobar. Volkswagen Golf je vrlo dobar, osim 2012., kad je – dobar. Kia Ceed kreće se od ocjene loše (2012. godište) do ocjene vrlo dobar (2019. godište). Mazda CX-5 je vrlo dobra, osim 2013. godišta, kad je dobra. Škoda Octavia je vrlo dobra, osim 2013. i 2012, kad je dobila ocjenu dobar.
Modeli koji se nisu proslavili, odnosno nemaju spektakularne rezultate su Smart Forfour, Hyundai i20, Renault Clio, Toyota CH-R, Toyota Corolla, Ford S-Max, Opel Insignia i Volkswagen Sharan.
