Uvijek se govori o blagodatima uravnoteženog doručka, ali pretpostavljamo da se onima koji naprosto ne uživaju u tom 'najvažnijem obroku u danu' ta tema već popela na vrh glave. Sve je stvar navike, ali da bi se ona stekla nekima se ne da osjećati mučnine jer im hrana ujutro naprosto ne paše.

Ipak, ako je prva stvar koju konzumirate ujutro kava to se može loše odraziti na vaš želudac. Ona je kisela i gorka, tim više ako je pijete samu. Ako pak u nju dodajete mlijeko i šećer oni isto tako mogu nadražiti vaš nježni stomačić.

Za sve one koji vole ovaj ultimativni balkanski doručak postoji jednostavno rješenje. Orašasti plodovi su masni i mogu vam 'teško pasti', ali zato bademi imaju potpuno drugačiji efekt i zapravo pomažu kod žgaravice. Pola sata prije nego što ćete skuhati kavu, tj. čim otvorite oči pojedite šaku badema. Njih 15-ak ukupno ima oko 100 kalorija, a stvorit će opnu oko želuca i zaštiti ga od kiseline kave, soka od naranče i drugih napitaka koje konzumirate ujutro.

Uz to bademi imaju brojne druge pogodnosti. Bogati su magnezijem zbog čega pomažu kod rasta kose, jačaju je jer daju hranu njenim folikulama i smanjuju prhutanje tjemena. Ako ih koristite u preporučenoj dozi, dakle do 30 grama dnevno, pozitivno utječu na izgled kože, a mogu smanjiti i nastanak bora.

Osim pozitivnog učinka na vaš izgled, imaju i pozitivni utjecaj na zdravlje. Svaki dan pojedena šaka badema utječe na smanjenje rizika od srčanih bolesti u dugom trajanju. Uvijek se govori o blagodatima uravnoteženog doručka, ali pretpostavljamo da se onima koji naprosto ne uživaju u tom 'najvažnijem obroku u danu' ta tema već popela na vrh glave. Sve je stvar navike, ali da bi se ona stekla nekima se ne da osjećati mučnine jer im hrana ujutro naprosto ne paše.

Ipak, ako je prva stvar koju konzumirate ujutro kava to se može loše odraziti na vaš želudac. Ona je kisela i gorka, tim više ako je pijete samu. Ako pak u nju dodajete mlijeko i šećer oni isto tako mogu nadražiti vaš nježni stomačić.

Za sve one koji vole ovaj ultimativni balkanski doručak postoji jednostavno rješenje. Orašasti plodovi su masni i mogu vam 'teško pasti', ali zato bademi imaju potpuno drugačiji efekt i zapravo pomažu kod žgaravice. Pola sata prije nego što ćete skuhati kavu, tj. čim otvorite oči pojedite šaku badema. Njih 15-ak ukupno ima oko 100 kalorija, a stvorit će opnu oko želuca i zaštiti ga od kiseline kave, soka od naranče i drugih napitaka koje konzumirate ujutro.

Uz to bademi imaju brojne druge pogodnosti. Bogati su magnezijem zbog čega pomažu kod rasta kose, jačaju je jer daju hranu njenim folikulama i smanjuju prhutanje tjemena. Ako ih koristite u preporučenoj dozi, dakle do 30 grama dnevno, pozitivno utječu na izgled kože, a mogu smanjiti i nastanak bora.

Osim pozitivnog učinka na vaš izgled, imaju i pozitivni utjecaj na zdravlje. Svaki dan pojedena šaka badema utječe na smanjenje rizika od srčanih bolesti u dugom trajanju. Uvijek se govori o blagodatima uravnoteženog doručka, ali pretpostavljamo da se onima koji naprosto ne uživaju u tom 'najvažnijem obroku u danu' ta tema već popela na vrh glave. Sve je stvar navike, ali da bi se ona stekla nekima se ne da osjećati mučnine jer im hrana ujutro naprosto ne paše.

Ipak, ako je prva stvar koju konzumirate ujutro kava to se može loše odraziti na vaš želudac. Ona je kisela i gorka, tim više ako je pijete samu. Ako pak u nju dodajete mlijeko i šećer oni isto tako mogu nadražiti vaš nježni stomačić.

Za sve one koji vole ovaj ultimativni balkanski doručak postoji jednostavno rješenje. Orašasti plodovi su masni i mogu vam 'teško pasti', ali zato bademi imaju potpuno drugačiji efekt i zapravo pomažu kod žgaravice. Pola sata prije nego što ćete skuh...
