Za izradu vam je potrebna čaša kako bi se dobio oblik vijenca, a voda služi kako bi se u pećnici stvorila vlaga. Tako će kruh iznutra ostati mekan, a korica zapečena i hrskava, piše Živim.

Kruh u obliku vijenca ne samo da je efektan već je i preukusan.
SASTOJCI:
500 g mekog brašna
350 ml tople vode
1 vrećica suhog kvasca
1 žlica soli
2 žličice šećera

PRIPREMA:
1. Od navedenih sastojaka umijesite tijesto i pustite ga na toplom, pokrivenog prozirnom folijom i krpom 20 minuta.
2. Nakon 20 minuta kratko ga premijesite, ponovo pokrijte zdjelu prozirnom folijom i krpom i pustite na toplom 20 minuta.
3. Nakon 20 minuta ponovno kruh premijesite, pokrijte, ali ovog puta ga pustite da se diže 45 min na toplom (bez propuha i dizanja prozirne folije i krpe!)
4. Digniti kruh nakon 45 min premijesite, oblikujte u kuglu te ga udubite u sredini. U sredinu tijesta stavite času (u koju ćete prije pečenja kruha staviti vrelu vodu), a rubove kruha pomoću škara zarežite što dublje.
5. Kruh prekrijte krpom i ostavite na toplom 30 minuta. Zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva, u čašu u sredini kruha nalijte vrelu vodu i stavite ga peći na 20 minuta.
6. Nakon 20 minuta otvorite pećnicu i oprezno da se ne opečete izvadite čašu s vodom,a umjesto čaše u rupu stavite improviziranu “času” od folije samo kako bi se zadržao oblik vijenca kod pečenja.
7. Temperaturu smanjite na 190 stupnjeva i kruh pecite jos 25/30minuta.
8. Kruh ohladite, narežite i uživajte u okusu i mirisu!

Kruh u obliku vijenca ne samo da je efektan već je i preukusan.
SASTOJCI:
500 g mekog brašna
350 ml tople vode
1 vrećica suhog kvasca
1 žlica soli
2 žličice šećera

PRIPREMA:
1. Od navedenih sastojaka umijesite tijesto i pustite ga na toplom, pokrivenog prozirnom folijom i krpom 20 minuta.
2. Nakon 20 minuta kratko ga premijesite, ponovo pokrijte zdjelu prozirnom folijom i krpom i pustite na toplom 20 minuta.
3. Nakon 20 minuta ponovno kruh premijesite, pokrijte, ali ovog puta ga pustite da se diže 45 min na toplom (bez propuha i dizanja prozirne folije i krpe!)
4. Digniti kruh nakon 45 min premijesite, oblikujte u kuglu te ga udubite u sredini. U sredinu tijesta stavite času (u koju ćete prije pečenja kruha staviti vrelu vodu), a rubove kruha pomoću škara zarežite što dublje.
5. Kruh prekrijte krpom i ostavite na toplom 30 minuta. Zagrijte pećnicu na 220 stupnjeva, u čašu u sredini kruha nalijte vrelu vodu i stavite ga peći na 20 minuta.
6. Nakon 20 minuta otvorite pećnicu i oprezno da se ne opečete izvadite čašu s vodom,a umjesto čaše u rupu stavite improviziranu “času” od folije samo kako bi se zadržao oblik vijenca kod pečenja.
7. Temperaturu smanjite na 190 stupnjeva i kruh pecite jos 25/30minuta.
8. Kruh ohladite, narežite i uživajte u okusu i mirisu!
