Nakon što smo budno pratili kad će se pojaviti prvi proljetni izdanci - netko po skrivenim šumskim zakutcima, netko po bancima na pazaru - sezona branja divljih šparoga je i službeno započela. "Prilikom termičke obrade trebalo bi izbjegavati željezno posuđe jer tanini iz šparoga mogu reagirati s željezom te uzrokovati gubitak boje stabljika", upozorila je stručnjakinja pa to svakako uzmite u obzir.

Dodala je još i napomenu da se za njihovu pripremu, kako bi zadržale što više svog jedinstvenog okusa, preporučuje lagano pirjanje i to samo 5-7 minuta. Za kraj je spomenula i da se odlično kombiniraju s ribom, škampima, gljivama i jajima.

Nakon što smo budno pratili kad će se pojaviti prvi proljetni izdanci - netko po skrivenim šumskim zakutcima, netko po bancima na pazaru - sezona branja divljih šparoga je i službeno započela. U gorkastim izdancima niske kalorijske, ali visoke nutririvne vrijednosti sad možemo uživati na mali milijun načina - lešo s tvrdo kuhanim jajima, na salatu, u fritaji, u rižotu, s tjesteninom, u krem juhi, salati od krumpira, quicheu ili savijači sa sirom... - no kako god ih pripremali, imajte na umu jedan vrijedan savjet.

Nutricionistica Dragana Olujić na svom je Instagramu Nutricionist by Dragana Olujić istaknula kako prilikom njihovog spremanja trebali biti na oprezu.

"Prilikom termičke obrade trebalo bi izbjegavati željezno posuđe jer tanini iz šparoga mogu reagirati s željezom te uzrokovati gubitak boje stabljika", upozorila je stručnjakinja pa to svakako uzmite u obzir.

Dodala je još i napomenu da se za njihovu pripremu, kako bi zadržale što više svog jedinstvenog okusa, preporučuje lagano pirjanje i to samo 5-7 minuta. Za kraj je spomenula i da se odlično kombiniraju s ribom, škampima, gljivama i jajima.
