Krumpire treba peći u mješavini podjednakih udjela maslinovog ulja, limunovog soka i pilećeg temeljca. Ovo posljednje nekako nas baš i ne asocira na staru Grčku (a ni suvremenu), no trebalo bi iskušati pa tek onda suditi.
