Svako malo vas boli stomak, imate grčeve, žgaravicu ili slične tegobe a ne znate što b mogao biti uzrok?

Naš probavni sustav djeluje kao “drugi mozak”, a bol i grčevi u želucu, nadutost, mučnina, žgaravica, drhtavica i proljev neki su od načina na koje se nervoza želuca manifestira.

Probleme s nervoznim želucem mogu uzrokovati različite virusne i bakterijske infekcije. Jednako tako to mogu učiniti naše prehrambene navike, piše Kreni Zdravo.

Osobito kada je riječ o namirnicama koje slabo podnosimo, teškoj hrani u kasne sate ili pretjerivanju u jelu i piću. No, uz naše prehrambene navike idu i one životne. Tako je jedan od najčešćih uzroka probavnog nemira stres, odnosno tjeskoba ili anksioznost. To svjedoči o snažnoj vezi probavnog i živčanog sustava.

Na sreću, većina slučajeva nervoze želuca može se liječiti uspješno bez pomoći liječnika i ljekarnika. Vrlo je važno za vrijeme tretmana piti puno tekućine, zbog opasnosti od dehidracije. Osobito kod učestalog povraćanja. Također je potrebno paziti na prehranu, odnosno izbjegavati začinjenu hranu, mliječne proizvode kao što su mlijeko i sir, namirnice bogate vlaknima, sirovo povrće, masnu hranu te kofein i alkohol.

Ove namirnice  se pak preporučuju u slučaju nervoze želuca:

Gorki likeri i soda

Bar je vjerojatno posljednje mjesto na kojem bi tražili olakšanje od mučnine, ali mnogi se kunu u ljekovitu moć pet ili šest kapi pelinkovca pomiješanih s hladnom čašom tonika, sode, mineralne vode ili đumbirovog soka.

Gorki likeri najčešće sadrže mješavinu bilja kao što su cimet, komorač, metvica i đumbir, a ti sastojci mogu olakšati mučninu.

Đumbir i cimet

Đumbir je popularan i vrlo učinkovit sastojak za liječenje želučanih tegoba. Njegova antibakterijska i antifungalna svojstva mogu pomoći ublažiti bolove u želucu. No, on nije prikladan za one koji pate od visokog krvnog tlaka.

Cimet također može liječiti razne probavne probleme i pomoći u smirivanju želuca.

Jabučni ocat

Jedna žlica jabučnog octa, sama ili pomiješana sa šalicom vode i jušnom žlicom meda može liječiti, ali i spriječiti probleme s probavom. Osobito uspješno uklanja žgaravicu.

Zagoreni tost

Tost je dobar za nervozu želuca, ali još je bolji kad je zagoren. Pougljeni dijelovi apsorbiraju toksine koji čine da se osjećate loše.

Čaj od kamilice

Kamilica je biljka koja sadrži antiupalna svojstva – korisna je u borbi protiv grčeva jer opušta mišiće probavnog trakta. Čaj od cvjetova kamilice može pomoći u smirivanju želuca i to vrlo brzo.

Metvica

Ona se često navodi kao koristan lijek za mučninu i nervozan želudac, jer u svojim listovima ima prirodni analgetik. Možete pripremiti čaj, njušiti njezin ekstrakt, cuclati bombone s okusom metvice ili žvakati sirovo lišće, objavio je portal Kreni Zdravo.

Svako malo vas boli stomak, imate grčeve, žgaravicu ili slične tegobe a ne znate što b mogao biti uzrok?

Naš probavni sustav djeluje kao “drugi mozak”, a bol i grčevi u želucu, nadutost, mučnina, žgaravica, drhtavica i proljev neki su od načina na koje se nervoza želuca manifestira.

Probleme s nervoznim želucem mogu uzrokovati različite virusne i bakterijske infekcije. Jednako tako to mogu učiniti naše prehrambene navike, piše Kreni Zdravo.

Osobito kada je riječ o namirnicama koje slabo podnosimo, teškoj hrani u kasne sate ili pretjerivanju u jelu i piću. No, uz naše prehrambene navike idu i one životne. Tako je jedan od najčešćih uzroka probavnog nemira stres, odnosno tjeskoba ili anksioznost. To svjedoči o snažnoj vezi probavnog i živčanog sustava.

Na sreću, većina slučajeva nervoze želuca može se liječiti uspješno bez pomoći liječnika i ljekarnika. Vrlo je važno za vrijeme tretmana piti puno tekućine, zbog opasnosti od dehidracije. Osobito kod učestalog povraćanja. Također je potrebno paziti na prehranu, odnosno izbjegavati začinjenu hranu, mliječne proizvode kao što su mlijeko i sir, namirnice bogate vlaknima, sirovo povrće, masnu hranu te kofein i alkohol.

Ove namirnice  se pak preporučuju u slučaju nervoze želuca:

Gorki likeri i soda

Bar je vjerojatno posljednje mjesto na kojem bi tražili olakšanje od mučnine, ali mnogi se kunu u ljekovitu moć pet ili šest kapi pelinkovca pomiješanih s hladnom čašom tonika, sode, mineralne vode ili đumbirovog soka.

Gorki likeri najčešće sadrže mješavinu bilja kao što su cimet, komorač, metvica i đumbir, a ti sastojci mogu olakšati mučninu.

Đumbir i cimet

Đumbir je popularan i vrlo učinkovit sastojak za liječenje želučanih tegoba. Njegova antibakterijska i antifungalna svojstva mogu pomoći ublažiti bolove u želucu. No, on nije prikladan za one koji pate od visokog krvnog tlaka.

Cimet također može liječiti razne probavne probleme i pomoći u smirivanju želuca.

Jabučni ocat

Jedna žlica jabučnog octa, sama ili pomiješana sa šalicom vode i jušnom žlicom meda može liječiti, ali i spriječiti probleme s probavom. Osobito uspješno uklanja žgaravicu.

Zagoreni tost

Tost je dobar za nervozu želuca, ali još je bolji kad je zagoren. Pougljeni dijelovi apsorbiraju toksine koji čine da se osjećate loše.

Čaj od kamilice

Kamilica je biljka koja sadrži antiupalna svojstva – korisna je u borbi protiv grčeva jer opušta mišiće probavnog trakta. Čaj od cvjetova kamilice može pomoći u smirivanju želuca i to vrlo brzo.

Metvica

Ona se često navodi kao koristan lijek za mučninu i nervozan želudac, jer u svojim listovima ima prirodni analgetik. Možete pripremiti čaj, njušiti njezin ekstrakt, cuclati bombone s okusom metvice ili žvakati sirovo lišće, objavio je portal Kreni Zdravo.
