Bez funkcionalnih bubrega nije moguće učinkovito ukloniti otpadne tvari iz tijela. Naime, to su organi odgovorni za filtriranje tjelesnih tekućina, u kojem bi se inače mogla nakupiti ogromna količina štetnih tvari koje bi mogle ozbiljno ugroziti zdravlje, pa čak i život. Uz to, zdravi bubrezi su neophodni za regulaciju krvnog tlaka i pH krvi.

Ovo su samo neki od najvažnijih zadataka koje obavljaju bubrezi, ali na temelju toga možemo zaključiti da je to izuzetno važan organ koji zaslužuje našu pažnju. Ako želite da bubrezi funkcioniraju optimalno, potrebno je odustati od određenih loših navika. U suprotnom riskirate ozbiljnije oštećenje ovih organa.

Konzumacija prekomjerne količine soli

Umjereni unos soli nužan je za normalno funkcioniranje našeg organizma. Manjak soli vrlo je rijedak, puno je češći problem prekomjerni unos soli. Unos prekomjerne količine natrija posebno je problematičan. To može dovesti do povišenog krvnog tlaka i preopterećenja bubrega. Dakle, ako želite zaštititi bubrege od oštećenja i spriječiti druge zdravstvene probleme, neophodno je ograničiti unos soli.

Odrasla osoba ne bi smjela unositi više od 5 grama soli dnevno, što je količina koja odgovara približno jednoj žličici. Istraživanja pokazuju da se malo tko pridržava ove preporuke. Veće količine visoko prerađene hrane, koja sadrži puno "skrivenih" soli, mogu biti problematične. Stoga se preporučeni dnevni unos brzo prekorači, iako možda ne osjećate da vam je hrana iznadprosječno slana.

Česta upotreba lijekova protiv bolova

S jedne strane, lijekovi protiv bolova mogu biti korisna pomoć u situacijama kada je bol prejaka da bi se ublažila prirodnim sredstvima. Međutim, istraživanja u ovom slučaju otkrila su da su mnogim ljudima lijekovi protiv bolova koje se mogu kupiti u ljekarni bez recepta prvo na što im padne na pamet, čak i ako se radi o blagim bolovima. Česta upotreba takvih lijekova može, između ostalog, ozbiljno oštetiti bubrege, pa je vrlo važno da ih koristite što opreznije.

Nedovoljan unos tekućine

Pridržavanje preporuka u vezi s potrebnim dnevnim unosom tekućine (po mogućnosti vode) posebno je važno za zdravlje bubrega. Ako ne pijemo dovoljno tekućine, uklanjanje kiselih ostataka i drugih štetnih tvari vrlo je teško. To istodobno povećava rizik od bubrežnih kamenaca i čestih infekcija mokraćnog sustava. Provjerite boju urina - ako je vrlo tamna i mutna, trebali biste piti više vode.

Nedostatak sna

Među ljudima koji imaju poremećaje spavanja između ostalog, postoji povećani rizik od oštećenja ili disfunkcije bubrega. Jedan od razloga za to povezan je s činjenicom da je funkcioniranje naših bubrega usklađeno s prirodnim cirkadijanskim ritmom. Besane noći mogu zbuniti rad bubrega i poremetiti njihovu normalnu funkciju.

Česta konzumacija prerađene hrane

Prerađena hrana može biti problematična zbog sadržaja većih količina soli, a time i natrija. Međutim, ovo nije jedina tvar u prerađenoj hrani koja u prevelikim količinama može naštetiti bubrezima. Veće količine fosfora, minerala koji je neophodan organizmu u malim količinama, često su prisutne u velikoj količini u prerađenoj hrani i mogu biti opasne. Strogo izbjegavanje velikih količina fosfora posebno je važno za one ljude koji su već razvili neke probleme s bubrezima.

Unos prekomjerne količine natrija posebno je problematičan. To može dovesti do povišenog krvnog tlaka i preopterećenja bubrega. Dakle, ako želite zaštititi bubrege od oštećenja i spriječiti druge zdravstvene probleme, neophodno je ograničiti unos soli.

Odrasla osoba ne bi smjela unositi više od 5 grama soli dnevno, što je količina koja odgovara približno jednoj žličici. Istraživanja pokazuju da se malo tko pridržava ove preporuke. Veće količine visoko prerađene hrane, koja sadrži puno "skrivenih" soli, mogu biti problematične. Česta upotreba lijekova protiv bolova

S jedne strane, lijekovi protiv bolova mogu biti korisna pomoć u situacijama kada je bol prejaka da bi se ublažila prirodnim sredstvima. Nedostatak sna

Među ljudima koji imaju poremećaje spavanja između ostalog, postoji povećani rizik od oštećenja ili disfunkcije bubrega.
